February was short. A bit too short. Before you knew it, it was already the 3rd week of March and the worst part of all, your mock exams just passed by like that without you remembering doing them at all.

The last two periods for the week was made into a 1 hour homeroom period for all three levels ; Freshmen, Juniors & Seniors.

Lena nudged you by the elbow, whispering loudly while waiting for Jiyong and Woohyun to come into the classroom. “Hey, what do you think it’s going to be about?”

You gave her a shrug before looking out of window which is just beside your seat.

“There’s nothing to see out there.. Just trees and trees and trees..” Lena rolled her eyes. “Look at your baby Ricky.. drooling on his desk while he’s sleeping.”

You tilted your head behind and knocked with a force on Ricky’s table, making him jolted up with his half-awaken face, subconsciously wiping his stained mouth with the back of his hand. You stifled a laugh, looking at his epic face.

“Eewww.. This is why I dislike him since the beginning.” Lena gave him a disgusted face as Ricky went back to sleep.

“Okay class.” Jiyong’s voice boomed throughout the classroom even before he set foot in it.

Everyone was silent, waiting for him to announce important things and so on.

“Your class tests are officially over and, your papers will be given back by your subject teachers, earliest next week. I hope you guys have done well for the tests because it would be hell for you if you didn’t.” Jiyong eyed you, making you gulp hard by his last sentence. “Woohyun-sshi will explain more about the rest of it.”

Everyone stared at Woohyun for his turn to explain.

“So.. For your report book for Semester 1.. Your final grades are added by your class test 1, 2, mock exams and also your Mid-Year Examinations. Class test will each hold 10%, mock exams will hold 20% and the Mid-Year will hold 60%. This is for each subject and all are calculated this way.” Woohyun said in a serious tone. “Those who didn’t do well for your subject tests and mock exams, your only chance to pass is to do well for your Mid-Year.”

“If you fail for the overall for Semester 1, we will have a Summer Study Camp with the seniors to buck you up for your Final Year Examination and promote to be Seniors next year.” Jiyong continued for Woohyun, leaving tension around the classroom. “I will be on an alert for those of you and will personally tutor you.”
