This was it.

Their comeback.

It was almost half a year since the girls had come forward with a new song. Much has happened in that time.

A horrible accident occurred, but the smoke was able to lead the girls to their safe haven. There was peace among the seven members, a mutual agreement that they would stay strong, hold the hand of those who feel weak, give a push to those who are afraid and smile with the ones that were happy. They became one.

Even though it was a difficult and bumpy road at times, a light shined through the darkness. Guiding the girls through their adventure. They became more than just an idol group. They became friends and then family. They're the only breathing people that would truly understand their sisters, the only ones they could truthfully tell them everything will be alright. Through thick and thin they were stuck together, but they were happy with that. From strangers to family members they believe they will go far, no matter how bumpy the road or thunderous the storm.

The girls even met love on their road to stardom. Some of those were still growing and becoming solidified while others were already great walls. Through the secrets and tears they all proudly congratulated any member that was in a relationship - even if it wasn't what they viewed as 'normal'.

Holding hands, metaphorically and physically, they enter a new era together; stronger than ever. They weren't just Haneul, Yerim, Holly, Seol Ae, Hye Rin, Rui and Minhwa. They are Legend.

Unlike the typical tension that was lingering in the air with any groups comeback, especially a lengthy and dramatic one, there was a light air of happiness. The girls were joyful as they got ready for their comeback. They were joking and simply carefree, seemingly without a stress in the world.

They were actually making a surprise comeback. Their Lovey Dovey music video is announced for the 2nd, but they were going to have a surprise performance on their one year anniversary on Inkigayo.

"I know this is really unorthodox, but I snuck something in for you," Jiwook shared a look with the coordi unnies, who gave him smiles and turned away. His right hand, that was hidden in his jacket pulled out a dark glassed bottle of champagne. The girls immediately cheered with glee, crowding their manager.

"Now, it's not just for the surprise comeback," Jiwook explained as he pulled plastic champagne flutes from his man purse satchel. "But because our Yerim just became Music Core's latest MC."

The six girls looked at the main dancer in shock, who blushed at the attention. She hadn't told them yet because she wanted to shock them on the day they came back on the show the upcoming Saturday. The rest of the members quickly congratulated her, some joking that she should have told them sooner - in other words they wanted to preplan something to embarrass her during their short few minute interview.

As their manager poured and handed out glasses (he pushed away Minhwa's hand when she went to help) the girls happily chatted with each other, wide smiles all around.

"What should we cheer too?" Haneul questioned, flute in hand.

"To health," Minhwa softly said, raising her glass.

"To friendship," Holly smiled, following the maknae's action.

"To always having each other's backs, even when we want to punch them ourselves," Seol Ae grinned.

"To our, hopefully, fantastic future," Hye Rin laughed.

"To unforgettable memories," Rui smirked.

"To our new family," Yerim finished, the last to raise her glass.

As their flutes met, a new figure walked through the door. Minhwa was the first to look over, her eyes widening. "Sumin unnie!"
