Minho:             (smiles sweetly) I will manage…

                       After the graduation, you can work for Onew’s company…

Key:                Onew has a photo shoot of art collections we have for a book project.
                       But right now, we have asked a firm to handle the photo shoot…

Key‘s taken aback by the unintentional indirect and somewhat direct question of Minho; indirect because there is no malice in his inquiry and at the same time also direct hence he needs to answer the question about the plan of his marriage after graduation.
Key is somehow having difficulty of responding to Minho’s question since he is aware of Minho’s feeling for him and careful of not hurting the other’s feelings.  
He thinks…

Why am I so worried for Minho of not telling him about my marriage plans…

“Key…Are you alright…?
