Jonghyun felt small hands touch his arm, waking him up from his fitful sleep.

“Is appa sick?” he heard Taemin ask. He smiled as he turned towards Taemin, slowly opening his eyes. “I just have a little headache.” he said, running his fingers through Taemin’s hair.

“Appa is sick!” Taemin gasped, his eyes widening cutely and he was soon rushing out of their living room.

Jonghyun smiled, he knew exactly where Taemin was going and he knew what Taemin would bring along with him. Taemin was currently obsessed with the Doctor’s set Jinki had bought for him. The set consisted of a small stethoscope, a torch, a writing pad and pen. Everyday Jinki would come home with some exaggerated ailment or the other and would request his little doctor to cure him.

Jonghyun sat up, making space for the little doctor who had come to cure his new patient. Taemin climbed onto the couch beside Jonghyun and pulled out his stethoscope. He placed the chestpiece gently against Jonghyun’s chest, humming as he moved it across his chest and even down to his stomach.
