세븐틴: Kidnapping of Twins

 

        Jeonghan woke up the next morning. He feel energized again; though, his vomiting and nosebleed were getting frequent these days. It was just right after they ate breakfast when Jeonghan fell from his seat. He’s not unconscious; however, he staggered and wiggled a bit as he stood up. He assumed that maybe it was just another effect of standing up abruptly.

 

On the other hand, the boys helped him up from the floor.

 

Jeonghan:

Thank you.

Sorry… I wiggled a little.

(He giggled)

 

DK;

You have to be careful, hyung.

 

Jeonghan:

Sorry.

(He smiled)

 

        After a while, he could hear a monotonous tune inside his head again. He held DK tightly. He’s being ready if his attacks would appear again.

 

DK:

(He became alerted with Jeonghan’s tight grip.)

Hyung?

 

Jeonghan:

Wait…

DK… I think I will have an attack.

(He said weakly while adjusting himself to be stable on his feet and grabbing on DK’s shirt)

 

DK:

Anything I can do?

 

Jeonghan:

I’m fine at the moment… but I have to wait a little to confirm.

 

        The two were stuck on their position, while the others were anticipating what would happen. They prepared themselves too, just in case. But as time passed by, Jeonghan’s monotonous ring on his ears disappeared after a few minutes. It surprised him that no attacks happened. He wore a frowning confused face cutely, but he was relieved.

 

Jeonghan:

Oh!

(He was surprised)

I’m fine, though.

 

DK:

Sure?

(Giggled as his hyung looked cute when he wore a surprised face because his expected attacks didn’t appear.)

You should alert us like this more often, hyung.

If you could feel the symptoms, inform us just like that.

So we know what to do.

Alright?

 

        Jeonghan looked at him endearingly with a smile.

 

Seungcheol:

DK’s right.

 

Jeonghan:

Yeah… I thought of that too.

(He smiled)

To keep my promise to you.

 

Seungkwan:

Promise?

 

Jeonghan:

Yeah.

Promise to stay with you until we grow old.

 

Hoshi:

Sweet!

 

Jeonghan:

I know my attacks will hurt you more than I feel… I know you feel sad. You can show me that. But please spank me if time comes and you noticed that I’m not keeping my promise. Alright?

I can’t control my feelings. Sometimes, even if I fight, my mind is giving up.

I need you guys… please help me.

(He giggled cutely.)

 

Wonwoo:

You’re welcome.

(He grinned.)

 

Jeonghan:

Thank you.

 

Hoshi:

You okay now?

 

Jeonghan:

Yes, my star.

 

Hoshi:

I hope we’re okay now, hyung.

You know what I mean.

 

Jeonghan:

Yeah. Sorry about yesterday.

 

Hoshi:

That’s nothing.

(Wrinkled his squishy face cutely.)

 

Jeonghan:

Araseo.

Okay!

Time to practice!

 

Joshua:

And your legs?

 

Jeonghan:

Perfectly fine!

 

Dino:

Okay!
Time to practice!

 

        The boys were excited and finished their practice flawlessly. All were tired, but they finished early because Hoshi, their master choreographer, thought that their performance were perfect. Maybe they could practice by evening again to freshen up.

 

        While they were having their free time, Hoshi thought of choreographing another song from their album because it seemed interesting.

 

In the practice room, Hoshi was caught thinking by the mean Wonwoo again.

 

Wonwoo:

HamStar, what are you doing?

 

Hoshi:

I’m choreographing another song, mean wolf.

 

Wonwoo:

Looks cool.

(Even though, he had seen nothing yet.)

 

Hoshi:

(He giggled)

Ya… I haven’t showed you anything yet.

Are you getting crazy, Wonwoo ya?

 

Wonwoo:

(He smirked)

Yeah. maybe…

I’m so nervous.

 

Hoshi:

Why?

 

Wonwoo:

Don’t tell anyone.

 

Hoshi:

(He nodded cutely)

What?

 

        Wonwoo came in the practice room and told his friend about his problem.

 

        Wonwoo was having a problem accepting a role that has been offered to him because he was hesitant about the schedule and the role.

 

Hoshi:

Let’s make your schedule clear, Wonwoo yah… and what about the role?

And may I know the title?

(He’s getting excited in Wonwoo’s new project.)

