Author's Note:

jessicajessica here!  Well, Sunshine isn't going to be home until later on in the day or maybe tomorrow morning.  She's having too much fun camping out near the beach, so she asked me to update this on my own.  

I'm going to update this on my own, and Sunshine will update it with a new chapter as soon as she gets home.  You guys are lucky.  It's like getting two updates back to back.  Well, I hope you enjoy.  If it , I'm sorry.  I just hate typing lol.

       Yuri lounged on Yoona’s bed as Yoona began to clean up the books that she read from the night before.  Yuri looked around the bedroom and only saw the finest things.  It was amazing; Yoona went from living in the college’s dorms to Seohyun’s couch to an extravagant mansion.

            Yuri adored everything from the clothes in Yoona’s closet to the luxurious designs on the wallpaper.  Yuri rolled on her back and stretched her arms out in the air. 

            “I love your room!” Yuri proclaimed, “I wish my parents let me buy more things for my room.”

            “You’re already rich as it is,” Yoona laughed.

            “Your room is still better!  It’s because your boyfriend’s one of the richest men in Seoul.  You’re so lucky that he spoils you,” Yuri said.

            Yoona ignored that statement.  It was more like Seunghyun’s family that spoiled her.  They had bought her everything she wanted even if she didn’t ask for it.  It was as if they already knew that she wanted something. 

            “Yuri ah, I forgot to tell you!” Yoona exclaimed, “I bumped into Jessica!  Do you remember Jung Jessica?”

            “Wasn’t she our classmate in middle school?  Tell her to come to the camping trip and to bring a friend!” Yuri clapped her hands together.

            Yoona nodded, “I’ll tell her.”

            Jessica just frowned as she put her phone down.  Junhyung had just rejected her offer to go camping with her friends.  She would have been okay if he simply said that he couldn’t go, but it sounded as if he didn’t even want to listen to her talk.  It was as if he had no time for her.

            “What’s wrong?” Jiyong asked.

            “Junhyung said that he couldn’t go because he was busy,” Jessica moped.

            Jiyong grew a bit curious. 

            “Are you sure he’s busy?  Or is he doing something else?” Jiyong asked.

            “I’m sure he really is busy,” Jessica looked down, “I hope it’s true.  Jiyoung, would you mind going with me?  I really don’t want to be alone.  I know that Yoona, Yuri, Sunny, and Seohyun are my childhood friends, but they’re going to be with their boyfriends.”

            “Why do I have to go?” Jiyong asked.

            Jessica answered, “You’ll be comfortable with them!  You already know Yoona.  She’s your cousin’s girlfriend.  Seunghyun and Siwon agreed to go!  Just tag along please!”

            He carefully observed her as Jessica gave that begging but hopeful look.  Jiyong shrugged and gave a small grin.

            “I guess I will,” Jiyong laughed, “I mean I don’t want to be alone in this dorm when you go on that trip.”

            Seunghyun sneakily glanced at the rearview mirror to catch a glimpse at Jiyong and Jessica.  They had agreed to make the trip to the lake house together in the same car.  Yoona sat on the front passenger seat while she looked out the window.  A soft smile was on her face as the open window allowed a gentle breeze through her hair.

            Seunghyun smiled to himself until he heard Jiyong and Jessica laughing at each other.  When the group met up earlier, Seunghyun thought that Young Bae and Seungri would notice that it was really Jiyong, but they didn’t.  Seunghyun guessed that he was the only one who figured it out on his own because he was close to Jiyong and he knew everything about him.  He rolled his eyes as he heard the tone in Jiyong’s voice.  He was trying so hard to make his voice sound feminine.

            “Sica, you’re so funny!” Jiyong shouted loudly, “Oppa, are we almost there?”

            “We’re here already,” Seunghyun announced as he parked to the side. 

            Jessica and Yoona were the first ones to step out of the car.  They were very excited for the trip.  Jessica looked around and saw Seohyun, Yuri, and Sunny stepping out of their cars.  She saw two other women that were unfamiliar to her.  She guessed that they were some of Yoona’s closest friends.  Yoona looked around her surroundings and saw how beautiful the place was.  The lakes were crystal clear.  Yuri’s family’s boat was near a small dock and it was ready to be used.  There was a large tree near the lake that had a tire swing and its rope hung around a sturdy tree branch.  The house was very large.  It wasn’t as big as Seunghyun and Jiyong’s house in Seoul, but it was bigger than Yuri’s own home in Seoul.

