Seungmin — my annoying yet amazing brother. I packed the things I need for 2 months. Yes, We're leaving. My family gonna spend the summer at my grandparent's house. Busan to be exact. It's gonna be boring after a few days. I know it. We've been spending our summer there and It's always boring after 3 to 5 days. Depends if something fun we gonna do. And I can't even bring my ps5 because mom will surely choke me. "See you in two months baby huhuhuh" I said to my games before leaving them in my room. "dramatic as always." Seungmin utter. "Can you stop being annoying at once?" seungmin just make face to her. After four hours we arrived at my grandparents house, We greeted our grandparents. "Stay healthy grandpa and grandma." I said as I hug them. Something caught my eyes. "Oh. Someone lives there now??" I pinpoint the house in front of my grandparents house. The last time we visited, Nobody was living there. "Yes, They just live their a year ago after the summer. They are lovely family, they have a daughter same age as yours yena." I nodded. "Woohoo. It feels like Yena's summer will be good to her." seungmin teased. "Yah!! Aisshhh!!" my grandparents laughed at us "You two really don't change at all. You two love to bicker. C'mon let's eat!" It's our day four, I haven't seen the daughter who live in front of my grandparents house. Maybe she don't like to go out. "Boring!! I'll just woke to the shore." There's near beach to my grandparents house. "Ma Pa! I'll be walking outside." "It's already night time yena." My mom said. "I'll be back before 9" "Just let the kid, Do you need money?" my grandma asked. "It's okay grandma. See you guys at 9~" I bid a goodbye as I walk out of the house. I was walking through the shore exhaling the salty wind from the ocean. It's relaxing, being away from the city for a while. I stay there and eat some food since there's like a food park not to far from the shore. "It's almost 9 I should get going." I said as I start walking. "Omo. When will I turn right again? Aissh" I scratch my head. I look around and no one was walking. "Aish. Whatever I'll just walk." I said as I take one step, I saw a girl walking. "Nice! I'll just follow this maybe we're both have the same way." I followed the girl. As I follow her, She's been walking into the small alley. I don't know if it's right that I follow her. I look up and she's out of my sight now. I look around panicking where the I am. The next thing I know was my face are now pressed to the wall and my left arm on the back. "Ouch Aaaaaa" I scream. "What the hell. Let go of me." "What do you want? Money? I can give ypu money just don't kill me" I spit every word to spare my life from the person behind me. "Why are you following me?" Huh???? I look behind. It's the girl I've been following. "Can you let go of me fir—AAAAAOUCH" I yelp in pain when she slowly twisted my arm. "I'm following you cause, I got lost. And I'm hoping we have the same way home. But you were going into small alley so I don't know now how to go home." I said, I felt her grip loosen so I shrugged it off and stay away from her. "Who are you?" "I am Choi Yena. I am just visiting my grandparents that's why I don't know a thing here.plus I forgot the way." I explain, I think she calm down too. "Do you perhaps know my grandparents?? It's Choi Mi-Eun." She looks at me. "Follow me." She said,Wow she's so cold. I follow her and walk beside her. "Hey! Sorry for following you. I didn't know that I creep you out." I apologize. "It's fine. I'm sorry if I over react." she said "No, It's normal that you act that way. It's cool though. I almost pee when you twisted my hand." I said, I look at her and saw her smile. "Oh. You know how to smile." She glared at me, I immediately raise my hands up and smile. "That's my grandparents house. Thankyou for helping me. What's your name? I haven't asked." She was about to answer when. "Yuri ah~" We look to where the voice came from. I think that's her mom? I look at the woman beside the girl's mom Oh, That's my mom. They know each other? The girl— Yuri walked towards her mom I guess. I just follow her behind. "Yena, Why are you only now?" "I got lost on my way home. Luckily this girl help me." I pointed yuri. "Thankyou for helping my daughter." Yuri bowed. "It's nothing." "So I assume you two know each other." My grandma suddenly walk into the scene. "Yuri ah, this is my granddaughter Yena~" my grandma smile. "We're going inside now~" Yuri and her mother bowed. "Nice to meet you Yuri ah~" I smiled as I close my eyes to sleep. "Yah! Choi Yena wait for me." Yuri utter as she was heavily breathing from running. Yena stop as she wait for yuri who's running towards her. As soon as yuri near yena, the younger place her arms around yena's neck and playfully choke her, yena just laughing. "Okay okay sorry" yena said as she look at yuri, the younger was taken aback as she saw yena's face up close smiling. Yuri push yena away from her and start walking. Yena shrugged her shoulder and walk beside the younger. "Can't believe I've been here for 2 months already." Yena utter as she inhale the salt wind coming from the sea. "Yeah. You've been bothering me for 2 months." Yena chuckles. "You like it when