"I think you guys have already gone all of these places."

 

Yoona crossed her arms, looking in disbelief to the only old man in the car. After 30 minutes of drive, he asked for Seohyun's notebook, containing the places in France and in Paris. For her, they had gone to few places yet. 'Just tell me you want to halt this tour because you don't like me.' In her thoughts, as she turned away, looking outside again.

 

"Look, you guys have even gone outside Paris. What is there to look more in Paris?" He added, and that made Yoona exhale, not minding to reply. 

 

"We haven't gone to the famous bridge." Seohyun butted.

 

"What bridge?" Director Shin turned to the princess on his right. 

 

"It's there, Uncle." Grabbing back her notebook, Seohyun pointed the 11th on the list. "Pont des Arts."

 

"Yes, we haven't gone there, Hyunnie." Yoona didn't think twice and also reacted.

 

"Isn't that place for lovers only?" Director Shin however doesn't like going there. "Why don't we go for a cruise? Around the river?"

 

"Is Cruising the same as boating?" Seohyun was reminded by the boating she had with Yoona when she's not yet aware she's her Yoongie.

 

"Nope. Cruising can avail more than one person,  Hyunnie. Boating only has one or two." Yoona said, faster than Director Shin who was supposed to answer the princess.

 

"Yeah, I just remember. You guys have gone to boating." Director Shin said, glancing over Yoona.

 

"Hehe, exactly." Yoona grinned awkwardly. 

 

"And we haven't gone to this modern art museum, these two cathedrals, watch football game and go to their Amusement Park." Seohyun just added the last place she mentioned when it comes to her mind.

 

"I have gone in their Amusement Park."

 

"Then you should go home." Yoona mumbles to herself. 

 

"What did you say Yoona?" Director Shin turned to the doe-eyed after he heard something from her.

 

"I said we really should go. I haven't gone there." Yoona flashed her infamous bright alligator smile.

 

"Me too, Yoongie. I want to go too. I've heard from Yeri, they have a ride that can't be seen back in Seoul." Seohyun supported Yoona's words immediately.

 

Director Shin had his eyebrows raised upon hearing the princess calling Yoona, Yoongie. "So did I miss something Hyun?"

 

"Yes? What do you mean?" Yet, Seohyun is puzzled.

 

Yoona mentally face-palmed, as she just realized what the young girl just called her.

 

"Yoongie?" Director Shin just simply replied. He looked at Yoona and the latter smiled, like she doesn't know. "That Peng's Yoongie is Im Yoona." He added, staring back to the princess again.

 

Seohyun gasps and covered . Too late to realized. "Did I just call you Yoongie, Yoongie?" 

 

Yoona sighed. "Yes. And we're now busted for keeping this to our selves only." she nervously side-eyed Director Shin, hoping he won't be mad about it.

 

"When did you guys keep this from me?" And so did he questioned.

 

"Not that long ago, Mr. Shin. I... I'm sorry. I and Peng decided to keep it first to our selves. It's... It's not that we don't want to share. But we don't know what will be your reaction. Especially that Peng just learned." Yoona explained, confidently.

 

"Yeah, Yoongie is right, Uncle." Seohyun nodded.

 

A loud sigh escaped Director Shin's lips, as he can't seem to scold both of them. Especially, Yoona. He can't scold her in front of the princess. Because he knows, the latter will defend her from him. "What will be my reaction? Surprised. Because I just know right now. But glad you remember your Yoongie now, Hyun. You must be happy?"

 

Seohyun smiled as she looked at Yoona from the Director Shin to her. "Of course. You know exactly how I have been wishing this Uncle Shin. I'm glad that the person has to be Miss Im Yoona."

 

"I'm flattered." Yoona mutters, smiling back to the younger girl affectionately. However, the older in the car blocked her gazes towards Seohyun, when he sit up straight. 

 

"It's a good thing I'm here then. I can look over the two of you. Unlike yesterday, something happened I didn't expect will actually happen."

