Day 130

 

The second the girls stepped on set Rui wrinkled her nose in disgust. "Am I the only one who isn't very fond of this new concept?"

The rest of the members stopped on their way to the dressing room.

"No... I'm not," Seol Ae admitted, shrugging.

"It's not really up to us anyway," Hye Rin sighed. "As long as we do it well, we're doing our jobs right?"

"I'm with Rui-ah on this one," Holly honestly spoke. "I'm not too crazy about this concept."

"Ever since we got the lyrics I knew I wouldn't be too fond of it," Yerim laughed.

"I think it's... nice," Minhwa said. "It's different, and shows we can do different concepts. It proves we deserve to be where we are."

"Aw look at our little maknae, thinking out of the box," Yerim smiled, gently pulling at the smaller girls cheek.

After getting into their first outfits the girls hurried into position. Acting wasn't new to them, after all they did have some in their Because of You video but the acting here was different. The acting was exaggerated and felt downright uncomfortable at times. It took awhile for the director to be satisfied with their mediocre acting - there was much yelling back and forth, it was awkward for all who were there.

They just had a few makeup and hair touch ups before they returned to the same set as before to perform the dance. Unlike the video before this they actually had three different outfits they had to dance in, all in different set ups. So after the first dance shot, the girls were whisked away to change their outfits and the cameras and lighting were adjusted so they shown on a different set.

Everyone skipped lunch that day, wanting to get most of the dancing shots out of the way. They would finished all the dancing shots before being able to have an early dinner except...

"HAHAHAHA!" Seol Ae burst into laughter, causing a domino effect between the members.

To be blunt, none of the members truly took this concept seriously. It was too different and felt too forced for them to be comfortable with it and the dance just took a 180.

Chapter 107: wow, what a great end to a great story. I'm going to miss Legend so much, but all good things must come to an end, I suppose. :3 Also, I'm glad Sumin was able to pop in again at the last minute! It would've been a shame if she hadn't. :)
And lol, the toast was so cheesy, but I liked it! It really made me feel like the story was finally coming to a close. And Idk how, but the way you write makes me enjoy even the cheesiest stuff. xD On that note, I would love to read more fics from you! So plox update if you make another apply fic or otherwise. :P

Chapter 107: Omg, i can't believe it's been two years since this fix started. Ugh, it feels so short (even though 100 chapters is ridiculously amazing)! I'll miss reading new updates about the girls. From start until finish, this fix was great. I'm glad you didn't disband the group at the end; it seems a lot of group fic writers do that to wrap things up. It's nice to think about what else could happen with the girls, even if it isn't written into the story.

Oh yeah, and if you make another apply fic, girl group or otherwise, I wouldn't mind being updated! It would be so much fun to be a part of another one of your fics. ^^

it was so sad, yet so peaceful. uGH there's something really sad about seeing applyfic ends woop.

Chapter 104: Lol, them shopping is waaay too funny. x) I can't believe the luck the girls had with the book, though! for a second, I thought they were going to get something like the japanese translation of 50 shades of grey, haha. That might've been a bit too much, though. xD
Yup, i understand them wanting to lounge around. Especially with the filming, it must be so tiring! Haha, Minhwa and Mir are so cute, though~
omg, but a 4 hour train ride? D: That's so long...
Anyway, great update! Sorry for the slacking commenting. College is a killer. xP And only three chapter left!? Ugh, I really have to wonder how you wrap the story up so quickly! I gotta prepare myself for the end, of course. >.< I'll miss the girls so much.

Chapter 103: YES YOU UPDATED! MY FRIDAY IS NOW COMPLETE! Heh, the American flight safety video is hella catchy, it reminds me of the Philippine Airlines one :D Anyways, is the London Dungeon a real thing? + I imagine Holly being the one to save her members buts, speaking English and all :D
