There was a strange buzzing in his head and his skin felt charged, like there was a constant static shock making his hairs stand on end. He hoped this eventually disappeared altogether; he was not sure he could put up with it much longer without losing his mind. Sehun's head began to spin as he finally understood what Kai was saying, his heart breaking into million pieces, he cheated on him? How could Kai think so lowly of him? It hurt so much to see the man you loved and trusted didn't have that much faith in you. He gasped, breath scarcely escaping his lungs, and head pounding, his heart thumped in his chest, mimicking a ticking time bomb ready to blow and his mind was dark and bleak of positivity.  The thing that hurt most right now was not the words Kai said to him but the look in his husband's eyes that showed he actually believed Sehun could do such a thing. Kai was doubting him, Kai even doubted the baby growing inside of him, it hurt so much. Sehun had never been with another man except his husband, he lost his ity to Kai, he over looked the fact that Kai had slept with his brother before him, it hurt him but he pushed that pain to the depth of his heart. The phone fell from his grasp as he tried to process what the hell was going on, who'd send him such message? How did the person even got his number? His train of thoughts were cut short when he saw Kai picking up the phone to he read the text message as well. Sehun began shaking his head, when Kai pinned him with a pointed look again. "I swear to God Kai i don't know what this person is talking about" He said still in confusion his hands shivering, his lips quivering as he spoke. Kai didn't respond, he only clutched the phone tightly that caused a cracking sound, obviously from the phone screen."Are you still going to lie to me Sehun?" "I told you Kai, why would I do something like that?" Sehun stated emotionally. "You tell me Sehun, why would you do something as such?" "I didn't do it, I didn't sleep with anyone Kai–" he paused, as it suddenly dawned on him "You said you saw me?" "I did" "What was I wearing?" "I did" "Give me the phone" Kai did as told and Sehun instantly tried calling his brother(a video call), he might be wrong but that was the only explanation he have right now even though he knew Shixun was in the US, he couldn't be so sure. The only thing that would make Kai believe him was to prove his innocence, he couldn't believe this was happening to him again, he thought he would finally be with Kai, by his side without more mishaps but it seemed the universe had a special way of casting an Evil Eye on them. It rang and for a while he thought his brother wasn't going to answer, then he heard the click of the line connecting. His brother looked as though he had just woken up from a nap, there was a shuffle before Shixun steadied the phone so Sehun could see him clearly. Sehun instantly tired to hide his distress, he offered a smile and Shixun smiled back at him before he said. "Hey, Hun" "Xun, sorry for calling this late, I am still unfamiliar with the timeline between us– you're in US right?"  Shixun knit his brows."Of course, where else would I be?" "Hi am Kyungsoo, Shixun's boyfriend, he's told me a lot about you" the guy said in a perfect English. Kai moved closer and peeped through the screen, Sehun wasn't sure what the other was looking at, but he shook his head when his eyes landed on Kyungsoo."That's not him" he heard Kai muttering under his breath. "Hi you must be the husband" Kyungsoo said and Kai nodded. "Nice seeing you too, I would love to chat much longer but I have an assignment to complete, tomorrow is the deadline or my professor is going to–" he did a death gesture to his neck.  "It's okay, nice seeing you too, Kyungsoo" Shixun then turned the screen back to his face. "You believe me now?" He asked. Sehun sighed and he nodded. "Sorry to bother you, I am just–" he rubbed his temple "any way goodnight Xun, I will talk to you some other time–" "Sehun wait" Shixun quickly cut off, "is everything okay?
