Aiden’s POV

When I woke up I felt my head pounding, I groan as I push myself up and rub my face, I coughed a few times but shook it off.

I knew I wasn’t sick; just have to get back to my routine, “I’m going to school today…”

Translation: ‘I’m going to hell today’…

…

….

What? You agree right?

Well if you don’t….then you don’t…

I shower and get dress before Dongho wakes up, I check the clock and see that it’s six in the morning; I make myself toast and eat very slowly…

I am so out of it, I don’t want to go to school…why can hyung homeschool me?

Oh that’s right he’s an idol…

I feel my phone vibrate and answer it, “AIDEN!”
“Hey Sungmin hyung, what’s up with the screaming at six in the god-damn morning huh?”

“Sorry but, Oh my GOD!! Kyu just gave me a ring! And our initials are engraved!!” I hummed while eating the last of my toast,

“Very cool hyung” I swallow, “Do you think you can give Dongho and I a ride to school?”

“Sure why?”

“I’ll tell you later…so see you in a few?”

“Yea!” he hung up before I could even thank him, shrugging I say

“I’ll tell him when he gets here…”

“Aiden-ah?” Oh Dongho is up

“Dongho? Up already?”

“Ne, school today; remember?”

“No I just dressed up in my uniform for fun because I am uncool and boring like that”

We laugh.

After he got his breakfast we stood outside of the dorm and waited for Sungmin

“Aiden you okay?”

“Yeah, just tired” I felt his hand on my forehead and looked at the ground

“No fever…that’s good”

“Haven’t gotten sick before”

“Really? That’s cool”

“I guess…” I look up and see

…..

God can you kill me please?

Sungmin drives a pink mustang!?

“Hyung…” I muttered as he stopped in front of us,

“Hey Guys!”

“Hey Sungmin-shi”

“Hi Sungmin Hyung” I got in the passenger’s seat while Dongho got in the back

“Hello Aiden” I turn to see Kyuhyun

“Hi Kyu hyung”

The ride to school was nice, the three others chatted away while I stared out the window

‘You’ll be mine soon; trust me’

 I sighed as those word repeated, what was I going to do?

I smiled as I got my books and walked beside Dongho, “Want to sit next to each other?” I looked at him then nodded

“Sure”

The two of us sat in the back with Eunhyuk, or ‘Hyukkie’ is what Donghae calls him, we all passed notes while the teacher wasn’t looking, which was always.

Dongho accidently dropped his note to Eunhyuk and I pick it up, “Kim Aiden!” I lift my head

“Ne ma’am?”

“What are you doing?”

“Picking up a piece of paper I dropped”

“Alright then…alright so for the final days you have exams, although; those who are in the school play will start next week. So start studying! Class dismiss” I see a boy raise his hand

“But the bel-”

Ring!

“Never mind…” I laugh softly, Dongho and Eunhyuk walk side by side chatting away, I still hold the note in my hand but shrug and place it in my pocket, and they must be talking about it now, right?

“Kim Jung-hwa, Shin Dongho,  Hyungshik, Kim Kibum, Lee Taemin, Lee Sungmin, Lee Donghae, Lee Hyukjae, Jo Kwangmin, Jo Young-min, and Jung Jessica. Please report to the theater, I repeat Kim-”

“Come on Aiden” Hae said and grabbed my hand and took off running; I saw Dongho running ahead of us.

Alright, fighting~!

I stepped through the doors with Donghae and Dongho and soon my eyes got wider, the theater was huge!

Seriously, why is this school so big?

“Come on Aiden, quit day dreaming” Hae hyung said, pulling me out of my trance; I nod and follow them to the stage along with others

“Alright students!” I looked to see a small lady, probably in her twenties still, “Welcome to the theater~ I will be your director Lee Sunyeong” I bowed along with everyone then looked around

After the meeting we went to our class.

When lunch came around I walked by myself and let everyone go ahead,

“Everybody has a different precipitation~” I whispered

“Everybody seems the same…they try to pull me down with them…but baby I will not fall, even if I have to fight my way through this life

There is nothing in this world that can change me; you can’t change me …”

I smiled, opening my locker and pull out a note book and write down what I just said

For the past week I have been writing down random lyrics and soon I will put them into a song; I close my locker and walk down the hall.

