SinB smiled as she listened to Yerin talk about how her day of schedules went, the older had just returned since leaving at 4am in the morning. The time was then, 11pm.

“So like, we were all panicking because the power line was missing for the flash and the screen connector was missing so they couldn’t see the previews and…”

Watching Yerin was always a nice way to pass time, the way her eyes sparkled, the way she would look at her whenever she was making sure she was listening. Although, there was never a moment when SinB didn’t listen.

“But it turned out it was because the bag that all the wires were in was on the person who left to find the bathroom! He forgot to take off his backpack and just left with it!”

“Was he a new worker?”

“Probably? I mean, who doesn’t know where the bathroom is in that studio now? Haha!”

Yerin’s laughter was angelic, SinB just smiled as Yerin continued her adventure.

“Kids, go to sleep. You need rest Yerin ah.”

Yerin stopped and smiled as a hand came from above, smoothing her hair. Sowon had just arrived home. SinB then watched as Umji came running out of their room, dressed in her outdoor clothes again.

“Yewon?”

Rushing past the couch where the trio watched her, Umji ran to get her sneakers on.

“My mom is sick, I have to go see her.”

Sowon grabbed her arm.

“Is it serious?”

Umji just quickly kissed Sowon’s cheek.

“Unnie, it’ll be fine. I’ll be back in the morning for my schedule. It’s just dad freaking out.”

They all released a sigh of relief. Umji’s dad tended to freak out more than all of them, it was interesting to see how opposite his personality was to his daughter’s sometimes.

“Be careful okay? Come back safely Yewon ah.”

SinB and Yerin chorused after Sowon.

“See you later~!”

Giving them one last nervous smile, the maknae left. Turning back to the seated duo, Sowon also patted SinB’s head.

“You should sleep too.”

SinB pouted for a second, quickly tucking her lip back in slight embarrassment, she stood up and offered a hand to Yerin.

“Come on, let’s clean up.”

Yerin smiled and took her hand,

Yerin looked away from the mirror as she heard a knock on the doorway to the bathroom, she was putting on lotion.

“Yerin unnie?”

“Hm? What is it Eunbi?”

SinB was hugging her pillow loosely, in her pajamas, she looked adorable with a slight nervousness in her eyes.

“C-could you sleep in my room tonight?”

“Hm? Sure, but why?”

Patting her cheeks lightly, she finished up, she capped her lotion and turned to SinB completely.

“B-because I’m lonely. A-And! I’m kind of scared. I watched a short horror clip with Yewon earlier.”

“Wha- don’t tell me about it and we’ll be fine.”

Patting SinB’s as she passed her on the way out of the bathroom, she headed to get her pillow from her shared room with Sowon.

“Unnie! I’m going to sleep in the maknae’s room tonight.”

Sowon mumbled an answer from under her blanket.

“Thanks!”

Happily grabbing her pillow, she exited the room, only turning back to turn out the lights.

“Sweet dreams unnie!”

“Eung. You too.”

Yerin passed by the 97line room, peeking in, she saw Yuju asleep already and Eunha watching a movie on her ipad.

“Eunha yah, don’t stay up too late.”

“Ne unnie~ good night. Good night to you too Eunbi!”

“Ey. Fine, good night Eunbi unnie.”

Yerin grinned and pushed SinB’s shoulder lightly.

“Good night Eunha ya.”

Following SinB into the maknaes’ room, Yerin made herself comfortable on Umji’s bed, SinB stood there watching her.

“What’s wrong Eunbi?”

Yerin fluffed her pillows before looking up to find what was bothering her little Hwang Eunbi.

SinB stayed still for a little longer, Yerin tilted her head in confusion. Watching as SinB moved closer, Yerin scooted a little as the younger came even closer.

“Hm?”

“Unnie, I meant in my bed. Together.”

SinB reached behind Yerin and grabbed her pillow, bringing it to her bed instead. Climbing under the blanket, she held it up and patted her side for Yerin to join her.

“Come on, unnie. Here.”

Yerin was slightly stunned by SinB’s choice to sleep next to her, usually the second maknae would be squirming all her might to get away if they were on tv. Ah, but she usually just let her do whatever she wanted when they weren’t, perhaps SinB was feeling more and more comfortable with her?

She smiled and got in quickly, slipping an arm around SinB’s waist, eliciting an ‘eep!’ from the younger.

“Too close?”

SinB looked away and distracted herself by grabbing the remote for the lights on her nightstand.

“No.”

Yerin smiled as she caught the hint of a blush on SinB’s cheeks before the room fell into darkness.

“Good night my lovely Eunbi.”

“Good night my erted unnie.”

Yerin’s eyes shot open as a mischievous grin spread.

“Ey! You know you like it.”

SinB coughed and scooted a bit further away from Yerin, but still within reach.

“Excuse me?”

“Ahhh~ no~, don’t scoot away.”

Hearing Yerin whine, SinB felt the urge to hold Yerin closer.

“You-“

Strong arms wrapped around her body, one arm around her shoulder, the other around her waist. SinB felt herself be pulled back into the warmth of Yerin’s.

“Sorry, I just want to be this close.”

“It…it’s fine.”