 

"Uncle, why so strict?" Seohyun pout her lips, but glared at him.

 

"Joohyun, you know I don't want to see something bad will happen. Otherwise, it will be me that will be in danger. You always know that, Joohyun." Director Shin meaningfully replied.

 

Seohyun bit her lip and nodded. She knows what the latter is talking about.

 

"Why you will be in danger, Mr. Shin?" Yoona curiously asked. The only person who has no idea.

 

"Hmm, let's just say, I love my niece so much. She's like my daughter too. And I'm pretty sure you are aware of the saying, No parents would like to see their children getting hurt."

 

"You didn't answer my question. Why would you be-"

 

"Forget about that. I was only kidding." Director Shin quickly interrupted Yoona's words. He wouldn't like to answer something that would lead to more questions.

 

Yoona was dumbfounded. She gulped and shrugs her shoulders. As she decided to ignore it. Seohyun in her seat is mentally scolding Director Shin. If only she can say it loud. But it's starting to annoy her - the way the latter is seemed unfriendly over her Yoongie. He sounded like he's intentionally doing it. 'If this gets more annoying, I'm going to ask him.'

As soon as they arrived at the modern art museum, Seohyun is fast from getting Yoona's hand and drags her inside, not minding if Director Shin is watching or not. She can't just end this last day without making another memories with her precious childhood friend. She has to step up, no matter what.

 

"Your Uncle is still with us, Peng." Yoona whispers to the young girl, as the latter cling into her arm.

 

Seohyun tilt her head to the older girl and says, "Let him. He can't stop me, Yoongie. He really can't." she momentarily drags her completely inside the museom. 

 

Yoona just finds herself speechless. Instead, she put her attention to the arts around, as she took her phone out and started capturing everything around. Whilst, Seohyun's hand is still on her arm, not living her - while she's walking along with her. They're both speechless, amazed by the arts around. 

 

Director Shin who is following closely is somewhat a bit uneasy, how close is the princess to Yoona. It's the first time for him to see this though. If he also joined yesterday, he would have probably seen this kind of skinship. "They're so comfortable to each other now... just for a short while. This Im Yoona... she seems good... but she lied last night... how can I forgive that? Aish, she better act normal right now." he muttered to himself, which the two girls never heard. The place is not that crowded, so he can continue follow them around. Instead of enjoying every arts, he finds himself watching them close.

 

But just a couple of minutes since he started watching over them, he didn't know how does it happened but he lost his sight from them. Quick, he searches around as he keeps on walking forward. Until he found them again, in front of an abstract painting. Seohyun's laughing while Yoona seems describing what he understands. That bright laugh is so priceless that he can't help himself and chuckle. Got influence by the princess. But he quickly stopped when he realized the reason of her laugh comes from Yoona. 'She's really something.' In his thoughts, giving Yoona a glare that he only himself know. Yoona's too oblivious, as she was busy making Seohyun laugh with her random words. He doesn't even think she's funny.

 

For the next 30 minutes, as he still continue watching over the two, He realized Yoona's not just making Seohyun laugh but she's also making mood so bright. And the more he looks at the princess, the more he realized Yoona's bringing joy to her. She's like Yeri too, giving a reason for the princess to keep on smiling, to keep on laughing, and to keep on clinging over her arm, like she's afraid Yoona will go away or some sort of possessiveness over the latter. However, despite the princess being clingy, Yoona's not bad at all.

 

'She's such an entertainer. But I still have to watch these two. I can't let another lie happen if I will leave them alone by themselves.' Director Shin thought to himself. Although he's liking Yoona, he still can't put his guard down. It's the princess he just want to protect. Otherwise, the father of this girl will scold him if he fails.

"Want some too, Mr. Shin?" Yoona asks Director Shin after she just ordered two ice creams. 

 

"Nah, it's okay. I'm okay here." But he declined, waving his hand to show his rejection.