When I reached the lunch room I saw everyone at our table and Dongho already got my food, I began to move forward but a hand pulled my arm back and I looked to see Hyungsik, “Where are you going?”

“I think I’m going to eat with Dongho-ah, goodbye”

“I think not, we’re eating on the roof” I gave him a ‘What the hell are you talking about’ look and pulled my arm away

“I’d rather not”

“Why are you suddenly acting like this?”

“And since when were you a pushy bastard?” I asked, I heard gasps around me, “I’m tired of you being all over me, this isn’t what I want in a relationship. I will not be forced to do things against my wi-“

He hit me, he ING HIT ME AGAIN!!

With the force he put into it I fell back, my bag opened and all my books and stuff fell out

I felt my blood boil at this point, I looked up at him, “You hit me?”

“So what?”

“You ing hit me” I lean back and push myself up onto my feet and kicked him back.

I watched him stumble a few steps before hitting the wall, “Don’t mess with the Star” I growled and started to pick up my books and everything, and look up to see everyone staring.

I stood and swung my bag onto my back and walked out of the café.

Author’s POV

Dongho looked at where Hyungsik was and saw him stumble away, everyone around them began to whisper and everyone at the table looked at one another,

“What was that?” Donghae asked, slightly scared

“Hyungsik must have tried to force him to do something again…plus he hit him….that was the dark star we just saw…or dark Aiden, whichever you prefer” Eunhyuk said holding Hae’s hand

“I’m going to check on him” Dongho says, standing

“I’ll come too” Sungmin says and the two walk off in the direction the teen ran off in.

Aiden sat under the 4^th years stairs, he didn’t feel like talking to anyone; he only wanted to help the Yewook couple then just go straight home and sleep. I’ll just ask Sungmin or Donghae for the summer class’s form.

He watches the 4^th years walk past him, he knows no one would find him…

He turns his head and collides with the wall “Aish!” he held his head, “Damn wall…”

“Aiden?” he heard Sungmin’s voice, he saw a pair of legs walk past him and go towards the left, away from him, he sighed silently.

He saw a figure look under then walk towards him “I know you’re under here Aiden”

“Dongho-ah…” he felt his heart increase, every step he took closer to him

Dongho felt his way to the back due to the darkness, when he felt Aiden’s leg with his foot he sat beside him, “Hungry?”

“Ani-” his stomach growl and the younger blushed, he thanked god for the darkness around them

“You’re stomach disagrees” the elder laughed and took out a sandwich and tried handing it to Aiden.

The teen laughed and grabbed the sandwich and started eating “Thank you hyung…”

“Are you feeling better?”

“A little…”

“Are you sure?”

“Ne, hopefully he takes the hint”

“Yeah he is getting on my nerves now…” the teen laughed after finishing the sandwich, “Thanks again for the sandwich, it was good”

“I know, Ryeowook-ah made one for everyone, when Sungmin and I were coming over here to look for you he gave me a sandwich”

“That was nice; I need to thank him later”

“Still setting up the date?”

“Yeah, I hope the both like it”

Dongho nods to himself and searches for Aiden’s hand in the dark, his eyes slowly adjust to the darkness, he saw Aiden look at him “Something wrong?”

The elder didn’t say anything, he watched as Aiden’s head tilted slightly, confused

“Are you okay?” still the other said nothing, he leans in closer till their foreheads touched, Aiden closed his eyes tightly, not expecting anything else to happen.

Dongho tightens his grip on the latter’s hand and continued to lean in, closing his eyes their lips were inches apart, close to a kiss

“Dongho! Aiden!”

Dongho pulls away and stares at a shocked Aiden, “A-Aid-”

“There you two are! Playing hide and seek now? Aish…” Sungmin said as he goes and drags the two out from under the stairs

“Aiden I-”

“I-I-I have t-to go to g-g-gym, see you guys after school!!” The teen yelled and ran down the stairs, placing his hand over his mouth, covering part of his blush.

Sungmin looked at Dongho to see that a small blush was creeping up upon his cheeks “Dongho, care to share something?”

“A-Aniyo….”

