my condition…
But, it is so good to be back home…

Several months ago, upon finding out regarding Hyeong Seop illness, Key had been working with a group of scientists and researchers in his company regarding a possible treatment that could significantly lengthens survival.
He is aware of the reality that recovery from a brain tumor is not always possible hence if the tumor cannot be cured even though advanced, he is hopeful that there is a possible way to control it – defying the actual finding of being impossible.

While on honeymoon, Key had waited for Hyeong Seop to discuss about his illness and when it happened, he was elated and offered his support for his partner.

“Baby…
I have been waiting for you to tell me about
your condition.
I was almost desperate to a point that I would
have cross the borderline etiquette of invading
or going against your will or decision.
It was so hard that every day was a struggle to
pretend that I had no idea…”

“You mean, you knew all along…?”

“(nods) I am really so sorry but yes…”

“Since when…?”

“When you came to New York at my place for a visit…”

“But how…?”

“You left your medication pill inside my
medicine cabinet – I think that was the time,
I was about to take my daily intake of vitamins…”

“Oh…I guess I was busted early on…
But then, you would not exactly know the
medicine I was taking…
In my case perhaps, I could easily mistook it as
a vitamin too…”

“I think not because one of the major players
during the creation of that project and who is
currently the manufacturer of the drug you are
taking is our company…”

“(gasps) Oh my god…

“Baby…
When did Dr. Huezmenn informed you about
you illness…?”

“Mid of last year…
When during my photo-shoot I suddenly collapsed…
But way before that, I would experience severe
pain in the head but I did not take it seriously.
That day, the crew decided to bring me to the
hospital and it so happened that they sent me
to a hospital with complete facilities.
Instantly, when I woke up, I was informed.
No one was with me during that time.
Perhaps, that was the gradual gradation of my illness…”

“You would know and to brush it off is a normal reaction…”

“Just for curiosity sake, I see you all the time
pulling almost an everyday all-nighter.
What is going on…?
I want us to enjoy remember…?”

I promise I will spend less of my all-nighter
expedition…
Just few more nights and no more…”

So where are we going next…?”

A week ago, Hyeong Seop heard Key made a loud cheer from veranda of one of Key’s many residences worldwide.
Panic and worry triggered him to check on Key, it was very rare of the latter to act so joyous as he normally standard of him to know Key all those years as calm and collected until now…

“Honey…
I heard you sort of scream…
well, not in a bad tone though…
You alright…?”