 

Wonwoo:

UNDER ARREST is the title. It’s all about secret agents.

I already read the summary of the story and it’s actually cool!

I like it.

Well… If ever I get the role, I will act like a stone cold-hearted guy here. A soldier- I mean an agent… it’s cool but… I think… that… you know…

It’s the main protagonist, and I am not confident about it.

 

Hoshi:

What?

Wonwoo ya, I think the role is perfect for you!

Try it!

(He laughed. He boosts Wonwoo’s confidence and at the same time too, because he thought that Wonwoo could play the role perfectly without extra effort.)

You can do it, you know!

Fighting!

 

Wonwoo:

I’m really nervous.

 

Hoshi:

When is the audition?

 

Wonwoo:

Next month.

 

Hoshi:

I wanna go with you.

 

Wonwoo:

Oh!

You can audition too.

 

Hoshi:

I can’t fit in there.

 

Wonwoo:

(With his sincerest suggestion as a friend and not to offend him.)

There’s one role there… he was like stupid but the truth is, he’s a genius.

 

        Hoshi stared at him sternly as his smile faded.

 

Hoshi:

Ya…

(With straight cold tone)

Are you saying that I look stupid?

 

Wonwoo:

(He now realized that he did not explained the role properly and laughed out loud)

I mean…

 

Hoshi:

Yaaaaaa!

(He began giggling after playing that he was insulted.)

 

Wonwoo:

Sorry.

(He laughed)

I didn’t mean to. I swear.

And I said he’s a genius.

(He defended himself with his unintentional words)

 

Soon Young:

Yeah, genius who looked stupid!

Cham!

(He pretended that he’s annoyed but it’s obvious with his smiling cheeks that he was having fun with their little tease)

 

 

 

        Later on, the some members heard them and joined the conversation. It ended up not a secret anymore because the others were pestering him about something he and Soon Young talked about in secret. Wonwoo was given no choice but to tell them everything. After hearing a cool offer for their friend, they told Wonwoo not to miss the opportunity.

 

        Later on, their managers visited them and gave them some compiled papers. Some were guestings and hostings, but most of them were acting offers; though, they needed to go to an audition.

 

One moment after, CEO and Yo Han arrived in their dorm without prior notice. Obviously, the boys were surprised and embarrassed showing their sweaty body to them.

 

        The two big bosses came there to congratulate the boys for their hard works and remind them of their shooting for their music video tomorrow. Actually, the manager didn’t know of the bosses’ arrival either. He was surprised too, upon witnessing them inside Sebong’s dorm.

 

Well, the two executives came to pass by their dorm and thought that they should pay a surprise visit to see how the boys were doing. And they were glad to find out that the boys were fine, and were all working hard as ever.

 

CEO:

Have you received your tasks?

 

Sebongs:

Yes, sir.

 

CEO:

Alright.

Good luck with those.

I trust you.  Know you can handle well.

 

Pledis’ CEO thought that it would be okay for them to explore different fields too. They could try if they wanted. He was actually thinking about the boys’ acting career after watching them act in their mini drama and with Jeonghan and Jun’s movie.

 

Exploring is not bad. Maybe it could also help them enhance their hidden talents as well.

 

Well, the movie ‘THE PRINCE IS A FOOL’ gave him an idea of letting them explore things they might been interested in. Though, it gave them a surprise because they weren’t aware that their babies were capable of doing such roles, scenes, and impact.  It just bothered him that they really did things that he wasn’t expecting. –Actually he was expecting it, but didn’t really envision how they would make it look real. He thought, the film would only give a hint about it, but voila! It was done intricately y. He knew and he wanted to believe that it was just the illusion like Jeonghan explained in TV.

 

 

CEO:

I know this is an abrupt meeting.

(Explained their sudden action because he noticed the boys’ clueless and confused expression.)

We just passed by to check on you, guys.

 

Yo Han:

Have you guys eaten?

 

Seungcheol:

W-we are about to cook, sir.

 

Yo Han:

(He smiled handsomely as his eyes were focused on those beautiful boys in front of him.)

No need to cook. Let’s order!

…

CEO nim, why don’t we eat here as well?

 

CEO:

Not a bad idea.

 

        Okay, eating with the big bosses would be awkward. They could already imagine how they would eat in such military manner.

