14 | Jealous 2.2

 

 

Seohyun closed her parting lips after Yoona had already put on the mascot. Yet, a smile curved into her lips, as she can now see the minion instead of her assistant. Without hesitations, she rushes and hugs the minion mascot, earning a giggle from the man who owned it.

 

"Oh, hold on a second." She almost forgot, the rent wear the mascot. She consequently took her purse out of her pocket and handed a cash to the latter. "Keep the change." she giggles, and finally turned to the mascot. "Better than Sulli and Luhan will know, right? It's just an hour, anyway." she reassuringly said.

 

Yoona inside can't believe she's doing it. However, she's happy inside that Seohyun won't no longer go. It would be disappointing if she does. 

 

"Shall we?" Seohyun excitedly held the minion's hand (Yoona's hand) and guided her back to the restaurant.

 

Yoona seems to be having a little difficulty, as she walks with her boss in a mascot. But so far, she was able to get far until they reached the door. Few customers have already noticed the mascot, and started to look at them.

 

"Omo! Seohyun Unnie!" Sulli just exclaimed from the distance, the moment she realized the people's attention were into someone(something). Luhan, his attention instantly shifted behind. He himself gasp to see his crush. And apparently, with a cute minion that is at the same height with her.

 

Seohyun did not hear it - as she'd rather guide mascot first to their table. Few flashes of lights from cameras have already started. Customers are starting to go crazy with the minion she's with, since it also started to waves at them.

 

"Can we take a picture of your minion?" suddenly, one teenager approached them, asking with enthusiasm. She was about to answer when another girl ask too. And before she knows it, they're now crowding her. She has to part her ways from Yoona and let them take pictures with her. She smiled from ear to ear, as Yoona seemed to enjoy taking pictures with the customers. She laughs out loud when the latter started dancing in front of them as well. Just a random kkab dance. The entire restaurant was definitely in a good ambiance the moment her minion entered. She did not regret.

 

However, she must go to their table while she waits for their appointment. She meets with Luhan and Sulli, that instant.

 

"Unnie, why are you with a minion?" asked Sulli, smiling so bright.

 

"That's my assistant. Actually, it would have been better if it's an alligator - coz its cute. But I don't think I can see a mascot around, right?" Seohyun answered with a meaningfully smiled.

 

"Chincha? That's so cute." Luhan giggles, as he looked at the silly minion. "Oh, It's nice to see you again, Noona." but before he could forget it, he must act polite.

 

"You too, Luhan." Seohyun says, patting the boy's head.

 

"Unnie, Luhan has been talking about you." Sulli teased, earning a kick from the latter under the table. She stuck her tongue towards him.

 

Seohyun just awkwardly smiled.

 

"I've heard you were not okay these past? Are you okay now, Noona?" Luhan choose to ask instead.

 

"You heard it from Sulli?"

 

"Yes." He grinned.

 

Seohyun turned to the younger girl with a poker face. "Didn't I tell you not to spill anything about it?"

 

"Um, I just can't help it. I'm sorry." Sulli sighed with a pout.

 

"It's Okay, Noona. Sulli did nothing wrong. It was me who ask how is it going on around you." The doe-eyed boy corrected, saving his friend.

 

"But still. I've asked her and she promised. Promise is a promise, right?"

 

"Sorry." Sulli looked down, avoiding Seohyun's gazes on her. She felt so guilty.

 

"Fine, I'll pass this. Thanks anyway for your concern Luhan. I'm okay now. Unfortunately, I'm not here to just chat. I have reserve our table on the next table." Seohyun got up from her seat.

 

"You're meeting with someone?" Luhan felt a little upset.

 

"Yup. I'm here to work, Luhan. Sul, I will be just in the next table." She flashed them a simple smile only, before taking her seat to the next table. She instantly chuckles when she caught the sight of the minion, taking a picture with those tall and swag guys. 

 

Luhan sighed and swiftly turned his gazes to Sulli, across him. "I almost thought I'm so lucky today."

 

"Lucky, for what?" Sulli raised her brows in confusion.

 

Glancing over Seohyun, Luhan purse his lips. "That it's my fate to see Noona in this place."

 

"..." Sulli got nothing to say. She also turned to her beloved Unnie, and find the girl choosing some food on a menu. She noticed though, she would glanced to the minion she mentioned her assistant. Looking back to the minion behind Luhan, she squinted her eyes, as apparently, it gives her a weird vibe.

 

"Do you know that I have been dreaming about Noona? I'm really falling for her." says Luhan, softly. Eyes can't take away the older girl.

 

Sulli is busy observing the minions movements, she did not hear Luhan's words. 

 

"I think the reason why I'm liking her - her Goddess image. It's one of a kind. It's really irresistible." And Luhan somehow is not stopping. When the older girl caught him staring, he quickly looked away. And right then, he realized Sulli. She's staring weirdly to - Minion? "What's wrong?" He asked her.

