About 30 minutes later, Jongwan and Leo’s uncle saw Ken who was sitting on the sand. They were on a date, and they looked surprised when they saw Ken.

“what is he doing there?” asked Jongwan to his boyfriend

“he looks so depressed.” Said Leo’s uncle

Leo’s uncle was about to approach Ken, but Jongwan grabbed his hand.

“leave him be.” Said Jongwan

“honey, come on. At least we should ask him about what happened.” Said Leo’s uncle

Jongwan heaved a sigh, and then he followed his boyfriend. They approached Ken, but it looked like Ken didn’t realize it.

“Ken....” said Leo’s uncle

Ken looked up, and he was surprised to see them.

“why are you here? Why are you crying?” asked Leo’s uncle

Ken cried again instead of replying.

Leo’s uncle squatted down and he rubbed his back. At the same time, Jongwan was jealous. He felt uneasy, and he wanted to take his boyfriend away from Ken. However, he couldn’t do anything. He just looked at them.

Leo’s uncle kept rubbing Ken’s back gently, telling him to stop crying. It took about 10 minutes for Ken to stop.

“what’s happening, Ken? Are you okay?” asked Leo’s uncle.

Ken wanted to talk, but Jongwan was there. Jongwan stared at him, and it made him uncomfortable. So, he just shook his head.

“you can tell me, Ken.” Said Leo’s uncle

“no, I’m okay, thank you.” Said Ken

“honey, let’s drive him home.” Said Leo’s uncle to Jongwan.  Jongwan was about to reply, but Ken cut him off

“no, I’m okay. I can take a taxi or bus.” Said Ken

“how if people recognize you?” asked Leo’s uncle

“no, they won’t. I bring a mouth mask.” Said Ken

“it will be dangerous. Let us take you home.” Said Leo’s uncle.

Ken wanted to refuse, but he felt uneasy. So, he agreed. Then, Leo’s uncle helped him up.

At that time, Jongwan looked at the sand and he saw Ken’s handwriting ‘please take me away’. Jongwan smirked, hoping it come true.

Jongwan had no choice but to follow his boyfriend’s decision. He was touched about his boyfriend’s kindness, but he didn’t like it. It was their date, so they must’ve been enjoying it. It was ruined. Ruined by Ken. That’s what he thought. So, he hated Ken even more

They took Ken home. After saying thank you, they left.

His house was empty. Nobody was there cause his parents were still in the hospital.

Ken heaved a sigh. He went to his bed and he slept. He was too tired to think of anything.

In the hospital...

Hyuk didn’t know why, but he suddenly thought of Ken. He didn’t hate Ken, but it’s not like he liked him anyway. He was confused. He didn’t know who would he believe. All of the proofs made sense to his mind, but his heart still didn’t believe.

He wanted to tell Leo, but he knew that it would only make the things worse.

Hyuk looked at Hongbin. He touched his hand and said.

“Hongbin-hyung, please wake up soon. Doctor said that you’d be waking up in no time, right? So please wake up. A lot of things happened recently.” Said Hyuk

“he isn’t even answering his phone. Where did he go.. Ugh... That boy...” said Ken’s mother

“I think something urgent comes up. Don’t worry. He’ll be fine.” Said Ken’s father

Ken’s mother nodded .

In the next day...

Ken woke up and then he took a shower. He checked his phone and there were 7 missed calls. 5 phone calls from his parents, and 2 phone calls from N.

“why did he call me? It’s not like he cares about me.” Thought Ken.

Ken decided to call his parents back, saying that he was fine. Then, he went to the hospital where the members were staying. He had no intentions to call N back.

He was worried if they accused and yelled at him like last time. However, he wanted to know the condition of his friends. He still cared for them. And he decided to tell everything to them, about Jongwan and everything. It would put him in a dangerous position, cause he knew that Jongwan might even kill him. Jongwan’s threats didn’t scare him anymore.

Ken promised Jongwan not to tell anyone, but he couldn’t stand the way his friends treated him as a betrayer and so on. He wanted to break the promise.

After reaching the hospital, Ken went to N’s room to see Leo. Ravi was there as well, though he still sat in the wheelchair. Maybe he wasn’t strong enough to walk. 

Everyone was surprised when they saw Ken.

“what are you doing here?” asked Leo coldly

“I’ll tell you everything. First, you have to know that I’m not a betrayer. I never betray anyone. I’m not on Jongwan’s side. I never conspire with him. I befriend him because I want him to make the antidote for N-hyung and Ravi.” Said Ken

“do you think that we will believe your nonsense?” asked Leo

Ken looked at Leo. His eyes were really serious.

“it’s okay whether or not you’ll believe me. I’m just telling you this, that’s all what matters. I found out that your uncle is dating Jongwan. I don’t really know about your uncle, So I talked to Jongwan for asking him to make the antidote”

“Ken! Stop! Are you saying that my uncle is gay?” asked Leo

“yes, and he is gay.” Said Ken

“stop your nonsense and get out! Get out of here!” Leo yelled at Ken

“I’m telling the truth, Leo!” Said Ken. He didn’t even bother to call him ‘hyung’ ever again.

Ravi and N only looked at them without saying anything.

“they are dating. Your uncle and Jongwan are dating! I overheard  Jongwan when he was talking on the phone with your uncle. He called your uncle ‘baby’. I asked him and yeah. He really is dating him. At that time, Ravi was in the critical condition. He needed the antidote cause he was dying. So, I threatened him to make the antidote, or I would tell everyone that he is gay. He agreed, and he gave me the antidote in the next day at the coffee shop. That’s when you took my picture. You misunderstood me. I was talking to Jongwan and his friends because of the antidote. Not because I’m conspiring with him. I never make a plan to make you miserable.” Said Ken.

Ken didn’t cry. He was tired of crying, so he would never cry anymore. He said all of the things to Leo, N, and Ravi without crying. He said it all with a poker face.

And at that time, N, Leo, and Ravi listened to Ken.

“okay, and I’m not a murderer. I never try to kill anyone. At that time, I was trying to save Ravi. He looked like he was breathless, so I gave him an oxygen mask. I didn’t know why, but he refused it. And at that time, you entered the room and pushed me aside, yelling at me and accusing me as a killer.” Said Ken

Nobody said a word. Everybody kept silent.

Ken thought that they realized their mistakes. However, he was wrong.

“Ravi-ya, is that true?” asked Leo to Ravi

“uhm.. I.. I don’t know... I don’t remember...” said Ravi

“but, I don’t think that you wanted to help him. It looked like you were trying to kill him. If you knew he refused, then you shouldn’t have given him the oxygen mask. He might have another problem.” Said Leo

“then how if he died, huh? Won’t you blame me?” asked Ken

“are you just afraid that you will get blamed?” asked Leo in disbelief

“what do you mean by that?” asked Ken

“if you can’t do anything, then you should have pressed the panic button instead!” said Leo

“N-hyung, I ever told you about this before, right?”

“yeah, you did. But, I think you are just making up some stories. It’s hard to believe what you said when you are labeled as a traitor, you know? ” Said N coldly

Ken’s heart was broken into pieces when he heard that.