 

        While waiting for their food, an awkward silence was kept inside the room.

 

Yo Han:

(Initiated the talk.)

Jeonghan… Jun… I want to congratulate you on your movie. It’s nice!

I mean it’s amazing!

Though, I somehow feel sad to see our babies in such a mature scene.

(In such a very jealous tone)

 

        Jeonghan and Jun were stiff and awkward, but they still gave Yo Han a smile and a bow.

 

        Yo Han chuckled and continued talking.

 

Yo Han:

I am proud of you both.

And Jeonghan, you really look beautiful in that movie!

I was with a friend, and he was so impressed!

I even bragged you to him.

(Looked at the boys)

And of course, the whole team.

(He giggled)

 

 

        By saying that, it caught Sebongs’ attention. They assumed that Yo Han was really eyeing for their Jeonghanie. Given the fact that lately, he’s been calling him for some reasons, but mostly about work.

 

Yo Han would always book him for meetings and hosting outside the show business – mostly private meeting with other companies. Even though, they were informed about his activities, the boys were still uneasy, knowing that Yo Han could actually take his time alone with Jeonghan sometimes, especially when he fetch him back and forth personally.

 

Sebongs wanted to protect their members at any cost, but they have to be careful with their actions. They couldn’t just confront him without having a proof against him. All they could do at the moment was to put an eye on him before he hurt any of them. Guards up! Sebongs would never allow them to loose in a single man- though his power was his riches, and the boys have nothing but themselves.

 

It took long before the boys realizes that Yo Han was a dangerous man. That he’d do and was capable of doing things he wanted with a single flick of his hand. On the other hand, Vernon and DK were still convinced that Jeonghan must not be alone with the stranger no matter what. They believed that Yo Han had his secret agenda. No doubt, and they already confirmed it by the way Jeonghan slowly avoiding his eyes every time they’d met. Maybe Jeonghan could feel it too, it’s just that, he’s trying to avoid it rather than making it a big issue.

 

 

Jeonghan:

(He felt awkwardness)

Ummm…

Thank you, sir.

We are doing our best.

 

        Unlike before, Jeonghan kept the distance. He was wearing a smile, but somehow, he was trying to avoid the man in a way that it wouldn’t offend him and that their CEO would not notice.

 

Yo Han:

You both look good! We are really proud of you!

(He smiled)

 

CEO:

(He sighed and thought about Jun and Jeonghan’s image after the film; though, it seemed that the audience was accepting it in a positive way.- that’s because of their great acting and not just their scenes.)

I think, I need to scold you two later.

(He smiled gently)

 

Jun:

S-sorry CEO nim.

We just followed what we were instructed.

(He defended shyly)

 

CEO:

I heard that your fans are getting wilder because of that. Some minors wanted to watch the film too.

So troublesome.

(Rubbing his forehead lightly)

Ask your fans to calm themselves.

But… I commend you for your acting skills… directors and producers are coming to me all of a sudden, asking me if I will allow you to do roles for them.

(He sighed)

Too troublesome.

(But in his smile, he was proud)

I hope…

(Looked at them fiercely.)

You don’t do that at home (the kiss)… and of course, outside…

Am I clear?

(Then, he smiled)

 

        The boys were frozen… all of them turned into a statue. They did not know how to answer because they were actually and carelessly displaying their love to Jeonghan not only by simple words and actions, but also by affectionate touches- not too often, though.

 

        Kiss shouldn’t be taken for granted. It’s not about pleasure, but love… Right?

 

        It was still quiet, and their CEO was waiting for their answers, but the doorbell rang. Save by the bell! And their food was delivered.

 

Seungkwan took the chance to divert the conversation.

 

Seungkwan:

Oh!

The food is here!

(He acted cutely and exaggeratedly.)

 

        He received the food together with the other boys. Some set up their table, so they won’t be asked about their secret love affair inside their dorm. It was tooooooo… dangerous to ask and to answer. Nevertheless, they ate merrily, but behaved well because of the presence of the two other adults in the table.

       

        After the big bosses had left, the boys were relieved and took their deepest breathe out.

 

Jeonghan:

(Giggled)

Aigoo~

I thought I’m dead.

(Looked at his boys)

Dead of having an affair with all of you.

(He laughed out loud making the boys looked at him cutely and giggled too)

 

Jun:

Me too.

