Nikki arrived at school 20 minutes after the bell rung. ‘Ugh, I am so dead.’ thought Nikki. She quietly opened the door, hoping the teacher did not hear her. She almost succeeded until the door started creaking. Everyone in class turned their heads towards the door.

   “Oh, crap.’” Nikki cursed under her breath.

   “Nikki, this is the second time you’re been late this week.” said Mr. Kang

   “I know, I know. This won’t happen again Mr. Kang. I promise!” reassured Nikki

   “This better be Mrs. Lee or you’ll get detention next time.” warned Mr. Kang. Nikki sighed as she walked to her desk which is next to Mei-Ling’s.

   “Why didn’t you answer my calls? I called you more than 5 times!” whispered Mei-Ling

   “Sorry Mei, I had a little accident in the morning.” explained Nikki. Nikki checked her phone expecting to see her phone bombarded with missed calls made by her best friend but instead, a picture of a sharpie dog greeted her.

   ‘What the…? Since when did I change my wallpaper?’ thought Nikki, “Hey Mei, did you happen to change my wallpaper yesterday?”

   “Uhh...no? Why?” asked Mei-Ling

   “Either my phone has a mind of its own or this is not my phone…” replied Nikki

   “What! Let me see that!” answered Mei as she grabbed the phone out of Nikki’s hands. After a few minutes of looking through the phone, Mei-Ling screamed with excitement.  The whole class looked at them with bewildered faces.

   “Sorry! She just got too excited that she’s finally understands how to solve the problem!” lied Nikki hoping everyone believes her. In which, they did.

   “Okay, what the heck was that about?! Why did you scream?!” questioned Nikki as she was getting curious.

   “You really have no idea huh?!” said Mei-Ling

   “If I knew Mei, then I wouldn’t be asking you this right now.” Nikki said in a sarcastic tone.

   “This is G-DRAGON OF BIG BANG’S PHONEE!” squealed Mei-Ling

   “Oh great, we just had to have the same phones!” Nikki said, rolling her eyes.

   “What do you mean? I thought you liked Big Bang?” Mei asked with a puzzled face

   “I do… It’s just that I don’t like him.” said Nikki

   “What? What’s not to like?” said Mei

   “He seems cocky and rude.” Nikki said plainly

   “Whatever, a fan would kill to be in your place Nick!” said Mei

   “Well, I’m just not one of his fans.” explained Nikki