            “Make yourselves feel at home!” Yuri announced loudly, “The maids will be here from noon to 4 pm to clean up.”

            When they entered the beautiful home, Yoona’s jaw dropped.  Why was the Kwon family’s lake house nicer than their actual home in Seoul?  Yuri continued to give a tour after Yoona had introduced Jiyong and Jessica to the rest of the group.  Bora and Fei were very welcoming to Jessica, so Jessica felt comfortable immediately.

            “There are plenty of rooms in the house.  How would you like the room arrangements?  Should each couple get one room or should the es be separated?” Yuri questioned.

            Seungri answered, “I think we’re all mature enough to have each couple have their own rooms.”

            Seohyun rolled her eyes lightly as she punched his arm.  Seungri winced at the pain and whined. 

            “Ri, you’re going to sleep on the floor then,” Seohyun told him.

            Yuri then saw the expression on Yoona’s face.  She looked kind of nervous.  She fidgeted behind Seunghyun to hide her nervous nature.  Yuri gave Yoona a gentle smile.

            “Yoona, he’s your boyfriend.  He won’t do anything that you’re not comfortable with, right?” Yuri asked.

            Before Yoona and Seunghyun could answer, Siwon and Jiyong took the opportunity to jump in and answer for them.

            “Actually, I don’t trust my cousin with her!  If he has to share a room with a beautiful woman, he’d probably go crazy trying to hold himself back!” Jiyong laughed.

            Siwon couldn’t help but look at Jiyong.  The only reason why he knew that it wasn’t really Jiyoung was because Jiyoung was one of his closest cousins.  Jiyong had already talked to him and begged him to not blow his cover.  Siwon negotiated with Jiyong and he successfully persuaded Jiyong to give him two of his designer jackets and three pairs of his limited edition shoes so he won’t tell anyone that he was pretending to be a woman.

            Siwon added, “Yeah, Jiyoung is correct.  Seunghyun is a beast!”

            “I’m not!” Seunghyun shouted.

            Yoona couldn’t help but laugh to see a vein popping out from his forehead.  Yoona gently hit his arm to signal him to stop looking so angry.  Yoona cleared and halted her laughter.

            “It’s fine, Yul,” Yoona nodded, “I’ll share a bedroom with Seunghyun.  If he tries anything, I’ll keep him in check.”

            Seunghyun saw the look of disappointment in Nichkhun’s face.  Fei was next to him, but he was staring at Yoona.  It was as if he was repulsed that she had to share a room with Seunghyun.

            “Okay, so here’s how it will go,” Yuri continued, “Seunghyun and Yoona will share one room.  The other pairs will be me and Young Bae, Seohyun and Seungri, Bora and Siwon, and Sunny and Sungmin.  I think Jessica and Jiyoung should share rooms because they’re both women and they’re friends.  There are two extra rooms.  Fei and Nichkhun can either go into the same room or can separate and have their own rooms.”

            Nichkhun answered, “I think we should have separate rooms.  It would look wrong for two friends of the opposite to share the same room.”

            Fei nodded with a disappointed smile.  She wanted to talk to him before they went to sleep.  Yoona saw the sadness in her eyes and patted her back supportively.  Yoona wished that Nichkhun saw how much Fei liked him.

            “Why are we doing this again?” Siwon moped.

            “We lost the game of Dance Dance Revolution,” Nichkhun frowned.

            The group was separated into two.  All of the girls were on one team and the boys were on another team.  Since there was one extra member on the girls’ team, Jiyong volunteered to transfer to the boys’ team.

            Because they lost, the boys had to make the women dinner.  Nichkhun was in charge of Fei’s dinner and Jiyong had to cook for Jessica.  The remaining boyfriends had to cook for their girlfriends.  What made it difficult was that the girls made a rule that they couldn’t cook any Korean food.  It had to come from another culture.

            The men were having trouble cooking food except for Sungmin and Nichkhun.  Seungri had burned his rice once and had to get help from Sungmin to keep it from burning.  Once they finished making dinner, the women entered the dining room.  Each dish was concealed with a cover to create a surprise for them. 

