Every Day With Day6“What do Shiba Inus eat,” mumbles Wonpil in wonder at the rows of pet food.
“Actually, they can eat pretty much anything,” replies Dowoon absent-mindedly, looking at the food labels.
“Oh my, we better make sure he doesn’t go eating leader Sungjin’s important papers,” jokes Brian.
“Especially the ones related to the secret meeting with the leaders,” adds Jae with an impertinently raised brow.
“Aih,” says Sungjin in mild exasperation, half-amused.
After several discussions with the higher ups, they are allowed to keep the dog as long as he is cared for. As a dog labelled for being a bit of mischief, it concerned the boss. If things got too unruly, he will be sent away once again. The members went away with dog food and the grooming kit. The collar and leash can be bought another day.
“We’re home!” declares Wonpil for the dog’s sake, opening the door for the others as he held the least bulky item.
The sesame dog rushes up to meet them, giving all of them . Though the leader gets extra for carrying the dog food.
“Now, now,” says Sungjin, pleased. “I think you better get a wash first before eating food. I saw you stealing a big piece of Brian’s food earlier so you should still be full.”
“And I thought Jae took it,” exclaims Brian.
“As the oldest I should find no need to lie about trivial things,” retorts Jae.
Dowoon, the quiet one among them, has filled a tub with warm water while Wonpil prepared the shampoo. The dog takes it into his mind to jump into the tub before time and ends up splashing both of them.
“You rascal!” yells Wonpil good-naturedly, catching hold of the little one. Soap on his hands, he begins washing the dog. The dog gives an appreciative woof.
“You’re a handsome boy,” says Wonpil with a grin. “How about we name you Joon?”
“Sounds nice,” says the smiling Dowoon. “He’s definitely handsomer than you–“
Dowoon earns a harmless pile of soap thrown onto his face by Wonpil for the almost insult, causing the rest to laugh.