I thought they will scold us to death.

 

Seungcheol:

That’s dangerous.

Whew~

 

Joshua:

(He smirked)

More thrill, ei?

 

Hoshi:

Our secret love~

We almost get caught!

 

Mingyu:

Aigoo~ the food arrived in time.

 

Jihoon:

Chill… if you will display your awkward ‘doing-something-hidden’ thing, it would be obvious, of course.

Just play cool.

(He teased)

 

Wonwoo:

I agree. No one should know our secret operations.

(He grinned)

 

Seungkwan:

Nothing is wrong. We love each other, right?

 

Hoshi:

SVT syndicate. Still running the operations!

(He giggled acting like some drug lord with his pointy eyes.)

 

        The boys spent the rest of their day fruitfully as they learned another choreography that night. Happy boys, satisfied master choreographer, happy sleep. It’s just that… it’s not a very happy morning for the sick angel as he vomited again together with his nosebleed. That time, he did not went back to his own bed, but to someone’s bed closest to the kitchen. He snuck himself on Vernon’s bed and slept there until morning.

 

        Vernon was quite surprised of what he saw as soon as he opened his eyes early in the morning. He thought that he was having a good dream, only to find out that it was real. He smiled and looked at Jeonghan closely before waking him up.

 

Vernon:

Hyung…

Something happened?

(He asked softly)

 

Jeonghan:

Mmm?

(Opened his one eye)

Yeah.

(He answered lazily.)

 

Vernon:

Does it hurt?

 

Jeonghan:

Nope. It’s gone.

(He smiled sweetly)

Don’t mind me… just go back to sleep.

 

Vernon:

Actually hyung, we have to prepare now.

…

You forgot?

We have shooting this morning for our music video.

 

Jeonghan:

Oh!

(He suddenly opened his eyes)

Yeah!

Shoooot!

 

Vernon:

Chill, hyung. We have a lot of time. I think, Joshua hyung went to shower first because Hoshi hyung is knocking at the door of the bathroom asking someone to move faster.

(He giggled)

 

Jeonghan:

(Giggled)

Alright.

Let’s sleep some more.

 

Vernon:

You cannot, hyung.

(He smiled)

Mingyu hyung and DK hyung are calling us for breakfast.

 

Jeonghan:

(He frowned adorably)

Aigoo.

(He whined and teased his adorable Di Caprio)

Carry me, hyung~

(He flashed a smile)

 

Vernon:

Aigoo.

(He sighed with a smile)

 

        Jeonghan fit his body into Vernon’s and acted cutely- living the life being a dongsaeng for a moment, while his eyes were still closed. He planned to steal more sleep while being carried, and he knew that his plan was super effective. No doubt.

 

Jeonghan:

Vernon hyung~

 

Vernon:

Araseo… araseo.

 

        He had no choice but to carry his acting ‘dongsaeng’ to the kitchen.

 

Chef Sebongs were puzzled of how they both came out of their room.

 

Mingyu:

What happened?

Why are you with Jeonghan hyung?

I thought he was taking a bath?

 

Vernon:

He slept beside me.

(He laughed)

 

DK:

He’s not waking up again?

 

Vernon:

He’s awake.

(Looked at Jeonghan’s constraint smile)

He just want to be carried.

 

        He put his hyung to his chair.

 

Seungcheol:

Hanie ya… walk!

 

Jeonghan:

(He talked with his eyes close.)

I will walk later.

(He smiled sweetly.)

 

Sebongs:

Aigoo. Lazy angel.

(With a deep sigh.)

 

-SET for MV SHOOTING-

 

        Everybody were busy beautifying themselves. They were excited to showcase their new song and hoped that it would make their fans and other people happy.

 

        The first batch of Sebongs were already done with their make-up and started shooting their parts.

 

Suit was their first outfit. Seungcheol and Jeonghan were still in the waiting room, some were scattered around entertaining themselves by teasing the members on camera.

 

 

-SEUNGCHEOL & JEONGHAN INSIDE THE WAITING ROOM (while having their make-up done)-

 

 

        One moment, as Jeonghan was fixing his hair, his nose bled. Jeonghan tried to stop the bleeding before it stained his outfit, but he’s too late. Some already dripped down on his light-colored shirt. He was troubled as he couldn’t cover it with anything. Besides, he would return it after using. It would be troublesome to their stylist if he sees it with blood.

