“I’m going to call out ten numbers, if yours is said then congratulations you’re into stage three,” I sat in my chair, hands clenched together slowly breathing in and out. This is it. This is my chance to make it big. Surely they will let me in…

“Forty nine, fifty two, seventy eight, seventy seven, nine, twelve, eighteen, two, thirty seven and last number… Twenty three;” I heard sighs of frustration as well as those of disappointment while some shook hands and hugged. There was just one problem; I looked down at my printed number. Two and a one, they hadn’t called me.

“To those of you who were unsuccessful, thank you for coming I wish you the best in all your future endeavors.” We got out of our seats grudgingly, I tried to hide my disappointment but even smiling wouldn’t stop the hurting.

“Hey unnie,” I turned to the girl who was number fourteen. She was from the same town as I was, “we didn’t make it did we?” I wrapped my arm around her giving her a hug, “no. But that’s ok; I guess JYP Entertainment weren’t looking for people like us.” I felt her nod underneath me; at least she was feeling better.

“Are your parents going to come and pick you up?” She asked. I shook my head, “no but I’ll be fine.” I was relieved to be honest that I wouldn’t be seeing my mother but I didn’t want to tell her that. “Ok,” her phone started buzzing so she left my side to answer it. I grabbed my bag, bright pink with black straps and went to the entrance of the building. I brushed past some guys who gave me a second glance but I couldn’t be bothered. It wasn’t like I was their type or anything.

The walk to the train station was about an hour away but I didn’t mind. At least by walking I knew where I was than if I took a bus. I hadn’t been in Seoul much so I guess that’s part of being a country girl. I arrived at the station and checked the times for the one to Gwanju. I’d just missed the nearest one by five minutes.

“Aish,” I sighed out; my sneakers were giving me blisters I turned around walking to the ticket gate. That was when my phone rang. I picked it up.

“Hello?”

“Hara where are you?”

“Eomma I told you I was going into Seoul today,” I said bowing my head so people wouldn’t be able to hear us.

“That’s not what you told me!”

“I did so!”

“Then why didn’t you tell eomma?”

“I left a message for her and told her,” it was bad enough my own mother didn’t approve of me living away from home; she just had to add salt to wound and distrust me even more.

“Fine don’t expect dinner when you get home!”

“Good bye eomma,” I tried to say this as nicely as I could. I hung up and let out a sigh.  My phone buzzed as I received a message.

How did it go? – Seung-hyun  I smiled after reading this.

I didn’t get in oppa (>_<).It wasn’t long after that I got a message back.

Hold on, I’ll call you-a moment later it rang.

“Ah on cue.”

“What did you mean you didn’t get in?!” He sounded more frustrated than I was feeling.

“They didn’t say.”

“You didn’t ask did you?”

“…….”

“You pabo,” he playfully scolded me, “next time find out why. If it’s your singing then you will have to go elsewhere…”

“Of course,” I joked with him as we laughed.

“But work on your moves just like I told you last time I saw you ok?”

“Uh huh, how’s the training coming along for your debut; its next year isn’t it oppa?”

“Oh great, the other guys I’m with are nice; two of them have been with YG since they were thirteen, they are all great guys though. I think we will do well,” I gave a smirk, he was always confident with his abilities. Unfortunately people mistook it and thought he was cocky.

“Are you on a train yet?”

“The next one doesn’t come for ten minutes,” I told him as I stood on the platform.

“Shame I’m training, otherwise I would have picked you up.”

“You don’t have a license yet,” I reminded him and that reminded me of something.

“Fair enough, oh I have to go hyungs wondering whom I’m talking to, bye.” That was it; he normally ended all his calls like this. I ended up sending a message to one of my friends.

I didn’t get in but I guess that’s ok- she replied faster than I realized.

;A; but I have some good news! YG called and want me to join them :D -  I read this message with pride but also jealousy on my behalf. She was younger than me but was having better luck.

Hello everyone, E_magine here. This is my first attempt at a shipped couple fanfic. Unfortunately for me I have not been able to find my information on Hara or Junhyung so a lot of it is guessing from what  I read online. If anyone knows of any places where I can get some reliable information (their family background, dislikes and what nots) that would be appreciated. Did I say that this would be an alternating point of view fanfic? I think you will be able to figure it out by the end of the next chapter J