“Alright…let’s get to class ne?”

“Arasso…” Sungmin helps the younger stand and they walk to class together.

Aiden rounds a few corners and soon he ends up in the locker room, he started panting, his heart raced as he slide down to the floor, when he remembered the scene he blushed madly. His own hyung tried to kiss him, but why he wondered why.

“Aiden?” he jumped as he heard Siwon’s voice

“S-Siwon hyung” he whispered

“Are you okay?”

“N-Ne”

“Well get ready, class starts in ten minutes; also Hyungsik is here…I heard from Heechul, I’ll protect you” he smiled at the younger whom nodded and got up to change.

Aiden walks out, he didn’t fear Hyungsik anymore, and he definitely wasn’t a threat anymore, when Hyungsik spotted him he strolled over to him and slugged his arm over the Youngers shoulders

“So Aiden, what do you say about going out tonight” Aiden pushes his arm off

“I say no, I’m going home afterwards”

“So I’ll walk you then”

“No”

“Aiden come here” Siwon called the teen walked over leaving Hyungsik to glare at the teen,

“Just wait Aiden, you’ll be mine; sooner or later” he whispered.

Siwon looked at Aiden and held his arms “Stick with me okay? Today we’re all playing dodge ball, so I need to know now, do you want to be on Hyungsik’s team” the teen shook his head “Alright, Bummie this is Kim Aiden, we need you to pick him first”

“But you’re always been my first pick” ‘Bummie’ says

“I’ll be the second okay?” Siwon smiled at the boy as the other blushed and nodded

“Thank you” Aiden said and bowed his head

“It’s no problem, I’m Kibum by the way” the boy held out his hand and Aiden greatly shook his hand

“Nice to meet you”

“So you’re the boy who got into it with Hyungsik?”

“Well…sort of…”

“And Dongho’s boyfriend right”

“EH?!”

“Well you two seem close” at this Aiden blushes ten shades of red

“We’re just roommates is all…”

“Alright then, so you say” Kibum whispered the last part but Aiden heard him clearly.

The teacher comes in yelling “Alright in line! Mr. Kim you are joining this game since you need to participate in something!” Aiden nodded as he stood next to Siwon in line and looked at Kibum

“Kibum you pick first”

“I pick Aiden” the said teen walked behind the older

“G.O your next…”

“I pick Hyungsik” the taller male walks behind the boy and looks at Aiden

“Alright then Aiden, I see how it is…” he whispered to the other while standing behind his leader

“Siwon”

“Joon”

“Mir”

The name kept coming until each team had ten even, the teacher places ten balls in a straight line dividing the two teams, “Alright, once I blow this whistle each team has a chance to  grab a ball and run or shoot. Rules are simple, if you are hit you are out, your team mate catches the ball you are back in. Those who are out, make a line so that way no one can just jump in, is that understood?”

“Ne” everyone says,

“Alright pick you’re five people to grab a ball, one minute to decide!” the teacher walked to the side lines, everyone on Kibum’s side huddled into a circle

“Okay who can grab the ball fast enough?”

“Me, Siwon, Daesung, Yoseob, and maybe this Aiden guy”

“Me?” Aiden questioned

“Aiden can you?” the teen looks at the eight-teen eyes looking at him then nodded, giving in

“Alright you guys up front”

Aiden along with Siwon and the rest stood in front while the other half stood in the back.

The other teams half came out and Aiden was glad Hyungsik wasn’t in front, though he saw a certain person stare him down

“Aiden go for the right” Siwon instructed, “Kick back as many balls as you can” Aiden nodded and waited for the whistle.

“Ready?” Everyone looked at their opponent while Aiden looked at the three balls he was going to get, once the whistle blew Aiden moved fast and slide, bringing his leg around and kicked three balls to the back for their team then felt a sudden pain in his calf

“AHHH!!!” he yelled and held his calf

“Seungri! That is foul play! Sit on the bench, G.O you will be playing with nine players!! Yah Kim are you okay?”

“Aiden?” Siwon kneeled beside the teen, worried

“Bring that bastard back in, I want to get back at him….” Aiden hissed forcing himself up, despite the pain “YOU!” he pointed to the boy on the bench, “Get back on the field! This isn’t over”

“Kim he is supposed to si-”

“I said bring him in! I won’t allow him to hurt me and sit, he needs a taste of his own medicine!”