 

Jeonghan:

Oh no!

 

        The people inside the room panicked, seeing Jeonghan bleeding.

 

Seungcheol:

(He was alerted as soon as he saw Jeonghan having a nose bleed)

Jeonghan-ah…

 

Jeonghan:

Don’t worry Coups…

I’m fine… but my clothes.

(He frowned.)

 

        Then, his knees felt weak all of a sudden and fell down. Seungcheol, who was busy getting his handkerchief on his pocket, noticed and caught Jeonghan quickly. He made Jeonghan sit on his lap and leaned the boy against his chest to rest.

 

Seungcheol:

How are you feeling?

 

Jeonghan:

A little dizzy.

Cheol~ my clothes…

 

        Then his nose bleed stopped, but his clothes still bothered him.

 

The makeup artist noticed that she had to retouch Jeonghan’s makeup. She immediately went near them because it was almost time for their group shot. Though, the stylist was panicking because Jeonghan’s clothes were stained. He had no more clothes to replace it.

 

Then, suddenly, Cheol thought of a solution.

 

Seungcheol removed his inner and let Jeonghan wear it instead. He wore back his suit with only his bare chest peeking through the neckline, and that my friend, was predicted to commit a mass murder after he would show himself in public.

 

Seungcheol let out a part of his hot, y body -worth protecting for-, enough to kill every single Carat in the world in one fatal attack, without him noticing.

 

Actually he knew. He’s just humble to admit it. Though, he wasn’t just sure of who else would be willing to be his victim. Who knows it could cause him so much trouble in the future- being the iest man in Carat’s universe.

 

Stylist:

Aigoo, Cheol, you look completely different without your inner on.

 

Seungcheol:

(He smiled as he looked at the mirror to fix his lapel)

It looks good. Don’t you agree?

I’m satisfied.

 

Make-up artist:

I agree.

(She giggled)

You will kill girls, Cheol.

(She teased)

 

        Meanwhile, Jeonghan did not utter any words. He was left staring blankly at the super hot Choi Seungcheol looking at himself in front of the mirror.

 

On the other hand the stylist and make-up artist went back outside to retouch the boys. All of a sudden, there was silence inside the room.

 

Cheol noticed that Jeonghan was quiet all the time. He was worried that Jeonghan might be feeling not so well again, so he asked.

 

Seungcheol:

(While looking at the mirror)

Hanie- ya…

(Finally, he looked back to face the dazed Jeonghan)

You okay?

 

        Jeonghan made no response.

 

He was still dazed.

 

Cheol walked towards his blank angel wearing his concerned expression.

 

Seungcheol:

Hey, what’s wrong?

(He frowned)

 

        Well, seeing Seungcheol in those hot suit showing his chest’s bare skin was really not okay for Jeonghan.

 

        He felt hot despite the low temperature around the room.

 

He thought he was pushed beyond the boundaries that he was preventing himself to cross. His face flushed pinkish to reddish tint, especially when Cheol was near him.

 

Jeonghan’s heart was totally shook.

 

The dazed angel remained blank looking at Seungcheol’s worried face.

 

Seungcheol:

Hey… Jeonghan-ah.

(He was wondering what had gotten to his friend that time.)

Tell me, is there anything tha-

 

        The eldest words were halted when Jeonghan grabbed his collar and put his lips onto his, pressing the pair of their soft skin against each other, tenderly. It was a quick outrageous peck, but it seemed like forever in Seungcheol’s eyes.

 

The unguarded knight was astounded up until Jeonghan pulled out and smiled shyly, biting his lips while fixing the lapel of Cheol’s suit that he crumpled.

 

 Jeonghan fixed Cheol’s clothes nicely and neatly again. He was confident. Cheol could feel it even without meeting Jeonghan’s eyes.

 

On the other hand, their leader remained vulnerable with the damages Jeonghan could inflict any time.

 

Jeonghan:

You’re getting audacious, Cheolie~

(He teased mischievously.)

I say you never do this again.

(He smirked)

 

        Seungcheol was still blank.

 

He was lost. Okay, maybe he flew in heaven for a moment.

 

Later on, the director finally called all of them.

 

Jeonghan:

Time to shoot, y.

