“I think..we…already.. lost them.” Donghae said as he catches his breath.

“Are you sure?” I asked as I try to catch my breath too. I had no idea where we were at that time but I was pretty sure it’s the safest place in Myungdong.

“Yeah” he assured me as he sat on a bench.

“Please. Don’t ever make me run again.” I said as I sat next to him.

“I promise. Next time, we should bring bicycle or scooter with us.” He said as he grinned.

“AND YOU COULD EVEN JOKE ABOUT IT? We almost got beaten! I almost died because I was out of breath and then, there you are, just joking around?” I yelled.

Damn this person! I will never, ever go out with you again!

“Yah, just relax, okay? I was just kidding.”

It took us about a few minutes to relax ourselves and have our normal breathing back.

“Come on.” He said as he stood up and offered his hand to me.

What the hell is he planning to do this time?

“Where are we going?” I said, in a not so interested manner.

“Let’s go back to Ahjumma. I guess you’ve had enough suffering today.”

My eyes and my face suddenly glowed. Finally! I could go home!

“Are you serious?” I said, with my most beautiful smile.

“No. I changed my mind!”

“YAH! Why are you fickle minded!” I said as I stepped on his foot.

“aaaaaaaaaaah!” he yelled. I ignored him and immediately walked away from him. Gosh, if I know I could curse him in Korean, I already did it a long time ago.

“Hey! Wait for me!” he yelled again. I continued walking, I was really pissed. I absolutely wanted to go home at that time. I mean, who wouldn’t.

I suddenly felt a hand grabbing my arm. I looked back and saw him, seriously looking at me. I don’t know why but I felt like my anger suddenly disappeared as soon as I saw his puppy like eyes.

“I’m sorry.” He said. My heart skipped its beat. He made it sound so convincing. Even his eyes made it so convincing. I suddenly got weak. And then suddenly, he pulled me closer to him and hugged me. I didn’t know exactly how to react.

“You’re my very first girlfriend tiffany; please don’t be angry with me.”

No. I’m not angry.. I’m just… whoa, wait. GIRLFRIEND?

“What?” I said, as I pulled him away from me.

“Me? Girlfriend?” I clarified.

“Yes. Girlfriend.” He said as he raised his eyebrows, as if he was telling me something.

He suddenly pulled me back and hugged me again. I tried to keep myself away from him but he was too strong.

“Yah. There are reporters following us. Let’s hurry up.” He said as he held into my hand.

I felt something really weird by the time we were walking hand in hand. I don’t know what it was but it felt good and yet I felt nervous. Gah! This guy is really making me feel something unexplainable!

“So, were taking the bus again?” I asked him as we continued walking.

“No. There’s Kang-In.” he said as he pointed his car.

“I thought they didn’t know?” I asked.

“They don’t. They probably had something like GPS. I don’t know.”

Grrr. What’s the point of trying to runaway when they’ll still find us in the end! STUPID JERK!

There was a total silence inside the car as we went away. I didn’t quite know what to say, and he maybe feels the same.

Afte a few minutes, he finally started to speak.

“I’ll send your uniform tomorrow. It’s Friday anyways, so you won’t have to use it.”

“Don’t worry about it. I got tons of it at home.”

Does he really think I only have a pair of uniform? Tsk.

After a few minutes, we finally arrived in my house. Donghae went out before me, as gentleman as he is, and sent me off towards the main door.

“I’m sorry for causing you a lot of trouble today.” He said.

“Oh no. Don’t be sorry yet. I know there’ll be more to come.” I sarcastically answered.

Yeah, I expect a lot more unfortunate events, with you.

“Well, that probably means you’d still stay by my side for the next. few days…. And even months.” He said and I froze. Maybe I said the wrong words.

Gaaah. STUPID TIFFANY!

“No. I mean..” I tried to explain but he suddenly interrupted me.

“Ah. By the way, there’s a charity party tomorrow. I’ll pick you up at 6pm.”

“I can’t go. I want to rest.” I said.

“How could my girlfriend ditch me on such important event?” he said with all those puppy eyes again.

“Mr. Lee, I won’t fall for that trick.”

I’m lying! I’m absolutely falling for it!

“What tricks?” he said, acting innocently.

“Ha! That trick!” I said as I point to his eyes.

“Grr. Everyone falls for it.”

“Not me.”  I assured.

“That’s why I like you.” I froze once again. How can this guy make me freeze twice in a row? GRRR!

“Don’t forget about tomorrow!” he said as he walked away.

“wa…wait!” I yelled. But he wasn’t listening. His car went all the way outside our eyes.

GOSH. How can he be so troublesome? Now, I’ve got to prepare for the party, the event that I hated the most. URGH.