            Seungri led Seohyun to her seat while the others pulled out the women’s chairs.  Seohyun rubbed her hands together in excitement.  Seungri had never cooked for her in the past.  Seungri uncovered the dish ands the smile on Seohyun’s face quickly faded.

            “I made rice and hotdogs with a side of ketchup!” Seungri announced.

            Siwon then unveiled his dish for Bora.  Bora had the same exact expression as Seohyun. 

            “I made you fish and chips!  It is just like the one that they have in Europe!” Siwon grinned.

            Bora tried to smile, but it was almost impossible.  She was pretty sure that it was frozen fish sticks and fries that he microwaved.  Bora gave an uncomfortable smile and thanked him for the effort.

            “It’s my turn!” Young Bae cheered, “I actually got a lot of help from Nichkhun, so I have to thank him.”

            Yuri clapped her hands as Young Bae showed the dish that he made with Nichkhun’s help.  It was a Vietnamese dish called pho.  Yuri inhaled the scent and smelled the magnificent aroma. 

            Sungmin then uncovered his dish, “I made my darling a wonderful Filipino dish.  It consists of these deep fried rolls called lumpia and chicken adobo with white rice.”

            Sunny looked very satisfied as she smiled widely.  She quickly kissed him on his cheek to show her appreciation.

            “Okay, Kang Jiyoung’s dish is next!” Jiyong called out, “Well, I made my closest friend a wonderful meal.  Sungmin helped me cook the meat because I can’t do it myself.”

            Jessica saw a big platter of nachos.  It had tortilla chips, nacho cheese, cooked ground beef, cilantro, onions, and sour cream.  It was an easy dish to make, but it was delicious.  Jessica hugged him for the wonderful dish.

            Nichkhun smiled at Fei and showed her what he had made her.  He made her a lobster sushi roll with a side of chow mein.  Fei gasped and bowed to him to show her appreciation for his hard work.

            Next was Seunghyun’s turn.  He slowly uncovered his dish as Yoona frowned.  She looked at him as he gave an embarrassed look.  He honestly didn’t know how to cook.

            “Seunghyun, why did you cook her instant ramen noodles?” Jiyong asked as he laughed.

            “I can’t cook!” he defended.

            Yoona pouted, “I eat this almost everyday! Why do Sunny, Jessica, and Yuri get the good meals?”

            Bora added, “Why do I get microwaved food?”

            “I only get hotdogs and rice!” Seohyun complained, “I can make that in five minutes!”

            “We struggled making it!” Seunghyun, Siwon, and Seungri yelled at the same time.

            Yoona splashed Jessica as they continued to swim in the lake.  Jessica grew insecure because there were men around her.  She didn’t even like half of them because of how they lived their lifestyle.  She wasn’t sure about Seunghyun.  He looked like a playboy, but from what she saw, he seemed faithful to Yoona.  Seungri was very loud and obnoxious, but he was so caring towards Seohyun.  Siwon seemed like an arrogant, hotshot guy, but he was very sweet to Bora.  Nichkhun, Sungmin, and Young Bae seemed to be the innocent ones in the group.  She breathed out and looked around.  The sun was beginning to set, and it was getting a bit dark.  She quickly made her way out of the lake to change into a set of dry, clean clothes.

            The group of friends huddled around the campfire that Siwon and Sungmin made together.  Jessica brought her knees to her chest as she stared into the fire.  She then closed her eyes leaned her head on Jiyong’s shoulder.  Jiyong felt her body trembling from the cold and wrapped the blanket he had around her.  Jessica gave a smile to thank him for his generosity. 

            Seunghyun gave Jiyong a suspicious, but teasing look.  Jiyong rolled his eyes as Seunghyun wiggled his eyebrows playfully.  Jiyong knew that his brother was messing with him. 

            Yoona, on the other hand, was trying to keep everyone from knowing that she was cold.  She didn’t even dare to wrap her own arms around herself because she knew that her friends would tell Seunghyun to snuggle with her.

            “Since this is kind of a couples getaway with the exceptions of Fei, Nichkhun, Jiyoung, and Jessica, how about we talk about our love stories!” Sunny suggested, “You guys don’t mind, right?”

