“Is anyone feeling sleepy?” asks Jae.

The others in the living room look at him. Dowoon scratches his head sheepishly.

“Well, um, I guess I am,” says the drummer uncertainly. “Eyes feeling a little heavy.”

“Great!” declares Jae. “Come, let’s build a fort.”

“What?” asks Sungjin, perplexed.

“I think he means to build a fort out of pillows and maybe blankets,” concludes Wonpil.

As he earns a rare pat from the oldest, he is certainly right. Though Brian and Dowoon look at him blankly initially, they do join in just to make him happy. Jae does not request things often and so they would rather go along with random whims. Sometimes one would need it. By bringing over a clothing rack and two spare blankets, they make a mighty fort. Jae looks visibly pleased.

“Shall we all camp and sleep in it?” suggests Jae proudly.

Unfortunately, they do not say yes to this. It would be too cramped and the lack of space may cause the tumbling of the fort, as mighty as it may seem.

“Miso could sleep in here though,” comments Brian wickedly.

As a yawn escapes Dowoon, they decide that it’s time to retire to their beds. They leave the fort standing as it can do no harm. Though Jae’s face is crestfallen, it creases into a more amiable expression before the others could be worried about it. Miso the sesame Shiba Inu stretches himself and makes a short walk around the living room. What should he do tonight?