 

"Another cookies and cream please." Seohyun butted, earning a surprise look from Yoona and Director Shin. "I know you also like it too, Uncle. Don't be shy about it." She flashed him a bright and knowing smile.

 

Director Shin ruffles Seohyun's hair. "You really know me, eh? But no. I'm okay without any of it."

 

"No! Miss, take my order!" Seohyun eventually reacted right away.

 

"I said no!" However, Director Shin still insist and glared at the princess.

 

"I said yes! And that's my order." Seohyun playfully commanded. Yoona's just in the side agape while watching the two like two kids.

 

"Juhyun, I'm so old for this."

 

"Did they put ice creams are only for kids?" It's for everybody. So Miss! Scoop us-hmph." Seohyun couldn't able to continue her words when the older covered .

 

"No, Miss. Just take the two orders." Director Shin told the speechless vendor again, while trying to cover the pricess' mouth as possible as he can because he's struggling to let go from his grasp.

 

Before the vendor can follow the old man's order on her, She finds herself turning her attention to the doe-eyed girl on the side.

 

"No. Make it three please... Miss. I'm paying for our ice creams anyhow." As Yoona definitely supported Seohyun's order.

 

Director Shin looked at Yoona with a surprise look. However, Yoona just smiled and gave a cash immediately. "Ah!" He cried out when the princess bite on his hand, causing for him to let go momentarily.

 

"2 versus 1. We won." Seohyun victoriously announces with her fist in the air, which made the vendor also follow what has been announce.

 

"Come on, It's just an ice cream Mr. Shin." Yoona grinned, supporting Seohyun all the way.

 

"My Yoong is right." Seohyun giggles.

 

Sighing in defeat, Director Shin could only stare at the two girls with disbelief in his eyes. 'The great head of the palace has been beaten by only two girls. Not to mention, by Yoona as well. She's just so quick to think on how to solve it. What a silly fight though. tsk,tsk.'

 

"So?" Both Seohyun and Yoona crossed their arms, wearing the same smirk.

 

"What else can I do? She's already scooping us ice cream. Aish." Shrugging his shoulders, He left the ice cream parlor and went outside.

 

Yoona and Seohyun made a victory Hi-5. And with that, Seohyun cling into Yoona's arm again, as they watch the vendor making their ice creams.

 

"I can't believe we just beat your Uncle."

 

"I know right? He is actually just making excuse, Yoongie. But I love Uncle Shin."

 

"You really know him well, eh?" Yoona's not surprise at all. The way the two fight earlier looks like they're the closest.

 

"Ever since my childhood, of course."

 

"Oh yeah, reminds me. He was there when you left the hospital."

 

"You still remember it?" Seohyun exclaimed, looking at the doe-eyed.

 

"Of course. How would I still be here with you right now if I don't remember every detail of it?"

 

Seohyun mentally face-palmed. "Yeah, my bad. But just surprised even Uncle Shin." she grinned momentarily.

 

"Anyhow, are we still going on like this? Come on, Peng. I don't want to see your Uncle at least for an hour or for 30 minutes. I'm not being selfish but today is the last day. I can't waste a single minute without taking you to a place I've been planning you to take. I want this to be memorably as possible as I can." Yoona couldn't hold back anymore and wanted to complain. She knows Seohyun also likes it though.

 

"I have the same feelings." Seohyun let out a sigh. "And I only have one solution for this."

 

"What?"

 

Taking a glance outside, Seohyun can still see the strict Director Shin, watching them. She then leaned into Yoona's ear and whispers, "Let's escape." though he wouldn't hear it.

 

"What?!" Yoona gasps. "But-"

 

"Asking him to leave would never be a solution because I know he won't ever grant our wish. Escaping is our best solution." 

 

"Are you sure about this?"

 

"I'm actually... I mean, of course." Seohyun quickly change her mind when she realized she's about to reveal about escaping from the palace. "You want to spend only the two of us, right? Because it's the last day. We're doing this together. I'm confident we can do this if it's us, doing the same thing."