I'm bothering you anyway." Yuri rolled her eyes as she smile. It's been 2 months since yena spend the summer in busan, One more month and the summer ends means they will go back to seoul. Two months have passed since the two knew each other, After the night they met, Yena started to bother yuri to walk and tour her around busan since the younger know it than her. Yuri didn't mind it since she's bored and nothing to do. They grew closer together as the time goes by. They enter the convenience store and walk around looking for food to buy. "Pick anything, I'll but it for you." Yena said. "What's gotten to you and you're treating me??" yuri teased yena as she smile. "You're cute today, that's why." Yena teased back, yuri rolled her eyes but then smile afterward. Yuri pick up ice cream and some snacks for them, Yena was just following yuri behind. They both walk towards the counter to pay. "It's all 10,000 won." the cashier lady said. Yena take out a bill to pay the food they pick. After paying they got out of the store and look for a bench to sit  "Hmmm!! Ice cream is really the best." yuri said as she her ice cream. "especially this summer." yena said as she eats her ice cream. "I have fun. I never thought my summer will be fun. I thought it will be the same as the past year." yena utter. "Yuri, Stay still. " yena said as she look at yuri, Yuri was froze in her seat as yena put her thumb on yuri's side lips. Yuri's heart was beating loudly, She look at yena and yena was like glowing as she smile. "There. It's clean now." Yena said as she retreat her hand from yuri's face as she finish to wipe the ice cream from the younger face. "You don't have to do that." Yuri said, yena chuckles. "Why? Did I make your heart flutter?" Yena teased. Yuri rolled her eyes then she glared at yena. "And if I say yes." Yena was taken aback, Yuri stood up and walk first. Leaving yena at her seat "Yah! Wait for me." Yena shouted as she stood up. It was night time, The two were sitting at the rock near the sea. Just watching the stars as the wind brushes through their skin. "It's getting cold isn't?" Yuri said. "Yeah, Summer is almost ending." Yena sighed. "Time really flies so fast when were enjoying it. " Yena said as she look at the stars. "Yuri ah." yuri look beside her. "Thank You for making my summer great. You were really the reason why this summer is memorable." Yena sincerely said as she look at the younger eyes. "That's too cheesy choi." Yuri chuckles. "Too bad. Only a month left for me to stay here. I wish I could stay a little longer." Yena said as she sighed. "Then let's make the most of it." Yuri turn to yena as she smile. Yena nodded and smile. "Let's go home. It's already night time." Yena stood up and offer her hand to help yuri stand up. The younger gladly accept yena's hand, Yuri stood up but yena still didn't release her grip on yuri's hand instead she intertwined it. "Let's go." Yuri was speechless, all she can hear was her own heartbeat. She look at their fingers, and she felt a sudden heat on her cheeks. They arrived at their front houses. They face each other before saying goodbyes. "Go in first, then I'll go after you." Yena said. "Thank you for today yena." yuri said. "Let's see each other again tomorrow~" yuri nodded. "Go in now~" yena said. "How can I go in, if you won't release your grip on my hand?" yena look at their hands and immediately release her hand, yuri just chuckles at her. "I'm going in." Yuri said. Yuri turn her back and walk but she stops and face yena again. "What is it?" Yena asked, yuri didn't answer and just walk towards her. Yena was froze in her spot, she didn't expect the younger to do that. "Goodnight yena." Yuri utter as she immediately run to their gate. Yena's hand run through her cheeks as her heart beat fasten. "She just kissed me on the cheeks. It was indeed a Good night." Yena smile widely. "Hi! did I make you wait?" yuri said who's rushing towards the older, The older gave her a warm smile as she shake her head. "You are worth the wait." Yena smile widely, yuri nudged her in embarrassment. "Yuri and Yena, Let's go were going now~" the two walk together and enter the choi's van. The Choi decided to go camping, Yena of course is happy to know it and asked her parents if she can invite yuri and her parents gladly agree. Yuri was the first one to enter the van, to be followed by seungmin but yena stop him. "I'll be the one who will be sitting beside yuri." yena protest. "I'm going to the back back seat what you mean." seungmin said. "Oh.. I thought you will be sitting with us." yena said. "I don't want to be a thirdwheel." Seungmin said as he go to the back back seat. "Whaaaaaa! It's so beautiful here." Yuri utter. "Yes, indeed beautiful." Yena said as she admire yuri who's admiring the scenery. "Too whipped?" seungmin said, yena just playfully punch him. Yena's parents set up the food while yena and seungmin set up the tents. Yuri was just sitting and taking pictures of them. "Thank you for inviting me to come with you here mrs. choi~" yuri said. "Well, Your friend here won't stop bothering me to invite you." yena glared at her mom, they all laughed. "You can just call me auntie" yuri nodded. "You guys enjoy it