Everyone including the teacher stared at the teen and soon the teacher nodded and motioned the boy to come back in, “Siwon, cover me” Aiden whispers and he limps behind him

“No problem, are you sure you’re alright”

“I’ve had worse done to me, this is minor…” he says, which it wasn’t a lie.

The teacher blew the whistle and the game began, Aiden would catch a ball every now and then as he leg healed slowly, he’d throw a ball and get a boy in the crotch here and there but he was mainly aiming for the boy named ‘Seungri’

When Aiden could stand on both feet he moves from behind Kibum since Siwon got hit, he comes around and throws the ball at full force, and it connected with Seungri’s face.

The boy fell back and his nose began to bleed, his side team mates carried him off the field, everyone on the other team stared in fear.

“One down” Aiden said, getting their attention “Four more to go”

Kibum couldn’t help but laugh when the other team screamed when Aiden had the ball and would barely dodge the ball.

It was now only Kibum and Aiden on one side and Hyungsik and G.O on the other, “You’re going down Hyungsik…” Aiden hissed, G.O handed Hyungsik a ball and he threw it only to have Aiden do a back bend and it just grazes his stomach, he stands straight again and threw a ball hitting Hyungsik in the face

“Hyungsik!” G.O yelled but soon groaned in pain as a ball connects with his crotch, Aiden and Kibum high-fived, smirking

“Yeah man~!” Aiden said in English and was soon picked up into a bear hug, “Siwon hyung!” he yelled, knowing who it was but the elder continued to hug him

“You’re awesome dude!” one of the guys said,

“Yeah I agree with GD, you’re cool” another said with blue hair.

Aiden walked with Siwon and Kibum through the halls, the three were holding in their laughter as they saw G.O and Seungri limping still with Hyungsik holding his face all the way to the nurses office, once the door closed they laugh historically

“Oh my god best game ever” Kibum said high-fiving Siwon then Aiden

“I’ll say”

“Hey Aid, how’s the leg?”

“Ahh…bruising…but I’ve had worse, like I said earlier, its minor”

“Aright, if you say so”

“Well this is my class, see you two later”

“Arasso, come on Wonnie” Aiden stood in the door way and watched the two walk away, Kibum looked around before holding Siwon’s hand, Aiden’s jaw dropped at the sight

“Oh my god” he whispered

“Oh my god what? Is it my iness?” Heechul asked coming into view

“What? I do agree you are, but no I meant Siwon and Kibum hyung, their a couple! They suit each other perfectly!” the teen exclaimed, watching in awe “I wish I could find my significant other…” he whispered and pouted before walking into the class room

Heechul shared a look with his boyfriend before pulling the Chinese boy along with him.

As school ended Aiden was excited for what was going to happen next, he couldn’t wait to see the perfect romantic scene that would soon unfold before him, he began to pack up and walked to the said room Yesung was in and waited outside.

When the bell rung students began to file out, when he saw a specific black haired male he pulled on his arm “Yesung-shii?”

He turned and smiled at Aiden “Hi Aiden! What are you doing on the 4^th year’s floor? Shouldn’t you be on the 3^rd year floor?”

“I should, but I need some help, everyone else disappeared…”

“Sure I’d gladly help!” Yesung exclaimed

“Perfect!”

When they reached the garden Aiden pulled out a blind fold and tied it around Yesung’s eyes, “Yah what are you doing?!”

“I am going to make my present, and I want to show you when I’m done, but you cannot see it yet”

“Arasso…can I sit on the grass?”

“Sure, as long as you do not move from that spot”

“Arasso I promise”

“Thank you Yesung hyung!”

When Aiden was out of earshot he hurried to find Heechul “Is he over there?”

“Ne, Ryeowook hyung here yet?”

“Yeah, let’s bring the two together!”

“Yah, can I watch?”

“You? Watch? You better ask Fishy and Monkey”

“But” the teen pouted, “I wanna see”

“Aishh~ okay okay you can! Just bring the turtle!”

“Who?”

“Yesung, he’s the turtle!”

