And so the officiating judge says…

“Of all the people you know, you have chosen each other as life partners.
Kim Kibum and Park Hyeong Seop,
are you now ready to be married?”

“WE ARE…”

And so the judge continues…

“Kim Kibum and Park Hyeong Seop, it is time
to say the pledges which will affirm your marriage.
Please take each other’s hand, face each
other, and say your respective vows at each other…”

“I, Park Hyeong Seop, take you, Kim Kibum,
to be no other than yourself.
There is nothing in this world more fulfilling to me than to be with you…
no sound sweeter than your laughter…
no happiness than being held by you in your arms.
I already realized that I could never live without you.
Today, tomorrow and whenever the day may
be, you are my one and only hope.
I accept you as my partner in life.

“I, Kim Kibum, take you, Park Hyeong Seop, as
my partner.
And I promise to love you day by day, taking each one as it comes;
to take care of you no matter the condition;
to communicate, so unspoken thoughts are not misunderstood;
to make myself your home, your sanctuary, your refuge;

to stand beside you when it seems you are standing alone;
to love only you, today, tomorrow and forever.
I accept you as my partner in life.

The officiating judge asks…

“May I have the rings?”

Key hands the rings encased in an exposed platinum box to the judge then the latter says…

“Let these rings be forever a symbol of the
unbroken circle of love.
Love freely given has no beginning and no end.
Love freely given has no giver and no receiver,
for each is the giver and each is the receiver.
May these rings remind you always of the vows
you have taken here today and may these
rings be blessed by the love with which they
are given…

Mr. Hyeong Seop Park and Mr. Kim Kibum,
place this ring on to each other’s finger and say
to each other, I give you this ring as a symbol
of my love for you…”

“Kim Kibum, I give you this ring as a symbol of
my love for you…”

“Park Hyeong Seop, I give you this ring as a
symbol of my love for you…”

Further, the officiating judge speaks of more blessing for the marriage then finally…

“Mr. Kim Kibum and Mr. Hyeong Seop Park,
may the love in your hearts give you joy.
May the greatness of life bring you peace.
And may your days be good and your lives be
long upon the earth.
So be it.
Mr. Kim Kibum and Mr. Hyeong Seop Park,
please will seal your marriage with a kiss…”

So Mr. Kim Kibum and Mr. Hyeong Seop Park kiss then after the officiating judge speaks…

“Now there is no loneliness for each of you.
Both of you will feel no rain, for each of you will
be shelter for the other.
You are two bodies, but there is only one life
before you.
Enjoy the life before you and may your days be
good and long upon the earth.
I congratulate you…”

At this, Kim Kibum and Hyeong Seop Park bow to the judge and says…

“Thank you very much Judge Simmons…”

Then Key extend his hand for a shake which the judge takes and says…

“We greatly appreciate this so much…”

“Please do not mention…
(extend his hand for a shake to Hyeong Seop)
Congratulation Mr. Park…”

“Thank you very much Judge Simmons…”

Key swiftly gets something and gives it to the judge.

“Kindly accept this token of appreciating
coming from us…”

Judge Simmons is surprised by Key’s gesture but refuses.

“Thank you very much…
But I cannot accept it.
Mr. Kim, your generosity in helping us is hugely enough…
What I have done right now is the least I can do…
No need to for this…
Again, thank you and congratulation to both of you…”

“Okay Judge…
We will walk with you to the rooftop…”

“Okay…”