            Fei, Nichkhun, Jiyong, and Jessica shook their heads letting Sunny know that it was fine.  Sunny smiled as she raised her hand up in the air signaling that she wanted to be first.

            “Well, Sungmin and I met during our freshman year of high school.  I had a crush on him from freshman year to junior year, but he didn’t even know who I was.  I decided to be brave our senior year, and I told him that I liked him.  Luckily, he accepted me,” Sunny told them.

            Sungmin added, “Yeah, you don’t know how it was to have a really pretty woman walk up to you to confess her feelings.  I felt guilty for not knowing who she was.  I normally would shun away a woman who confessed out of nowhere, but I couldn’t resist my Sunny bunny.  She was just too enticing.”

            “Aw, that’s such a sweet story!” Bora grinned, “Yoona ah, I think we’ve all been wondering this.  How did you and Seunghyun fall in love?”

            Yoona was caught off-guard with that question.  She never really thought of a cover up for how they supposedly fell in love.  Yoona swallowed nervously and gave Seunghyun a look of desperation.  Seunghyun quickly looked away.

            Yoona replied, “I could tell you guys, but I think Seunghyun can do it better!  He’s just so romantic!  He remembers all of the details.  Don’t you, honey?”

            Jiyong burst into laughter as Seunghyun began to blush.  Seunghyun couldn’t lie about this subject to save his life.  Seunghyun began to fidget as he played with his fingers.  Yoona cupped her chin with her hands and gave an amused grin.

            Seunghyun scratched his head, “When I met her for the first time, I didn’t really like her.  My mother…she was trying to hook us up because she thought we looked cute together.  I have to admit that I was kind of mean to her, but what impressed me was that she wasn’t afraid of me.  It came to the point where I would think of her before I slept, and I couldn’t get her out of her mind.  Then, I finally had the courage to ask her out, and she said yes.”

            “How do you feel when you see her?” Nichkhun finally asked, “Do you love her?”

            He grew confused as Jiyong gave him a signal to answer the question quickly.  Seunghyun looked at Yoona while Yoona looked away.  She didn’t want him to answer it because she was afraid that he would blow their cover.

            “Yes, I love her,” Seunghyun replied as he looked down, “When I see her, I feel as if my heart is beating double time.  It’s like I can’t take my eyes off of her.  I feel the need to look over her all the time to make sure that she’s protected and loved.”

            “That’s so romantic!” Seohyun gushed, “Oppa, why can’t you be like that?”

            Seohyun slapped Seungri’s shoulder as Seungri pouted.  He daringly pointed at Seunghyun and gave a scowl.

            “Hyung, stop raising the standards higher!” Seungri complained, “You’re making the rest of us look bad.”

            Yoona felt her arms shaking and her teeth chattering from the cold temperature.  She tried to get closer to the fire, but it looked awkward to be so close to the blazing fire.  Seunghyun finally had enough and rolled his eyes.  He gently pulled Yoona into his chest and wrapped the blanket he had around Yoona.  Yoona gasped as his hand guided her to lay her head against his chest.  Instinctively, Yoona wrapped her arms around him because she was so cold.  Once their bodies touched, she felt the warmth of his body.  He rested his chin lightly on the top of her head.  He then brought his lips near her ear and whispered words that were only audible to her.

            “You know you’re breaking one of your rules.  I thought we weren’t supposed to have skinship,” Seunghyun whispered. 

            Yoona scrunched her face up and pinched Seunghyun on the arm.  It was an exception because she was so cold.  She couldn’t handle it anymore, so she gave in.

            “Save it for later!” Jessica hooted, “You two have all night together.”

            Yoona cringed as everyone burst into laughter.  Jessica had given the dirty reference that they were going to have a crazy night together just because Seunghyun had whispered something into her ear in front of everyone.

            “Nothing is going to happen!” Yoona promised.

            Jessica fluffed her pillow as she prepared to go to sleep.  Jiyong, who changed into a hoodie and sweats, yawned as he dragged his feet towards the bed.  Jessica smiled as she lounged on the bed.  She looked happy to see her friends again.  She had so much fun, and she knew that the next night would be more exciting.

            “Jiyoung, today was so much fun.  I’m so glad that you came,” Jessica thanked him.

