SEHUN P.O.V

Throughout the course of the day, Sera and I turned out to have the same classes, so I ended up sitting next to her in all of them. She has become a person that I am really intrigued with and I can’t help but wonder if she is my mate. Now that I think about it, she is the only person I can stand to even be in the presence of in the school, she smells absolutely addicting, the is no denial that she is beautiful and she also seems to be the only girl who is not shrieking at the mere sight of me. I guess my question can be answered tomorrow when I’m officially eighteen, a long time ago I heard the hyungs discussing that when you meet your mate, your whole body freezes and your heart feels like it will explode. Could that possibly happen tomorrow when I see Sera? What if that doesn’t happen though? What if she’s not my mate? I guess I will just have to wait and see.

The bell goes signalling the end of school, Sera and I make our way out of the classroom and head to the entrance of the school. I think about how it’s my birthday tomorrow and I wonder if Sera would be able to come over, it would be nice to have someone celebrate with me, mate or not.

“Hey Sera?” I ask. She turns her head and gives me a smile.

“Yeah?” she responds.

“Uh it’s my eighteenth birthday tomorrow and I was wondering if um you could come over to my place and celebrate, I know that we only got to know each other today, but please know that I consider us friends and I really want a friend to hang out with” I ask nervously. Sehun, you sound like an insecure wreck

She stops walking, at turns to face me I don’t know how to act so I just stand there with hopeful eyes with a faint smile on my face.