here okay?" Yena's father said, they shouted yes in unison. "Let's yuri ah~ let's explore" yena offer her hand, yuri gladly accept it. The two of them are walking hand in hand, Silence are enveloping around them only the sound of waves can be heard. They were walking at the seashore, just enjoying the scenery. There are teen around the same age as them who's playing beach volleyball. Yuri was spacing out obviously feeling the wind, while yena just looking at her enjoying her view. "Look out" one of the teen shouted. Yena heard it and immediately her body reacts. The ball coming through her way, She immediately block the ball which directly to yuri. The ball hit yena's biceps since she shield it for yuri not hit the ball. Yena groan in pain while yuri was shocked as she look at yena. "Sorry about that." One of the teen said as that teen pick the ball. "Are you okay yuri ah?" yena worriedly asked. "I'm fine, You? That ball hit your arm hard." Yena smile. "I'm fine. I have strong arm" yena said, then yuri press the part where ball hit her. "Ouchhh" Yena yelp in pain. "Strong huh? C'mon let's go back." Yena pouted. "I'm fine~ Let's just explore more!!" Yena insisted, Yuri just laughed and cling her arms onto yena's other arm. They were at the top of the a big rock, The wind are strong there so Yuri are still clinging onto yena's arms. "Oceans are really beautiful~" Yuri said, she was looking at the blue combine with green ocean. "Should we take a picture? It's been 2 and a half months I've been here and I don't have a picture with you." Yena said. Yuri agreed and they take a picture. After they take a picture yena make their picture her wallpaper and she smile. "We look good together." Yena utter, she let yuri see her wallpaper. "Indeed. Why you even make that wallpaper?" "So I won't forget everything we had." Yena turn to yuri. "Yuri ah..." yena heavily sighed as she held yuri's hand. "I know it too soon, but I wish you won't stay away from me after I say this." Yuri felt nervous to what will Yena say next. "l Like you yuri." yena confessed. "I think this is the right timing to say this. I can't hide it anymore, everytime you were near me, My heart want to explode from beating to fast." "You were prettiest when you smile." "I'm glad that I follow you back then, even though you call me creep." they both chuckles. "I won't hope for you to say you like me too." "I just want you to promise me one thing." Yena and yuri look to each other. "Just promise that you won't forget what we had this summer." Yena smile. Yuri felt like her tears will come out. "Yena...." yuri were teary, yena smile and pull the younger into a hug. "Our summer are over after tomorrow. I wish I could push a rewind button so we can go back the first time we met. But there's no use since I still have to say goodbye." Yena said between their hugs, she doesn't want to break the hug. Yena felt Yuri tighten the hug and hear Yuri sniff. "You are my Summer Love, Yuri" Yena broke the hug and kissed Yuri's forehead. "Yah! I told you not to cry." Yena scold Yuri. Yuri was in yena's room helping the older to pack her things, They will be leaving later at night. "I can't help. I'm not ready to say goodbye to you." Yuri said, Yena stop what she doing and held yuri's cheeks. "We can see each other next summer. or Maybe I'll spend my christmas here." Yena wipes yuri's tears. "Why did I even grow attached on you. You are so annoying anyway." Yena chuckles. "You like me because of that. You like it when I'm annoying you" Yena pinch the younger cheeks. "Finish your packing. I want my cuddle before you go." Yuri said. "Yes ma'am." Yena salute. "I'll go now, We will wait you in the van." Seungmin said, leaving yuri and yena in front of their house. Yena look at Yuri. "Don't look at me that way." yena chuckles, yuri is like a puppy that was sad because her owner is going to leave her. "I promise to go back here." Yena carries Yuri's cheeks. Yuri just pull Yena into a hug, she tighten it. "Don't make this any harder Yuri..." Yena utter. Yuri slowly pulls away from yena but she stay her arms around yena's neck. "Choi Yena. You'll be a dead meat If I hear you flirt with other girls." Yena smile and chuckles. "I'm only Yours ma'am." Yena put her arms around yuri's waist. "You were my Summer Love." "and You always be my Summer Love" Yena utter, Both of them smile. Yena leaned in to capture Yuri's lips but world aren't in her side. "Okay, Times Up Yen—" Seungmin enter the scene and interrupt them. "Seungmin oppa please. get out of here." Seungmin gave them a teasing smile. "Sorry. But we have to go." Yena rolled her eyes. Yena pull away from their position and giving Yuri last glance. "I love you." "I love you too." Yuri answer back and quickly pull yena close to her again and kiss her lips. Seungmin who was there was shock but then smile. Yena was shock too, Never cross her mind yuri will make the first move. "Aren't you going now?" Yuri teasingly smile. "I'll promise to get back here quickly. So I can get my kisses." Yena smile, Yuri nodded before saying goodbye to her lover. 'With that, my summer will never be the same.' yena smile as she was walking backwards as she don't want yuri to leave her sight.