            Jiyong nodded sleepily and then realized that they were going to sleep on the same bed.  His eyes grew large as he stared at the king-sized bed.  In their dorms, they had two separate beds, but they were going to share a bed together for the night!

            “What’s wrong?” Jessica asked.

            Jiyong answered, “Uh, why do we have to sleep on the same bed?”

            “Yuri said that we should because there are no separate beds on any of the rooms.  What’s the problem?  We’re roommates, and we’re good friends,” Jessica shrugged her shoulders.

            Jiyong shyly smiled as he climbed the large bed.  If only she knew what was wrong with sharing the same bed.  If she found out that he was Choi Jiyong, she would have probably murdered him.  She would make him suffer the worst possible death ever.  Jiyong put his hood over his head to keep his wig from falling.  He sighed as another thought entered his mind.  If he were going to share a bed with Jessica, he would have more urges.  He already had too many urges when he had to share the same bedroom with her!

            He distanced himself from her as he laid his body on the opposite side of the bed.  Jessica rolled her eyes at how shy her friend was.  Jessica scooted next to Jiyong and laid next to him.  She rested on her back and stared at the ceiling.  With their arms slightly touching, Jessica broke the silence.

            “I don’t like distance between good friends,” Jessica finally said.

            Jiyong didn’t utter a single word.  A big, goofy smile was on his face as he looked at Jessica through the room’s dim lights.  This was the first nonual experience he had in which he was laying with a woman with a smile on his face.  He knew that this had to be something special.

            Yoona felt her eyelids getting heavier by the second as her drowsiness increased.  Seunghyun had both feet up on the couch as he wrapped his blanket over his body.  Since they weren’t a real couple, Yoona insisted on locking the door and separating in the sleeping arrangements.  She told him to sleep on the couch while she slept on the bed.  Seunghyun agreed immediately because he knew that there was no chance that he would win an argument with Yoona over the bed.

            “Yoong!” Seunghyun shouted.

            Yoona’s eyes widened as she looked at him.  Her eyebrows creased together to show her anger.  He was always trying to disturb her sleep.  Yoona then let out a little laugh as she took in the sight.  Seunghyun looked like a five-year-old boy hiding from a monster.  The playboy millionaire looked so vulnerable.

            “You don’t know how ridiculous you look,” Yoona laughed loudly.

            “It’s not funny!  Can you hear the thunder?  It’s so loud!” Seunghyun whined, “The lightning looks terrifying!”

            Yoona rolled her eyes, “If you’re scared, just cover your ears or something.”

            “Can I sleep next to you?” he asked, “I’ll feel better.”

            “You’re a grown man!” Yoona shook her head, “Why would you need a nerd to help you ease your fear of lightning and thunder?  I’m still surprised!  You can beat up anyone and win.  You can destroy any person’s reputation without really trying.  Many heirs and heiresses fear you, but you’re afraid of a little lightning and thunder?  This is unbelievable!”

            Seunghyun shook his head, “Just go next to me on the couch then!  I really don’t have any bad intentions.  I’m not going to trying anything with you.  Remember that we’re friends!”

            Yoona didn’t trust him one single bit.  Even if they were friends, she couldn’t forget his womanizing behavior.  Yoona shook her head reluctantly as he frowned with sadness.

            “Yoona ah!” he yelled.

            Yoona didn’t listen to him and was about to lie back down on the large bed.  With a mocking smile on her face, she prepared to get her good night’s rest. 

            A loud crackly sound echoed through the sky; the lightning was seen through the large glass window.  Seunghyun kept his eyes shut as he tried to distract himself.  He even covered his ears with his hands.  His breathing turned heavy as he continued to hum to himself to keep himself occupied from the sound of the thunder.

            Yoona rolled to her side and looked at Seunghyun.  For the first time in her life, she saw fear in him.  She thought he was just messing with her so that he could sleep on the bed, but she figured that he wasn’t lying.  Yoona then felt a bit guilty.  If she were afraid, she would want someone to support her, too.

            Yoona sighed, “Seunghyun, you can sleep next to me.  Just don’t touch me when we’re sleeping.”

The next morning…

            Yoona’s eyes slowly fluttered open and then she rubbed her eyes with the back of her hand.  Yoona’s gasped loudly as she felt weight over her body.  Seunghyun was practically on top to her.  Their legs were tangled together and Seunghyun was hugging her tightly.  She felt his soft breathing against her neck.  He had his face buried into her neck.