“Ah right, sorry; be back”

“Yesung hyung I’m done!”

“About time, I was about to fall asleep~”

“Come on! I have to show you!” the teen pulled his hyung to his feet and led him the way,

“So do you think you’re crush will like you back”

“E-Eh? M-My crush should…”

“Don’t be scared around him, I saw confess before it’s too late” the two stepped where the trail of roses began, “If I were you, I’d confess as soon as possible…”

“I should…shouldn’t I?” Aiden questioned

“Ne, so are we here yet? I want to see this gift!”

“O-Oh right, I’m going to walk ahead, count to ten and take the blind fold off then follow the trail I put okay?”

“Arasso, ten…nine….eight” as he began to count down Aiden moved away silently and hid with Donghae, the elder smiled and looked through the small opening where the set was.

Aiden’s eyes widened in awe as he saw the set, there were pink, red, and white crate paper surrounding the circle of rose bushes, on each side there was an opening for both Yesung and Ryeowook to walk through and to meet each other.

The red roses were already bloomed, they were pretty, and on the grass there was a small picnic blanket and basket, white roses laid across the top, the way the sun was setting made the set look like it was glowing slightly.

“Wow” Aiden breathed, “It’s so beautiful~”

“Really? I hope so, we all worked hard” Aiden looked at him then smiled

“The set is truly beautiful”

“Shhh, here they come” the fish whispered,

“Yah scoot over will yeah?”

“Sorry hyung…Uh I can’t move”  

“Just sit in the fishes lap, I don’t mind” Eunhyuk whispered trying to see, he played the smaller teen in the fishes lap and sat beside his boyfriend and held his hand.

“Aiden!” Yesung called, Aiden giggled quietly as his hyung’s cluelessness but it made him special in his own way, Ryeowook was the first to enter and as soon as he stepped into the circle his eyes widen in awe, he was taken aback by the view of the set, soon Yesung came into the opening and he saw Ryeowook and the two stared at each other.

“Ryeowook-ah?”

“H-Hi hyung” Ryeowook stuttered

“What is all this?”

“I-It’s uhh…” Ryeowook began to play with his fingers

“Wookie?”

“It’s a date” he whispered, making Aiden face palm; just as he wanted to say something the fish and monkey covered his mouth, he pouted under their hands and just watched while leaning back into Donghae as if he was a chair.

“What was that?”

“It’s our date” Ryeowook said a bit louder

“So this isn’t Aiden’s gift to his crush?”

“Aniyo…he only said that to get you here…we wanted to surprise you and I was thinking since we haven’t had a proper first date because of all the fans and our sched-” he was cut off with another pair of lips on his own, they shared an innocent kiss and pulled away

“I love it”

“R-Really?” the elder nodded “I’m glad...uh d-do you want to eat now?”

“Did you cook it?” the younger nodded, “Then the answer is yes, I will eat anything made by you”

“Thank you”

The two sat and enjoyed their first date, no fans, no schedule, and mostly; no one to disturb them.

The Eunhae couple watched the two boys while Aiden fell asleep during it all, the fishy and monkey smiled at the teen and decided it was time to leave. Checking their watches they see it is almost six in the evening, when they exited the garden they begin to walk; Donghae carrying Aiden and Eunhyuk carrying the backpacks

“You know” Eunhyuk started

“Hmm?”

“I think Aiden would be better off with Dongho, don’t you think?”

“Agree…but we have to let their hearts decide…” the fish replied, the monkey nodded, they soon arrive at the door of the U-KISS dorm and knock.

The door opened to their leader, Soohyun looked at Aiden and laughed quietly

“Stressful day I take it?”

“You can say that” Eunhyuk said as Donghae passes the teen to the elder

“But he had fun today, here’s his bag”

“Thank you to very much”

“No problem, it’s what friends do” Donghae said as he and his boyfriend join hands, “Have a good night Soohyun-Shii”

“You too” Soohyun says as the two left.

“Dongho, come put Aiden to bed”

“Arasso” the teen came down and took the latter form his leader and went upstairs, Dongho lays the teen on his own bed, covers him; then lifted his bangs to see his face,

“Good night Aiden” he whispered and kissed the others forehead before going to bed.