 

"Hmm, I just thought the minion moves like Yoona Unnie." Sulli giggles, finding it cute if so.

 

Luhan turned again to the minion, he chuckled softly. "That's not Noona. Why would she wear that?"

 

"Well, I'm not sure though. I just find it like, she's behaving like your sister."

 

"It's not her - I'm sure of that. Plus, I know Noona is in her work at the moment. With Jessica Noona again." Luhan smiled big time, mentioning the name of a favorite girl that he thinks fits for his sister.

 

"By the way, Jessica Unnie likes Yoona Unnie?"

 

"I'm not sure - but I knew all along Noona likes Miss Jung." The doe-eyed boy says, as he sip of his juice. "Ever since 5 months ago. She liked her." he added, unintentionally putting his voice high.

 

Seohyun, who heard it from Luhan, dropped her gorgeous smile, and swiftly tilted to the right, where Luhan and Sulli are having a conversation. Her diva like eyebrows, rose - doesn't like what its heard.

 

"Whoa. Did she admit it to you?" curious, Sulli wanted to know more.

 

"Yup. She did. She said, she couldn't confess because she always find herself tongue tied. I wonder if she had confess already? I'm sure going to be happy if she will date her." Luhan giggles. He can already imagine, if one day, he'll go home and Jessica was there with her Noona. He is excited to see them getting together as a couple.

 

"ANDWAE!" Seohyun just unconsciously shouted, earning some few stares, including the two youngsters. "Aish!" She hastily put the hoodie on her head, groaning lowly on her own. Her eyebrows eventually meets again. Whilst, eyes were back to minion Yoonggator.

 

The two youngsters in their table, weirdly looked at Seohyun, doesn't have any idea why she suddenly shouted. Both looked into each other eyes -- for a couple of seconds. As then, they both giggles to the girl's behavior.

 

A couple of minutes later, Boa arrives. Sulli and Luhan bowed to her before going the minion and take a picture with it. Both didn't help it and really hug the minion, feeling like kids. They did a lot of pose before finally bowing to it and left without even suspecting the person inside is so familiar to them. Yoona wanted to take this advantage and go out. However, just when she got out of the restaurant, she meet a couple of teenagers and kids, immediately rushing to her, taking pictures. She defiantly just complied. But due to exhaustion, she just stood immobile to her place, praying the kids will stop quickly. Too bad, it looks like, there are more of them. 'This is hell.' 

 

Meanwhile, inside the restaurant, Seohyun and Boa are having a personal conversation, instead of business stuffs. At least, for now.

 

"How's your mother?"

 

"Your sister?" Seohyun asked back.

 

Boa isn't surprise anymore. "Yeah, who else." that she decided to ignore her disrespect towards her mother.

 

"She's okay. But I don't know what's going on with her in the states now." Seohyun stated, as she casually eat her pasta. 

 

"Your father?"

 

"The same." She instantly answered.

 

"I see. You're not interested to know about them, anymore." Boa audibly sighed. "Leeteuk? How about him? I've heard he's doing good."

 

"That's why I'm here. I'm helping him out with this." Seohyun briefly looked at her Aunt. "I'm here to ask you a favor." 

 

Boa smiled. "Like what? Except for composing, I can do other things too."

 

"Auntie, I'm not here for other stuffs - I'm here to ask you for a 5 years contract. As our new composer. I know you're good at composing RnB catchy tracks. Like the, 'Who are You'. It did well on the charts, Auntie."

 

"'Who are You' is not mine, Joohyun." Boa can't help it and chuckle. She thinks her niece didn't watch TV always now. 

 

"B-But... you said - No. It's in the album. It says you compose it. How come it's not?" Seohyun got confused.

 

"Who are You is Yuri's song. Remember? Your cousin?"

 

Seohyun almost want to spit on her food. "What? Cousin? I have a cousin?" as she exclaimed, couldn't remember Boa has a daughter. "I didn't know I have." or did she just forgot again? Like she almost forgot her Aunt.

 

"Yah! Kwon Yuri! She's my daughter. Hmm, I think you can't remember her because the last time you guys saw each other - you were grade 5."

 

"Grade 5? I... don't really remember." Seohyun honestly replied. As much as she recalled her childhood, she couldn't remember about a girl named Yuri. Her memory is really limited only ever since her traumatic experience. She barely could remember people she meets in the past, except for her loyal friends and those who had done something on her. She won't ever forget them. 

 

"Yes. And she's grade 6. You both are good friends-cousins back then. Seohyun-ah... she's already a professional music teacher now. She goes to a University to teach freshmen students about it." Boa stated, beaming with a smile. 

 

"Chin... Cha?" Seohyun is almost speechless. She has a cousin that teaches music? That's like daebak. "Wow. I didn't know it would... I mean, I would have a cousin like her." She smiled, half disappointed that she can't even remember their memories together.