(He winked and teased)

 

Seungcheol:

(Still with his large dazed eyes.)

Ah-yeah- yeah.

(He stuttered)

 

        Jeonghan went out quickly, but Seungcheol walked slowly as he internalized everything. Finally, the taste of Jeonghan’s initiated kiss was felt and obviously, lingered on his memories. Nonetheless, after memorizing the sweetness of the sensation of Jeonghan’s kiss, he smirked and his mouth playfully.

 

Seungcheol:

Should I wear these kinds of clothes more often?

(He scoffed wearing his brightest smile)

 

        Seungcheol never knew that Jeonghan would give back an answer to his passionate feelings towards him, same with the others too. Nevertheless, he didn’t care anymore. He’s happy and that’s all important.

 

        When Seungcheol came out, the boys were staring piercingly at him because he’s wearing his iest appearance so far in history.

 

Seungkwan:

(With his straight poker face)

Ruuuuuuuude!

 

Seungcheol:

(Clueless (?) -Pretending to be.)

What? What did I do?

 

DK:

You are , hyung!

 

Jun:

Where’s your long sleeves?

 

Jeonghan:

On me.

(He giggled)

I stained mine, so he gave his to me.

 

 

        Based on how dazed Coups was, the others noticed that something might had happen. Of course, Cheol couldn’t escape Joshua and Jihoon’s scrutinizing eyes.

 

Joshua:

Something happened way beyond that?

(With his brow raised)

 

Seungcheol:

N-nothing.

(He panicked like a child.)

 

Jihoon:

There is.

(Wearing his doubtful eyes)

 

Jeonghan:

Well, I got dizzy and fell.

 

Mingyu:

Are you okay now?

 

Jeonghan:

Yeah.

But… I stained the long sleeves with blood… what should I do?

(Saving the both of them in trouble)

 

Mingyu:

Let’s wash that later… aigoo.

(Seemed problematic)

 

DK:

Let’s bleach it!

 

Seugnkwan:

No!

It will cause discoloration.

Goodness… that long sleeves is expensive! We should put more care.

(He became troubled)

 

 

        Seungcheol and Jeonghan were saved.

        Shooting was tiring, especially to the lazy and sick angel.

 

When he sees someone seated, he would lay his body where he could rest comfortably and use ’s body to the fullest as his bed.

 

Poor baby Dino, he became Jeonghan’s pillow for a day.

 

        On the other hand, Seungcheol was still in his heaven. He couldn’t forget the kiss he received from Jeonghan for the first time, and it made him think a lot of things.

 

Goodness! Jeonghan shouldn’t have done that while working because their leader couldn’t focus.

 

Wonwoo and Hoshi together with The8 and Vernon were staring at their floating hyung, wondering what might had happen. They were worried, but it was not in his face that he was tired, but rather happy. They suspected that Cheol did something again; though, Jeonghan was cool.

 

Anyhow, they didn’t really know what happened and leave it like that.

 

        After their shoot, they were about to go home, but as they head count, they’re missing their twins. Jeonghan and Joshua disappeared while waiting outside the studio.

 

        The boys found it odd. They’ve contacted them, but they won’t answer. Sebong’s thought that they might have escaped to go somewhere again; however, the boys couldn’t stop thinking of their twins because Joshua would let them know if they’re going somewhere or what.

 

Time had passed. After a long time of searching, there were still no trace of Jeonghan and Joshua.

 

 

Meanwhile, somebody told them that they were last seen at the corner of the door outside the building, talking to someone wearing a very furry coat, which made the staff/ guard hard to recognize the person’s face. Then, after they were done talking, the man let them in the van and drove away.

 

        Learning that, it caused a big panic for the members. They searched around the building and tried to reach them through their phones. Unfortunately, they just discovered that Jeonghan and Joshua asked Mingyu if he could keep their small bags inside his big bag which had their mobile phones too, so they won’t carry them around while they were shooting.

 

        Sebongs were completely troubled about the twins’ disappearance; though, they weren’t sure if it was really kidnapping- they just assumed because the boys were worth kidnapping for. They didn’t know what to do. They thought that maybe it’s their manager, but they saw him walking out from the building next to them.

 

        They asked him if they saw the two, but he was clueless too.

 

At the end, they were all left clueless.
