The only thing I really wanted is to be with ChangMin...
... but my friends were a difficulty to us.
‘I want to meet your friends!’ ChangMin smiled at me.
I was shocked, my friends thought bad about him and he knew that but he wanted to meet them?!
‘Let’s have lunch with them!’ ChangMin continued with the same smile...
His eyes got mismatched again...
Aaaah... Too much!
How can I ever refuse him anything?
‘Araso... because you want it!’ I said, not being able to hold back a smile...
And so it was decided with who we would have lunch...

When the bell went more people entered the canteen.
The drama students were gone already and the spectators were vanished between the current of hungry students.
I looked around for my friends.
The first one I saw was Gina, which brought me to my second friend, HeeChul, who was holding hands with her!
It seemed Gina had fallen for HeeChul!
I felt really happy for the both of them, they deserve to be together!
I waved at Gina and HeeChul and they waved back at me, walking towards ChangMin and me...
Once they were near I hugged Gina.
‘Congrats! You’re a couple now, aren’t you?’ I asked her, looking at the both of them...
They both smiled like crazy tomatoes.
I could guess the answer before asking and smiled at their reaction.
I looked up at ChangMin, he smiled at me.
‘Hi! I’m ChangMin, DaMae’s boyfriend...’ He said to HeeChul and Gina.
My smile faded a little because I was a little nervous about their reaction.
‘I know!’ Gina smiled. ‘I was at the hospital with DaMae when you were unconscious... I knew right away she loved you!’ Gina said, loving it to give interesting information...
‘Whoa? So, you were there after all? I thought I heard you! You know, I loved you back then...’ ChangMin said, blushing slightly...
My eyes grew big.
If only I had known earlier!
It didn’t matter any more, we were together!

The four of us found a table close to the canteen doors.
It was a nice place, the weather was hot and the open doors provided us with a cool breeze from outside.
We were engaged in small talk and laughter, when suddenly NiMa, EunHyuk, YeSung and the twin came to our table...
‘Yaa!! Make place for us!’ EunHyuk said cheerful.
We all lifted our chairs and made a bigger circle around the table.
NiMa hadn’t even looked at me, yet...
Normally she would hug me.
I guess I have hurt her, although I don’t know what it was that I did...
Or was leaving with ChangMin really that bad?

ChangMin’s POV:

I could see from DaMae’s face she was unhappy about NiMa’s attitude.
She wasn’t smiling and she watched NiMa all the time with sadness in her eyes.
When she was sad she would on her lower lip a bit.
Maybe I can help her...
I’ll show to be the perfect boyfriend for her.
I’ll be nice and attentive to all her friends.
They need to like me...
HeeChul seems quite nice and those gayish guys from my study, I believe their names were EunHyuk and YeSung, seem not too bad either...

I was more quiet than usual.
I looked at NiMa, being even more alive than usually.
ChangMin was sweet to me.
He smiled at me, my back once in a while, laughing at jokes made and anticipating a conversation with Gina, HeeChul and even EunHyuk.
It seemed they actually liked him.
The one thing that still bothered me was that NiMa showed no interest in me, ChangMin or even the friends that talked to us...
She was discussing a fashion matter with Jenny and they were acting like they were the new best friends...
It was hurtful to watch them laugh and smile together.
Had I lost NiMa then?
Tears welled up in my eyes.
I had to hold them back, I didn’t want to attract attention...
I used my index finger and middle finger to pinch my nose, according to a Japanese drama that would stop the tears from flowing.
Stunningly, it did work...
ChangMin looked at me with a surprised look on his face.

How should I handle this?
I want attention!

Are you more interested in Yuri with her laptop?!
Why do I like you?
You’re so hard to get...
Why don’t you see that I want your attention, I try so hard...
Why do you think that I’m being so alive talking to Jenny?!
Maybe I need to just tell you...
Still, will you know what I mean, you are so unpredictable, erratic even...
Sometimes you act like you’re from out of this world.
I’ll wait a little longer, YeSung, but you should watch me...

When the lunch break was over HeeChul and ChangMin had become friends...
I was glad at least some of my friends liked my boyfriend.
That it had to be HeeChul was really nice, he had such a captivating personality.
If HeeChul liked someone, more people would like that person too...

Our group parted again, it was preparation time for the dance students...
ChangMin gave me a kiss and went to the gym along with EunHyuk, YeSung and the twins...
Together with HeeChul and Gina I stayed at the canteen.
It was now almost empty.
Here and there were little groups of students relaxing.
They probably also waited for the dance battles...
I felt a bit nervous, although I didn’t have to dance.
I just wanted ChangMin and his group to do well and get high grades...
Suddenly HeeChul turned to me and asked: ‘Did you really sleep with ChangMin?’
I think my face flashed to red that same second...
I didn’t even think of the possibility to do that yet!
‘N-no...’ I stuttered...
‘NiMa said you did...’ Gina told me with surprise in her voice...
She seemed to believe me, rather than NiMa...
Somewhere in my mind I knew our fight was based on a misunderstanding.
A long time ago, we made a promise to each other...
And if NiMa truly believed I slept with ChangMin, then she should think I broke that promise...
If she did that to me, I would be mad too!

I felt a strong urge to tell NiMa all that she needed to know, but she was gone...
She wasn’t at the canteen and maybe she already went home...
Although she was probably waiting somewhere else, no doubt she wanted to see the dance battle because of YeSung...
I had to face it.
I would send her an email explaining everything, but I should forget her birthday sleepover.
This was going to take her some time to heal from...