            “SEUNGHYUN, GET OFF ME!” Yoona roared.

            Jiyong’s eyes opened as he felt a pair of arms around him.  Jessica was sleeping soundly.  She rested her head near the crook of Jiyong’s shoulder.  He was glad that she didn’t rest her head on his chest.  She would have probably felt the stuffed bra that he was wearing.

            Jiyong smiled to himself as he looked at the sleeping angel.  He had to admit that he liked her.  It was different because he already told himself that he never wanted to play with her like he did to those other women. 

            “SEUNGHYUN, GET OFF ME!” Jiyong heard someone scream.

            Jessica grew startled and sat up to hear the loud shriek.  She gently blushed to realize that she had been hugging her roommate while they were sleeping.  She was just used to hugging something when she slept.  In the dorms, she had a big teddy bear that she hugged.

            “Sorry, Jiyoung,” Jessica gave a sleep smile, “I must be heavy.”

            “It’s fine.  You’re not heavy at all,” Jiyong assured her, “Now let’s check up on Yoona and Seunghyun.  It sounds as if he’s her and she’s calling for our help.”

            Jessica burst into laughter as they made their way out of the bedroom and into Seunghyun and Yoona’s to check up on them.  When they made it to the hallway, they two other couples checking up on them.  Sunny, Sungmin, Bora, and Siwon were there to see if anything was wrong.

            They stood at the doorway and saw the two arguing with each other.  Siwon laughed as he covered his mouth while Bora tried to calm them both down.

            “What’s wrong?” Bora asked.

            “This bastard wouldn’t get off me when we woke up!” Yoona shouted.

            Seunghyun defended, “Well, I’m a heavy sleeper, okay?”

            “You can’t sleep next to me anymore!” Yoona crossed her arms and turned her head away from him.

            Seunghyun put his hand on her shoulder as he gave an apologetic expression.  He worried that if there was another storm, she wouldn’t be there to comfort him.  He pouted out his lips much to everyone’s amusement.

            “Yoona ah, I’m sorry!  I was wrong okay!  I won’t do that again!” he apologized.

            Siwon pointed out, “You know, he never apologized to anyone before.  He never apologized to his own cousins even if he was wrong.”

            “That’s so sweet!” Sunny cheered, “Yoona is Seunghyun’s weakness!”

            Seunghyun nervously laughed as Yoona sneakily punched him on the arm.  Everyone was too busy laughing and teasing to notice that she had hit him on his arm.  Seunghyun faked a smile and then stuck his tongue out at Yoona.

            As soon as everyone woke up, they went to eat breakfast.  Young Bae and Yuri took the courtesy to cook breakfast for everyone.  They cook beef soup with vegetables and brewed a fresh pot of coffee.  Yoona began to slurp her soup from her spoon as Jessica hungrily ate it.  Seunghyun and Jiyong stared at each other in disbelief that Yoona and Jessica ate like beasts.

            “We should do something this evening!” Yuri suggested, “When I was little, my parents would take me to an annual festival about twenty minutes away from here.  Do you guys want to go?”

            The group was kind of split with the decision.  Yoona, Jessica, and Yuri wanted to go.  Fei didn’t want to go because she was afraid of the rides there.  Bora hated the idea of being crowded, and Sunny was terrified of fireworks.  Since Sunny and Bora didn’t want to go, Sungmin and Siwon volunteered to stay with their girlfriends. 

            Yuri told Nichkhun, “Why don’t you stay with Fei so that she’s not lonely?”

            Nichkhun gave Fei a gentle smile and finally nodded.  He wanted to go to spend time with Yoona and Yuri, but he figured that Fei would need him more.  Yuri then clapped her hands together as she flashed a luminous smile.

            “It’s settled then!  We’re going to the festival!  I’m so excited!” Yuri exclaimed.

jessicajessica:  I hope you guys liked it.  Anticipate Sunshine's update within (hopefully) in the next 24 hours or so.  She just texted me that she had written everything on a notebook and she plans on typing it out as soon as she gets home.

btw anyone reading 50 Shades of Grey?  My sister gave me her set because she's only 13 and she said it's too mature for her.  She knows me too well lol.
