So the unexpected two-day vacation the couple had turned out to be a blast, Seo's happiness doubled when JongHyun understood when she had to cut off early from work because of her boyfriend's plan. While Seo was fervently explaining and apologizing, her boss just chuckled and said, "It's okay, it seemed like the two of you had some things to patched, and your excellent shots already cleared you from it." 

The couple were back on track, and Jae even became 10x sweeter. Seo was on cloud nine, and she couldn't help but assume that nothing can ruin her week. 

The day was almost ending, when Seo was surprised to see her lover waiting for her inside the cafe. She approached him, feeling both curious and happy for seeing him again. 

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Seo asked, as Jae offered his hand to carry her bag. 

Jae smiled, "Isn't it obvious? I came to pick you up." She looked around, and her eyes caught TaeMin, Gongchan and Minwoo ogling at the scene. They were cocking their eyebrows and playfully jeering at the couple. Seo cleared but they didn't stop. 

Feeling the uncomfortable atmosphere, Jae immediately asked if Seo was okay. 

She fondled her fingers, and dropped down her gaze, away from the three maknaes. "Sorry, I'm just feeling a little prickly about your sudden apperance." 

Jae moved closer, and lightly brushed his cheeks on hers, "Isn't this normal? A boyfriend coming to pick up his girlfriend," he said teasingly before putting a peck on her temple, "Besides I wanted to see your blushing face again." 

Seo pushed Jae away, "YAH!" She said angrily. 

Jae grinned, no matter how crazy he was for the girl, seeing her embarrassed and flushing is something that still amaze him, even if they've already slept together. "Sorry," he said, flashing a V-sign. "I'll wait for you at the car, okay? Dad is waiting." 

"Bwo?!" 

"He wants us to come over for a visit." 

"Okay, you go out first, I think I left my phone inside the locker," he said and started running towards the other direction. But instead her cheery mood blew completely when she was greeted with Minho's solemn face. Seo was about to asked why, when she swiftly realized what made him that way. 

"Minho," she said gently feeling guilty as she cautiously approach the guy. 

Feeling tensed, his fingers were curled into fists and his body was trembling. Truthfully, the guy wasn't even feeling angry towards her, instead he felt painful. It was like his heart was mercilessly pierced a million times. His body felt weak against the immense pain, the scene he saw earlier has brought upon him. How it aches him badly, when the guy lips touches hers. He both felt sad, and regretful. Regret that he didn't sum up the courage when he had a chance months ago. 

"You, and the director..?" he said shakily, his tone couldn't hide the truth if his feelings, nor his expression. 

Seo approached him again, and this time, he was just two feet away from him. "I'm sorry, I was supposed to tell but, I couldn't-"

"Don't, just stop SEO!" He said as he covered his ears. His eyes became sharper, and his lips turned into a smirk. "I guess, I just waited for reality to blow it to my face," he said. "I was only stupid to ignore the fact, and kept hoping that I had a chance with you." 

Seo clinged on his arm, "No please Minho, let me explain."

Minho shook his head. "Go now, he's waiting," he said coldly, as he pulled away from his hold. "Go Seo!" 

"No, let's talk. Jae can wait," Seo begged, as her tears were starting to form on her eyes. "I'm sorry." 

But Minho didn't answer, and took a few steps back, away from her. "I prefer if we didn't." His eyes finally looked up to her sad ones, and gave a disappointed look as he walked opposite from her and into his father's office. 

Seo was left there, trying to control her tears, as she mourned for what she did. She felt guilty and angry towards herself, that even when she went back to JaeJoong, she was reserved and silent the whole time. She told herself, that she didn't just lose a friend, she lose a brother either.

Days passed, and Seo and Minho's relatioship never got fixed. Minho would often avoid her, only speaking, when it's about work. Even his tone towards her change, making him act cold towards her. Even the guys at work, observed the changes, but neither Seo or Minho explained. Only Myungsoo knows the reason, since he was the one to discovered Minho's one-sided crush towards Seo, and to see his bestfriend end up heartbroken, he couldn't help but pity the guy. 

Saturday came, and Seo was still feeling a little groggy about what happened. Seo wanted to tell somebody, excluding her boyfriend, cause she knows what a great big fuss he'll create if he'll know about Minho. Her work was cancelled, since Jonghyun was sick, so Seo didn't even have any distractions to get Minho out of her mind. 

Then she heard a knock on her door. She stood up from her couch, and lazily motioned towards the front. She was surprised to see Mrs. Hwang, but Seo quickly felt worried, when she saw that the old woman was paler than usual, there was a sheen of sweat on her forehead and she was catching her breath. 

