"This is hopeless."

Jin Ae stared at herself as she sighed in defeat. She had been styling her hair for five hours now and yet no style could ever feel her satisfied. 

It's the night of the prom and by eight o'clock she already needs to be at school. It's already 7 pm yet she still hasn't wore her dress for she's still fixing her hair. She sighed in frustration and she plopped down on the round chair in the middle of her walk in closet placing her face on her palm. Nana walked towards her, patting her shoulder trying to cheer her up.

"The one you previous did is already good, why did you still change it young miss?" she asked as Jin Ae looked at her.

"I don't know," she answered, standing up and walking back towards the vanity drawer, "I wasn't that satisfied with how looked."

Nana approached her as Jin Ae looked at herself from side to side in the mirror.

"Why young miss?" Nana asked making Jin Ae look at her, "Are you afraid of disappointing your date with how you look?"

Jin Ae's eyes widened as she stared at her personal maid with mouth opened. She shook her head eagerly and she tried to stumble on some words to respond, "NO! Oh please! Disappoint my d-date?!"

Nana tilted her head making Jin Ae looked at her with horror. She warily bit her lip before letting out a loud sigh, "Alright you got me."

Nana grinned as she folded her arms in front of her chest and studied her master's expression, leaning by the cabinet, "Why are you so nervous young miss? You were never like this before. Especially to him."

Jin Ae shrugged as she picked up her hair brush and started combing her hair, trying another hairstyle, "Honestly, I don't know too Nana. I've never felt this way before, not to any guy and I never thought I would be so nervous just because that guy is my date for tonight."

Nana watched as Jin Ae curled her hair and put on a hairspray, "So now you are trying to look good for him?"

"I wouldn't say that." Jin Ae said bewildered before sighing again, "I don't know. I think I'm going crazy Nana."

Nana laughed as she helped Jin Ae put her hair into place by clipping a pin on it, "How did he became your prom date anyway young miss?"

Jin Ae looked at her thru the mirror before shrugging, "It's a long story really."

Nana raised an eyebrow as Jin Ae took a deep breath, "Fine, long story short. It was lunch time yesterday when Kiseop dragged me towards his locker and told me that he needs to ask me something in private."

"And then?" Nana asked as she grabbed the curler and handed it to Jin Ae.

"And then this amazing pabo AJ appeared like some kind of mushroom out of nowhere and dragged me away from my Seoppie." Jin Ae narrated as she placed all of her hair on the side and tried curling it in different lengths. "And then that's when he dragged me towards the rooftop and there."

"He asked you to be his prom date and you said yes?" Nana asked as Jin Ae rolled her eyes.

"Well you know, he asked me to be his prom date and when I was about to respond, he just gave me the corsage and viola! I'm his prom date." Jin Ae stated making Nana laughed. "It sounded like an order not a question really."

"But why didn't you protest young miss? I mean, you're not the type that likes to be ordered around." Nana asked as Jin Ae stopped and looked at her intently.

"I..." Jin Ae was lost at words when Nana studied her. She was quiet for a moment making Nana smile as if understanding the situation and spoke, "Young miss."

Jin Ae looked at her as Nana pointed at her wrist, "Time is running."

Jin Ae widened her eyes and quickened up her pace, panicking, making Nana laughed to herself.

Beautifully curled on one side, Jin Ae was finally satisfied on the look of her hair as she wore her gold Tiffany & Co Venezia heart earrings. She looked at herself once more and noted that the glitter dress she bought from the boutique last time was indeed worth the keeps. As she walked outside their home with her Jimmy Choo glitter pumps, her date was already there waiting for her.

Leaning on his red Audi R8 Spyder, Jin Ae's prom date instantly smirked as he saw her making her way towards him. He pushed himself off his car as he opened the door of his car for Jin Ae then went inside after her. Starting the engine, he looked at her for the last before smirking, "I guess all the waiting was worth it."

Jin Ae looked at him as he drove towards the school, "What do you mean?"

"Stunning like always, no one could take the spotlight on you Jin. Better keep my guard up, for I don't want anyone to be flirting with my angel tonight." 

Jin Ae shook her head as she looked at him, seeing that signature smirk plastered on the handsome face of the Woo Kevin.

