“Byul and Yong unnie want to throw you a party.  Are you gonna miss your own party?” Wheein asked looking at Hyejin place a few bottles of water into a small cooler and dumping some ice over them after.

“I’ll just tell them to save the money for the party and spend on a date or something.” Hyejin replied closing the lid of the cooler and walking up to Wheein.  Hyejin’s eyes roamed Wheein’s body and the older girl couldn’t help but blush under the younger’s intense gaze.

Wheein quickly looked down at the ground, Hyejin’s pedicured toes catching her sights, and she gripped her left arm with her right hand.  She could feel the heat on her cheeks and mentally cursed herself for always getting shy when Hyejin looked at her this intensely. Hyejin’s left hand moved to squeeze and rub Wheein’s shoulder and upper arm and the older girl felt like she would either scream or melt right there — mostly likely a combination of the two.

“Wheein-ah, you’re not going to wear this are you?  It’s so hot outside. Wear something cooler for our trip.” Hyejin’s voice snapped Wheein back to her senses.  She looked up at Hyejin and dropped.

“What?”

Hyejin chuckled and rolled up Wheein’s short sleeve.  “This big t-shirt and sweatpants are not road trip outfits!  Change into something cooler and then we’ll head out. Boong Boong has a full tank of gas and she’s ready to go.”

“Road trip?  Hyejin what are you talking about?  Did you just suddenly plan this?” Wheein asked incredulously.

“Yup.” Hyejin grinned.  “Now go to my closet where you have some of your clothes and change into some shorts and a tank.  I’d also get some sandals. I’m gonna go load up Boong Boong.”

Hyejin didn’t give Wheein time to protest or ask anything more as she walked out the door faster than Wheein could respond.  They had been so busy these past few weeks that staying in until their unnies would arrive for the party was the ideal day for Wheein.  She was tired, but it was also Hyejin’s birthday and so in turn this wasn’t about what Wheein wanted — it was about what Hyejin wanted.

By the time Hyejin loaded up her car and arrived back at her apartment, Wheein was brushing her hair and touching up her light make up in the bathroom.  Hyejin poked her head through the door opening and smiled at her beautiful girlfriend. Her eyes couldn’t help but to roam down to the bottom of Wheein’s jean shorts which accentuated the older girl’s booty.

“y.” Hyejin said gently slapping Wheein’s .

The older girl jumped and reached for her bum and gave Hyejin an annoyed look. “Hyejin!”

Hyejin burst into laughter and covered trying to quiet down her laughter but it failed.  “Your looks y! I can’t help myself.”

“You’re so annoying.  Ugh…” Wheein pushed Hyejin away from the doorway and walked towards Hyejin’s living room/bedroom.  Hyejin followed behind her and wrapped her arms around Wheein’s waist.

“Are you ready to go?  You’ll love it I promise.” Hyejin placed a few light kisses on Wheein’s nape and the older girl settled into Hyejin’s embrace.

“Yes, I’m ready.”

“Great!  Let’s go!” Hyejin cheered and led her girlfriend out of her apartment and towards her car.

Once they had settled inside Boong Boong, Hyejin started her up and pulled out into the road.  Wheein was curious as to where Hyejin was taking them. Maybe it was to Caribbean Bay since Hyejin was their new model and probably had free passes for life, or maybe they were headed back home to Jeonju.  That would be great as well since they would be able to see their families and friends.

“So…” Wheein started, looking at Hyejin.  “Where are we going?”

“Naksan.” Hyejin replied while looking at her side mirror and then back at the road and changing to the left lane.

“Oh...the beach...so this is why you wanted me to change into these clothes.” Wheein smiled and Hyejin nodded.

“Yup, aren’t you glad I told you to.”

Wheein grinned and looked at Hyejin again.  “Yes.”

The ride to Naksan Beach from Seoul was just a little over two hours and since they had left early, they wouldn’t encounter much traffic on the way there.  Wheein settled into the ride by playing music from her phone after connecting it to the car’s bluetooth system and munching on some of the snacks Hyejin had brought with them.

The two of them sang along to the songs playing and laughed when they would get super silly singing along to them.  It made the drive more enjoyable and it made the drive go by faster. The sign welcoming them to Naksan was what made them realize they had arrived at their destination.

Hyejin pulled into the nearest gas station she could find to use the bathroom and fill up her car with gas.  Boong Boong used a lot of gas since it was an SUV and she didn’t want to fill up later when they would have to head home.