"Gwechana?" Seo asked worriedly, as she held the woman's arms and led her to one of the kitchen chairs. Seo didn't even wait for the lady to answer. She put the back of her on her forehead, "You're slightly hot Mrs. Hwang." 

"Nonesense child. I'm sure it'll pass. Could you give me some medicine?" 

Seo rushed to her medicine cabinet and gave her some tablets and a glass of water. "Are you sure you don't want to go to the hospital?" 

The woman nodded, and after taking in another glass of water, she stood up. "Aren't you supposed to be getting ready?" 

Seo looked at her curiously. 

"Aren't you supposed to be going to a party?" 

"Oh right!" She exclaimed, suddenly remembering that Minhyuk called in the middle of the week, inviting her to the company's anniversary party. She was about to run to her room, when she realized that Mrs. Hwang was still there. When she was about to speak, Mrs. Hwang cut her by waving her hand and saying, "I'm fine. Just go and get ready, or you're going to be late." 

"Okay, don't tire yourself!" She called out, as she watched the lady go down the stairs. As soon as she left, she jumped into the bath and started to get ready. 

It was getting close to 6 in the evening when MinHyuk finally knocked on her door. She hurriedly grabbed her purse and checked her reflection before answering the door. She turned the knob, and she saw him, in his classic black suit, and plain black dress shirt. His arm offered to the lady and his smile shining brightly at her. 

"Good evening noona," he said. 

"Hey Min!" She grinned. "Do I look okay?" Like always, she was wearing a dress that was sent to her by Hara. She was wearing a peach tube dress with a sweetheart line. The dress was bedazzeled with crystals and gems, and the skirt was made into a tutu. The silk peach ribbon was tied in the middle. She paired her dress with a cream pumps and dangling crystal earrings. 

"You look beautiful as always. My brother was lucky to have you," he commented as they walked towards his car. 

SeoHyun didn't answer. She quickly felt bad when Min mentioned about his brother. It's had been so long since she met Jae, and she never even mentioned it to them, especially Min. Though they weren't really related, for Seo, they also mean so much to her, like a real family, since they've been with her since childhood. This time I'm going to tell them about Jae, she said to herself. During the whole ride, she mentally rehearsed on how to confessed to them, that she started dating again.

As soon as they arrived, Seo and Min went inside the hall, and hurriedly searched for the Hara and haraboji. They found them on the table nearest to the stage. Min and Seo settled on there seats after exchanging there hellos. Like always their relatives from before were giving Seo glares and grimacing face but Seo never cared. What shocked her were the reporters, who whispered with each other when she went over to the table. She was deeply curious since it hasn't been like this even before Yong announced their marriage. He even begged them not to bother Seo nor published any article about her aside from the marriage. 

Seo tried to ignore their whispers as soon as haraboji went in the stage. Haraboji started his speech with the history of the compay, and the first generation of their clan. When it was time to show them the power point, every one, even Seo was astounded as the picture of her and Jae going into their house. The next photo, was her and and Jae's father when he came over to talk to the cafe. The last one was when she went to dinner at their house, and Jae's father sent them off. The whispering grew worse and Seo could feel all the eyes of the people at the hall directed at her. 

She was close to tears when she met with the Min, Hara and haraboji's disappointed looks. 

"It's her! The deceased heir's ex fiance is dating the son of the company's rival!" Someone yelled. 

"When Kim JaeJoong, of KM group, was spotted in Jeju, she was the one who was there!"

"What a ?! She's a gold digger ain't she? Maybe she's the one who's feeding informations to the other company!"

"No! No!" She cried as she stood up and walked towards the door, but upon running a lot of the reporters were running towards her completely encassing her. "Go away!" She yelled as she tried to pass through, but she was too weak. 

"Leave her alone!" Someone yelled, and they stop. She saw MinHyuk approaching the cluster. He pushed through them and covered Seo. "In the count of three run okay?" 

She nodded and waited for him to say the number. "3!" 

She hurriedly ran hard towards the door. She felt herself being bumped and clutched by other but neverthless she got free and finally ended into the hotel's emergency exit. She tried hard to catch her breath and tried to see if Min was going to catch up. She was about to slipped in to check when her phone rang. It was Tiffany.

"Yoboseyo?" 

"Seo? Come to the hospital quick," she said, a little panicky. 

"Why? What happened?" 

"Umma.. umma she had an attack," she almost dropped her phone upon hearing the news. First Minho, then Yong's family and then Mrs. Hwang. Seo couldn't help but feel helpless as she rushed inside the taxi. Her hands clasped and silently pray for the old lady's safety.

I've been sooo busy with school that I couldn't find time to write a draft and type on update. 

I'm going to apologize again, since this summer I'm going to be a lot busier.

So it would be a lot harder to update :(
