Recap:

“Nothing, nothing. Don’t mind her. She’s always like that whenever Siwon is here.”, Ella explained.

“Okay, let’s go to our room and Mrs. Yu might wake up. See you tomorrow.”, Liya said. They now go to their room to sleep. Tomorrow will be another day for them, especially for Ella. Finally, she will see his fiancé. It’s been years since they saw each other. Excitement can be seen to her face.

While everybody is already asleep, Ivy is still crying. She can’t sleep, especially she can now see Siwon everyday. The hurtful thing is that why did he come back. “What does he want now?”, she thought. She knows that she can’t avoid him for a lifetime.

The next morning, Ivy was the first one who gets down from the room as she didn’t get a good sleep at all. After 5 minutes or more, Liya was already up. It’s the first time that Liya was the first one who woke up so early. She noticed Ivy was staring somewhere. She approached her and saw that she has a big panda eyes.

“Ivy, what happened to your eyes?”, she asked, concerned to her friend. “You didn’t get a good sleep last night, did you?”, she asked again.

“It’s nothing. Don’t mind me.”, Ivy assured her.

“Are you sure?”, Liya asked again. Ivy nodded. Liya went upstairs to wake up the others, especially Reen who is always a heavy sleeper. As all the girls already woke up, Even noticed that Siwon is not yet there in the dining room to eat breakfast.

 “Where is Siwon?”, Even asked Ella about her friend.

“I don’t know. Maybe, still sleeping?”, Ella said. “Wait a minute, I’ll wake him up.”, she said.

“Huh. As always, a person who wants to be a VIP… Hmph…”, Ivy whispered.

Mrs. Yu prepared a special breakfast for them this morning. Everybody loves her cooking, as always. As Siwon eats his food, he noticed that Ivy was not touching hers. He tried to ask her but held it back. He’s just glancing at her while the others are talking and asking Ella how is her life in Korea.

“Hey, it’s Saturday today. Why not we go to mall and go shopping?”, Even offered.

“Yeah, great idea. And besides, I still have no gift for my fiancé. It’s our anniversary on Monday. It’s better to buy now as well.”, Ella clapped.

“Girls, I can’t come.”, Ivy said. The girls were surprised as they know that Ivy loves shopping.

“Ivy, is there anything wrong?”, Reen asked but Ivy shook her head.

“No,. I’m just not feeling well. I want to rest for the whole day.”, she answered. “You can go without me. It’s okay.”, she smiled at them.

Siwon is just observing her. He knows that she didn’t sleep well last night because of him. The girls also asked him to come with them but he refused. He said that he’s going somewhere; go to his friends, maybe. After he finished his food, he went to his room and finish arranging his clothes.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

“Come in. It’s not locked.”, Siwon said. Ella entered the room to see what her friend is doing. She noticed a paper bag beside his bag. She wondered why he still hasn’t given it to her little sister. She knows how Ivy loves stuff toys.

“It’s still here huh.”, she said while holding the paper bag. “Why you hasn’t given it to her. She will be happy, you know.”

“Ella unni, I’m just afraid. You know… What if she won’t… What if she will just thro..”, Siwon was cut-off by Ella.

“Just give it to her. I know she won’t do that. I’m her sister, remember?”, Ella said.

In Reen’s room, Ivy is sitting at the bed, thinking about something. No, it’s not something, it’s someone. She reminisces the moments she had with Siwon, her sister and brother. She recalled the moments how they enjoy playing on their house in Korea whenever Ivy visited her sister there.

*FLASHBACK*

“Hey jie, how come whenever Calvin ge and I visited you here in Korea, it’s always so cold.”, little Ivy asked her sister.

“It’s because it’s winter, mei mei. And snow is everywhere. I thought that you love snow here?”, little Ella explained.

“Yeah, I love snow here but I hate the super cold weather here.”, Ivy pouted.

“Hao le, why not you call Siwon and play with him.”, little Calvin suggested.

Since they were little, Siwon always teasing Ivy about some stuff, especially when they are playing with Ella and Calvin. On the other hand, Ivy always run to her sister and cry. It’s their daily routine when they were in Korea. But then, when it’s time for Ivy and Calvin to go back in America, Siwon always buy a stuff toys and gives it to Ivy before they leave. Looking at it, Siwon really cares a lot for Ivy, treating her as his little sister too.

When Ivy was about at the age of 10, she started to have a crush on Siwon. She thought that he feels the same way too as he always so caring towards her. But one day, Siwon confessed something to her. She thought that he will now confess his feelings for her, but it’s not.

“Ivy, I want to tell you something.”, little Siwon said.

“What is it?”, she giggled.

“I like… I like Lee Si Young.”, he happily said. Ivy was shocked and didn’t expect it to happen.

“I— I…”, she doesn’t know what to say. She was… She wants to cry but tears won’t come out and she’s afraid that Siwon might know that she has a crush on him. “I- I need to go home. Ella jie is looking for me now. Bye.”, she ran out of Siwon’s house.

From then on, Ivy never visited Siwon ever again. Whenever they are in Korea, ivy was just at their house and plays alone. One time, when Ivy was at their backyard, she saw Siwon and Si Young playing together. She thought that Siwon already forgotten about her. It hurts so much for her and every night, she was crying alone at her room.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

Tears fell on Ivy’s eyes as she recalled those moments. After a while, someone knocked on the door. She immediately wiped her tears out so that it won’t be obvious.

“Ivy, we’re going out now. If you want something, just ask my mom. She’s just in the living room.”, Reen said as Ivy nodded. “Bye.”, Reen continued.

Ivy closed the door and went back to the bed. She stared at the window, looking at the beautiful skies outside. Not so long, she heard a knock on the door again. She thought that it was Mrs. Yu, but…

“Siwon? What are you still doing here? I thought you’re going somewhere?”, Ivy asked, surprised.

“Can we have a talk?”, he asked, not answering her question. Ivy let him enter the room.

Before Siwon starts to talk, he handed the paper bag that he’s holding to Ivy. She was surprised but she accepted it. A smile can be seen on Siwon’s face as he didn’t expect that Ivy will accept it, just like what Ella said to him.