 

"Besides being a teacher, she also like horse back riding. Do you want to see her today?" Boa suddenly thought of meeting Seohyun and her daughter. 

 

"Shut up?!"

 

Boa chuckles at her reaction. "While I think of your proposal, why don't we see her today? She's in our ranch at the moment, since her class starts 5 in the afternoon."

 

"Wow! I would love to, Auntie!" Seohyun exclaimed, excitedly.

 

"I can see how excited you are. Okay, we'll go. However, let's finish our lunch, hmm?"

 

The mention of lunch made Seohyun think of someone. She swiftly turned her head behind her Auntie, just so she finally noticed the minion is not around anymore. "Omo. Excuse me, Auntie." without hesitations, she got up and quickly rushes outside. Wherein, she caught the sight of a queue. A queue to take a picture with her minion assistant? "What the heck." She gasped on how long it is.

 

Can't take the scene, She rushes to the minion, grabbing her hand and started to drag her away from the people. However, a couple of them blocks her way. And when wanted to go back, there's more of people blocking them. Until they've been surrounded. Each of them is complaining with the sudden pull out.

 

She barely could even react - Yoona is the one who drags her this time - running away from them despite knocking some people down on their escape. It's amazing that Yoona can run despite the heavy material she'd wearing.

 

"Yah!!! Comeback here minion!!!" People are screaming, begging for them to comeback.

 

Yet, Both didn't stop running. Seohyun is laughing so much, as she looked back to their complainants. Yoona, inside the mascot, though having difficulty, she's smiling. And she is holding tight - Seohyun's hand.

 

Approximately 30 minutes later, they got tired and stopped. But before they can even relax, they another scream again. Seohyun caught a seemed to be security's house in the park - immediately dragging Yoona with her to hide.

 

Yoona literally slumped her bum on the floor, exhausted. She began to massage her legs, whilst Seohyun is peeking her head outside, making sure there are no more people chasing them. When she confirmed they disappeared already, she turned to Yoona. She giggles, watching her massaging her legs.

 

"Are you still okay with that?"

 

Yooona whines. "PULL THIS OUT OF ME!!! IT'S HOT OUT HERE!!!"

 

"What if I won't?" Seohyun chuckles as she approached the cute minion, whining.

 

Yoona didn't answer. She just resumed massaging her legs and arms. Yet, she was surprised when Seohyun also helped her.

 

"I've heard if you massage someone's legs, it would make their legs taller." Seohyun stuck her tongue out, massageing the feet part of the latter. Then she moves forward, massaging her knees. 

 

Though sweating and totally uncomfortable, Yoona find herself fluttering, watching her boss massaging her. She slowly stopped and instead let her.

 

"Later, you also massage me. My legs are tired too." Seohyun said, without even hesitations. Yoona's admiration over her boss slightly lowered when she heard there's some payback. She pouted inside the mascot and helps her massaging her legs again.

 

"Omo! Aunt Boa! I almost forgot!" However, Seohyun suddenly hit on her head. She almost forgot about the meeting. She got up and was about leave when she realized Yoona isn't moving. "Aren't you coming with me?"

 

Yoona waves her hand, indicating that she's not coming. She's too exhaust that she barely can move.

 

"Aish." Couldn't do anything anymore, Seohyun marched back to her assistant and pulled her up through her hand. Then she turned her around. "Let's just get you out here, then." She decided, zipping down that zipper behind.

 

Yoona literally had a relief inside, as she can finally feel an air behind her. Once It was done, she literally pulled it down and once again slumped back her body to the ground, catching her breath while feeling her sweats running down from her head down to her neck.

 

"Seriously... being... a mascot... Is not easy." She said in between in her pants. Her entire clothes is definitely soaking wet with her own sweats.

 

The younger girl grimace at the scene. Yet, an idea pops out her mind. She rushes to the girl on the floor and searches for her phone on every pocket of her clothes.

 

"What are you doing?" Yoona confusedly asked.

 

Seohyun got the phone in Yoona's skinny's jeans. She quickly opens the camera and captured Yoona's state without any warning. Then, she take a picture of the mascot, with her. "Remember this. Today, you did a good job for wearing the minion. Good job, Yoonggator! Jjang!" She shows thumbs up, indicating her praise for the latter.

 

Agape, Yoona blinks for a couple of times. That moment then, she made a mental note to herself: My boss has 5 different characters; The playful tiger, the emo tiger, the cold tiger, the seducer tiger and most especially, the wild tiger. Sigh. Which one is good? She would prefer the playful. She looks so happy if she is.

 

"Get up, now. We can't wait my Aunt. We're still going out after this." Seohyun commanded, as she got up. However, Yoona stretched her hands towards her. "What?!"

 

"Pull me up. I barely can move." Yoona dramatically pout her lips, showing her aegyo.

 

"No. Stand up there!" Seohyun stated firmly. But much to her distress, Yoona suddenly holds her legs, stopping her.
