"Ya…Lee Eunhee are you listening?" Eunhee just blankly stared at him. Him…Her best guy friend…him…her crush for a year.
"U-u-um yeah…haha sorry." He rolled his eyes and walked to class. It was actually the little things that stole her heart. Even the way he purposely slowed down to walk side by side with her right now…made her heart beat.
"So you thinking of doing anything? It's friday you know?" He said casually. Eunhee felt slight touches of his hand as it swayed back and forth. She was so tempted to grab it. It made HER feel like the beast. "Why are you laughing?" He asked. Eunhee covered to hide her smile.
"Nothing Jang Wooyoung…nothing."

"You know…if you keep acting all innocent, you're going to lose him." Taeyeon said . Eunhee stopped writing in her notebook and fidgeted with her pencil.
"W-what do you mean? " She said with a smile. Taeyeon smiled back and pet the girl sympathetically.
"That's exactly what I mean…gosh Eunhee-ya when are you going to learn? You have to be aggressive with men. This is 2010! Not the cave people time." Eunhee rolled her eyes and stuck out her tongue. As Taeyeon chuckled, Eunhee looked out  the window in utter defeat. Maybe she was a bit old fashioned…but how was she supposed to take the first step?

"Okay first things first…you're going to walk up to him and flip your hair back. Then you proceed to the stretch which will slightly bring up your skirt and you know where his eyes will be." Taeyeon advised.
"Um…that's weird…and why are we hiding behind the bushes like this!" She demanded. Taeyeon smacked her on the head.
"Focus! Here he comes!" Next thing she knew, Eunhee was standing in front of Wooyoung with probably the most awkward smile ever. Then again the whole situation was awkward…seeing that she had just popped out of a bush in front of him.
"Oh hey?" Wooyoung said not knowing if he was saying hey or asking it.
"Um hey…" They stood there in total silence.
"ASK HIM!" A voice came from the bush. Eunhee remembered Taeyeon's lecture. Her goal was to get Wooyoung to go on a date with her. Simple right? NO. Eunhee felt her breathe shorten and didn't know if she was blinking or not.
"Hey who y-you going with to the friday night dance party." Wooyoung smiled and pointed to a tall skinny girl across the field.
"Her name's Tiffany. She asked me this morning." Eunhee felt her heart drop down 30 floors of pure emptiness. She bit her lips to hold back her tears.
"Dumb Wooyoung…" A quiet whisper came yet again from the bush.
"Um Taeyeon…I could hear you this whole time…you're behind a bush…not a wall." They both heard some rustling and a pair of feet running down the field. Leave it to Taeyeon to ditch. Eunhee looked to Tiffany once again…She guessed it was fair…This Tiffany girl got there first technically…but how come she felt like this?

"So…you guys ready for Friday?" Taeyeon asked Wooyoung and Eunhee. Wooyoung looked to Eunhee and smiled.
"I am…how about you?" Eunhee smiled awkwardly and went back to reading her book.
"Eunhee-ya…do you have something to say to me?" Wooyoung asked. Eunhee looked at him surprised.
"NOPE!" Oops. She was so surprised that the word came out more blunt than she had planned. Wooyoung nodded and went back to reading. Eunhee looked to Taeyeon who just mouthed "Babo" to her. Another chance lost.

"Oppa~" Tiffany hung onto Wooyoung's arms and shook her shoulders cutely.
"Ya…stop its embarrassing." Wooyoung said turning red. Tiffany smiled her eye smile and skipped off to her next class, while blowing kisses to him. Wooyoung chuckled. All the while, Eunhee looked to them in pure jealousy. Before she knew it her body was responding before her brain could stop it. She pulled on Wooyoung's tie until they reached outside. She threw him to the wall and stared into his eyes.
"I-…" Wooyoung looked a bit scared. "I-" She tried again. "I…I, I, I, I…" Wooyoung pushed Taeyeon off and sighed.
"Man if you were just going to repeat a vowel to me then you didn't have to pull at my tie. Almost choked me." Eunhee backed up and looked at her shoe embarrassed. Why couldn't she say it?!
"Sorry." She walked off still seeing her pathetic "I" scene over and over again.

"OW! Stop it!" Eunhee screamed at her best friend Taeyeon. Taeyeon glared at her.
"Really? I…I--I-I YOU'RE SO STUPID!" Eunhee bowed her head. Her friend was right. She always took Wooyoung for granted. He was always next to her…and she just had to procrastinate telling him I love you. She looked to the clock and saw that the dance was in 30 minutes.
"Hey how far is Wooyoung's house from here." She asked. Taeyeon scrunched her brows together in frustration.
"Are you really asking that at this time?" When all she got from Eunhee was a puppy dog face, Taeyeon sighed and spoke again. "I don't know…maybe like 20 minu-" Before she could say more, Eunhee rushed out of the room. Taeyeon thought about it and then smiled. "Go get him tiger."

"Oh hey. What brings you here?" Wooyoung said with a smile. Eunhee gulped. Who knew he looked hotter in a suit.
"I need to tell you something." Wooyoung stood back and waited. "The truth is…"
HONK.
"WOOYOUNG OPPA I'M HERE!" They both turned to see Tiffany in a nice red corvette.
"Hold on~ My friend is telling me something." That did it…friend? Was that all she was?
"Um…nothing…I just wanted to invite you over for popcorn but I forgot you're date haha." she said with a sting to her nose.
"That's all?" Wooyoung pushed. Eunhee nodded. Wooyoung sighed and closed the door behind him before walking past her to Tiffany. Eunhee felt destroyed…but not done. She felt like even though he didn't feel the same way as her…even though he had a date…even though she was way to shy to say it…she had to say it.
"YA JANG WOOYOUNG!" Wooyoung stopped and turned around. "YOU BABO! I LIKED YOU SINCE FOREVER. WHY DIDN'T YOU KNOW THAT WHEN I WAS SO OBVIOUS." Her tears kept flowing down her red face. Wooyoung smiled and walked up to her. Was it sympathy?
"You babo…I knew that." Eunhee looked at him with her huge eyes. "I was just waiting for you to say it…you finally did." He hugged her as Eunhee tried to determine if this was a dream or not.
"Well thank goodness she said it." Tiffany yelled from her car. Eunhee stopped breathing. She forgot he was with someone already. "Eunhee if it wasn't for you me and Wooyoung would have gone to the party together."
"Don't you want to?" She asked confused.
"No it was his plan to get you to tell him your true feelings. I'm off to pick up my boyfriend. Bye~" Her voice rang down the street as her car pumped up SNSD's song.
"If you ever have anything to tell me…don't hesitate okay?" Eunhee smiled and hugged Wooyoung.
"Okay…I love you." Wooyoung smiled and hugged her tighter.
"I Love you too…" He said calmly. Wooyoung pushed her back and stuck out his lips. "How about a kiss?" He teased. Eunhee blushed.
"I-I-I-I uhhh I-" Wooyoung chuckled. Eunhee pouted and ran inside sticking her tongue out. Wooyoung laughed and followed her inside.

Taeyeon finished her nails when the door rang. She ran up to see Eunhee drop her phone on the floor and walk upstairs dazed. Did that mean it was a good thing?
"Eunhee ya!" She yelled but Eunhee ignored her and went upstairs.
"What's wrong with Eunhee?" Eunhee's mom asked.
"I don't know Ms.Lee." She watched Eunhee's mom leave and reached for the floor on the ground. It had one text message…and Taeyeon couldn't help but take a peak.