The venue of the event was decorated fancily with stars, lights and a fountain at the middle making it look so different that you would never think of it as the school's gym. When the doors opened, a handsome man with a beautiful lady was revealed. Wearing a light pink dress embellished with Swarovski crystal, the lady some heads turn. She walked down the aisle with her pink Guiseppe Zanotti shoes and her silver heart sterling silver set shoned down, making the crowd stare at her with awe. She and her partner who appeared to be her twin confidently strode their way towards the center table where their friends were sitted. The spotlight was on them, making her smirk - loving the attention - but sadly, it wasn't that long.

Cha Jinkyung and her twin, Chunji, were talking to their 'friends' when the oh-so-cold Lee Kiseop entered the scene. He looked exceptionally handsome with his tuxedo and the way his hair was styled upwards gave him the bad boy look which made a lot of heads turn.

He saw his friends on a corner and as he walked towards them, he hissed, trying to ignore all the attention he's getting. When Dongho saw him, his mouth instantly went opened making Hoon look towards what he's looking and instantly copied the reaction his dongsaeng had. Kiseop smirked at them as he pushed the pabos mouth upwards.

"Close your mouths pabos. Flies might come in."

Hoon and Dongho were still in the state of shock when someone from behind whistled. Kiseop turned back and saw Eli smirking with Soohyun and AJ behind him.

"Is this what happens when you don't have a prom date? You really look good Lee Kiseop." Eli teased as Kiseop glared at him.

"Too bad. Jinnie accepted Kevin's invitation not yours." Soohyun nonchalantly said as Kiseop felt something on his throat. He was about to respond to their teasing when Hoon stood beside him.

"Well, Jinnie 'accepted' your friend's invitation because he forced her to accept it." Hoon stated as Dongho walked and stood on Kiseop's other side. Kiseop was thankful his friends are there for him and felt a bit more calmer.

AJ shrugged, "Well atleast Kevin got Jin Jin as his date."

"What happened Lee Kiseop? Too afraid to ask Jin Jin? Too bad, Kevin won." Eli mocked making Kiseop roll his eyes.

"If your mushroom friend didn't appear," He said glaring at AJ, "I would've ask Jinnie to be my date. He just appeared and grabbed her that time."

"Yeah, you guys cheated! If you didn't dragged Jinnie and forced her, she would be Seoppie hyung's date, not Kevin's!" Dongho glared at the three as they looked at one another.

"Well, yeah whatever." Soohyun shrugged as AJ walked towards the three. He walked closer to Kiseop, ignoring the glare he's giving him.

"I just need to tell you this." AJ softly said, "Prepare yourself. Cause at the end of tonight, Kevin would release a bomb. If I were you, might as well prepare myself to accept the fact that I might lose Jin Jin sooner or later."

Kiseop flinched at his words and stared at AJ's figure who's walking back to his friends as they casually chatted with one another as if nothing happened. Hoon placed a hand on his shoulder and was about to say something when the door of the school's gym opened, making everyone heads turn.

With his handsome face and her beauty, its no wonder Woo Kevin and Kim Jin Ae grabbed everyone's attention. Their matching outfits made everyone confirmed that the two are a couple for tonight and noted how perfect they looked with one another. Walking down the aisle, ladies were giving Kevin some looks as he tried to ignore them, making them a bit confused and disappointed. Jin Ae saw this as she raised an eyebrow on her date, "What was that all about?"

"I'm trying to be a good date. I'm all yours for the night." Kevin shrugged making Jin Ae laugh.

"I doubt that would happen."

Kevin just smirked as they continued making their way towards their friends. Kiseop couldn't help but feel jealous of Kevin as he had Jin Ae as his date. When the 'couple' arrived, Jin Ae instantly made her way towards her friends making Soohyun raise an eyebrow on his friend.

"You're letting her go just like that?" Soohyun asked bewildered as Kevin looked at Jin Ae before smirking at his hyung.

"Let her be." Kevin stated casually as Eli grinned.

"Pretending to be tough eh? You know if you just let her be, she might go with Kiseop by the of the night." Eli stated as Kevin shook his head.

"I wouldn't make that happen. Not tonight." Kevin smirked and looked at AJ, "You've prepared everything right?"

"I did." AJ smirked as he pointed at Kevin, "You owe me a lot man."

Kevin grinned, patting AJ's shoulder, "I know. It gotta be perfect, just like what we planned, arasso?"

"When did I ever disappoint you?" AJ snickered making Kevin laugh. The other two looked at each other before turning back to their friends.

"What the hell are you guys talking about?" Soohyun asked as Kevin and AJ smirked.

"Just wait and see."
