Eunhyuk gets a shock of a lifetime when Key suddenly blurted out a straightforward query he never thought would never occur for almost 15 years. He takes a deep a deep breath and responses…

“To be honest with you that painting you just saw
was placed here by a kid,
who did not introduce himself,
and requested to keep the painting until the owner 
who created comes back to claim it for himself…”
 

Key gasps upon hearing Eunhyuk replies and smiles saying…

“Wow… this is like an unfinished business of love childhood promise.
And when did this kid give it to you for temporary safekeeping…?”

“Almost approximately 16 years now.
I was just in my two years of being a teacher here the kid requested to present it to the school faculty for permission.
He was begging for me to keep it.
For what reason, I have no idea up to now…”

“(smiling) That is pretty interesting.
I would very much like to investigate on that.
Some sort of a painting investigation…”

“(nods) Sure why not…
It has been a mystery to me and
I would like to find it out who owns the painting.
I wonder if she is still alive…”

“So she is a girl… interesting…
that is sweet…
but will you still be able to recognize
the kid who gave it to you…?”

“Oh yeah…
(face nodding repeatedly)
I gave him my business card – like my professor’s card
with my signature affixed on it…
so just when he comes back that is the identification
I will be asking from him to present it…”

“Wow… that’s pretty clever…
Now this could be my mission here…”
 

Tiffany at this moment is bewildered by Key’s passionate desire to find out who is the creator of the painting that she could not stop herself to ask her son.

“Sweetie… I am fascinated with your interest
to pursue the owner of the painting.
Why is that… I am just curious?”

“Mom…
(holds his chest) I don’t know…
I can definitely feel some connection…
Yeah… the feeling I have when I saw
the painting from Uncle Donghae;
I have that same feeling…
Weird Mom ha…?”

“(shrugs) Sweetie…
I respect your decision if you have some
sort of a calling to do something
that you feel is a connection, then go on…
(looks at Eunhyuk) Is that alright Mr. Eunhyuk?”

“Yes…it is fine with me.
I am also excited to meet the owner of that painting…”

“(smiles and bows) Thank you Mr. Eunhyuk.
I believe I will have a grand time studying here…”

“Thank you Key.
If you have any questions or something
that makes you worried or uncomfortable with;
please do not hesitate to contact me directly
and no other school officers because
I am the only one who knows your real identity.
If it is alright…?”

“I will Mr. Eunhyuk; I will not hesitate to contact you directly.”

“Good… I am really happy that you have agreed with it.
And if you have any ideas that you need
to present for the betterment of the school,
please do so. I will welcome it…”

“I will Mr. Eunhyuk….
(bows) Anyway, it is nice to meet
you and will have to leave now.
Thank you very much for the time to meet with us.
(looks at his Mom) Mom…
I believe we have to go now so Mr. Eunhyuk can do other things,
let’s not waste his time…”

“(nods) Sure sweetie…
Thank you Mr. Eunhyuk. See you around…”

“(smiles as he opposes to their statement)
No, your meeting me is not a waste of time.
I really am honored to meet you, Key 
as well as Ms. Tiffany. I am.
And may I say I am the one most thankful
and see you Key next week, first day of the school...”

“Yes, Mr. Eunhyuk… see you too… “

“Bye… Mr. Eunhyuk…”

“Bye Key and Ms. Tiffany…have a nice day…”

Minho’s Nightly Activity
Beside His Room
Activity: Key-Watching
 

Tonight Minho makes sure to finish his dinner early which surprises his father, Donghae.
He goes directly to his room and takes a quick shower which he is able to finish at about 7:00pm.

Minho switches off his lights except for a tiny lamp which he places at the restroom.
Then after he lays on his bed to sleep but after several minutes; the itch starts.
Tossing, turning, and getting up heading to the window and peeps to check on Key’s room if the latter has entered his room.

Minho shakes his head and has for himself thinking…

“I feel like a night stalker watching for Key’s entrance inside his room…”
 

Then laughs at himself after realizing it and then says to himself…

“I don’t give a damn about it.
I want to see him all the time.
Good thing, Mr. Kris agreed to my request
to change Key’s glass wall curtain to a thinner one…”
 

After having a conversation to himself, Minho checks on Key’s room again and sighs when he sees the other has not come yet.
So that, Minho goes back to lay on his bed continuously very active in tossing, turning and checking Key’s room.

Everything about Key’s room reminded him of childhood days where he would use his stool or sometimes asked their helper to move his bed near by the window so it would be easy for him to check on little Key.
And just like now he smiles at himself realizing that he is back again at this embarrassing habit of watching Key.

When they were little, with the help and permission of Key’s trusted helpers; Minho was able to go inside Key’s room decorated with kid’s stuffs like toys, books and a lot of paintings the latter painted. 
Except recently; he was not able to visit Key’s room as they were told that major renovations were being done and so it was locked the whole time until done.

Minho looks at the picture that is on the corner table beside his bed.
He smiles as he gets it and moves forward to the window pane and leans forward to allow the moonlight that is shining through his window to hit the image that is on the picture frame.
As the moonlight beam hits the frame Minho could not help but smile.

“Cute Pumpkin”
 

Minho whispers out loud while he lets his fingers the pumpkin image on the picture.
It was a memory that he keeps it for so many years that even his father would ask him who is inside the pumpkin outfit and why does he has kept it for so many years displayed beside him.
It was still very clear that instances that Donghae would ask him…

“Son… why do you keep that picture always beside you?
Don’t you get tired of it.?”
 

Minho as he remembers it smiles and puffs loudly with satisfaction.

Suddenly, he could see a light beaming through his window and thinks it is just a moonlight shining passing through his window but retracts as it is not waving like as in a passing light.

And thus, Minho gets up and moves to the window and eyes widen when he sees Key inside the room and coming to the balcony that is just a few meters away from his other windows aside from where he is located at, right now.
