The ride to their mission is a bit quiet, especially Yoona who is still in the middle of processing what she heard. She would glance to Seohyun from the backseat and would sigh from time to time. But before she can forget, she returned her phone. "Your parents seems to be tracking you since you left home, Hyun." she told her.

 

"Omo, how'd you know?" Seohyun gasps to learn.

 

"No wonder you were in the IT room earlier." Yuri reacted.

 

"Yeah, they already broke it." informed Yoona. "Thankfully we discovered it fast but we can't still be sure. I ask Appa to stay alert in the headquarters, who knows they'll attack anytime." She sighs again as she glances to her girlfriend who look worried.

 

"I'm sorry, Yoongie." Seohyun pouted. "Should have known it faster."

 

"That's fine. The nephilims are better fighter. No worries." Said Taeyeon while she's driving the van. She slowly stops the car as the light’s changes. "We have an hour to arrive there. The club opens 11pm so we have all night to do the mission."

 

"Did you check the VIP lists? Who knows there are humans?" Yuri asks in concern.

 

"Two idols and two politicians booked a room." Yoona mentioned as she checks the paper the headquarters have provided. "Here. Make sure you recognize them when you see them." she handed the other copies to Seohyun and Yuri at the backseat.

 

"They're easy to recognize." Seohyun confidently replied. Her mind hand been sharper since she returned to Seoul just like how she can hear her girlfriend's heartbeats.

 

"It'll be easy to find them." Yuri smirks as well.

 

Yoona just shake her head and smile as she returned her attention to the traffic lights. "Aigoo... " And the people crossing the road.

 

"Omo, isn't that Jessica Jung?" Taeyeon said loud enough, pointing to the blonde that's crossing the road.

 

Yuri's eyes immediately turned outside and she was about to call her when she realizes Taeyeon know about her. "You know Jessica Jung?" She and Yoona chorused.

 

"You-you guys know her too?" Taeyeon is more than surprised to the two girls.

 

"Yes." Yoona nodded.

 

"She's in the same college we're attending." Yuri also shares.

 

"Where did you see her, Unnie?" ask Seohyun on the other hand.

 

"It was three days ago. I picked up her purse. But wow, what a small world, eh? You guys know her already." Taeyeon chuckles as she feels like she's already left behind.

 

"Yuri has a crush on her." Yoona did not even hesitate and revealed.

 

"Chincha?" Taeyeon chuckled glancing to Yuri at the backseat.

 

Yuri blushes as she only nodded to confirm. Seohyun giggles at the same time.

Moments later, they reached to their destination. Yoona came out first and was checked by the security before allowing her/him to go inside. She took her seat at the bar counter and started roaming her eyes around to see any familiar faces. But so far there aren't but she definitely can sense the vampires around.

 

"The second floor, it's their game center." She told Seohyun through an earpiece on her right while she's enjoying some whiskey and the music in the club.

 

Couple of minutes later Seohyun proceed on her role. She's confident enough that no one from the vampires will recognize her with her disguise. But she couldn't miss the chance to seductively smile at Yoona when she passes at her as she proceeds to the second floor. She was immediately welcomed by a vampire, taking her coat as she was guided to take a seat, next to another vampire whose waiting for the poker game to start. She had her friendliest and iest smile to guy as they began their game.

 

Meanwhile Yuri easily get her passed and took her role as a bartender.

 

"Tell us if there's anything out there." Yuri said secretly to Seohyun while she's watching Yoona from the dance floor, dancing with ladies around her. She felt a little envy because she wanted to be in her position too, not being recognized or seen as a nephillim is fun to see.

 

"Let's wait for a while, my mom will be here." Seohyun whispered to herself before flipping her card. "Am I too lucky tonight?" And cried when she won the second round of the game, which lead her to grab all the chips towards her.

Her vampire opponent groaned but once again ask for another round of poker and they resumed.

 

Yoona took her seat back feeling thirsty after the dance. She was about to drink the glass Yuri handed when someone grabs her and pulled her for one deep kissed.

 

"See you later." The vampire lady whispered before letting go of her.

 

Dumbfounded, Yoona could only take her seat back and drink the whiskey in one go.

 

"Freak! These vampires are wild." Yuri reacted loud enough for Yoona to look at her. "You're lucky only Taeyeon and I saw that." She chuckled.

 

Yoona sighs and just resumed looking around and occasionally would take note to every vampire around she can sense. They're definitely just ordinary vampires but some has stronger aura.

 

"Kyaaa!!! I'm going to be rich!" Seohyun squeal on their earpieces. She was too concentrate on her game that she didn't catch what Yuri said earlier.

 

"You'll be a professional gambler soon." Yoona said in a playful way.

 

"Rookie! We are out of alcohol here!" Someone from the second floor shouted which cause Yuri to finally move from her position. Yoona give her an okay sign as she herself returned to her mission; getting information about the vampire's plans through asking questions to vampires around.

 

Yuri expected to go to one of the tables in the second but rather she was guided to a hallway and there are rooms, which is like in normal clubs. But as she got inside to the fifth door, she immediately recognized Mr. and Mrs. Seo, together with four veteran vampires. She doesn't know the others besides the Seo. Setting the alcohols on their wide table, she briefly looked at them and bowed before leaving. She casually leaves, "Affirmative. They’re here, fifth door." She confirmed to her team. "I need some time to take whatever they're talking."

 

Yoona, Taeyeon (from the van) and Seohyun got the message.

 

"I'll handle it." But it was Yoona who wants to go and wiretap them. She gives Yuri and pat on her shoulder when she returned to her post. She's acting like a drunk guy, walking upstairs. But a guy who has a destination. She easily was able to reached the hallway without any suspicion. But she stopped on her track when she reached the door, taking a deep breath and gather all her strength before she opened the door and dive into their table, snickering when everyone got surprised with her appearance. "Did I come to a wrong room? Hehehe... sorry." she got out of the table and dramatically loses her balance which lead her to fall on the floor, this gives her the chance to put the wiretap.

 

"Yah, get out here whoever you are!" Mr. Seo said in annoyance.

 

Pulling herself up, Yoona bowed so many times and rubs the back of her hair as she finally left the room. She closes the door to make sure they won't suspect her and left to get Seohyun.

 

"Yah, babe, come on. I'm sleepy." She told her as she pulled her up from her seat.

 

"We're not yet done!" The Vampire abruptly got up and push Yoona aside.

 

"Oh yes, we're done, Mister." Seohyun smiled, as she took her chips and money then brought them inside her shoulder bag.

 

"You heard her." Yoona pushed the vampire off and took Seohyun's hand, started dragging her along with her.

 

Seohyun giggles and kiss the doe-eyed girl's cheek. "You're so cool out there."

 

"I am, always." Yoona peck on her girlfriend's cheek as a response. They pass on Yuri who is still busy with a lot of orders here and there, as they headed straight to the exit, successfully leaving the place once they got inside the van, being parked outside.

 

"So, any update?" ask Seohyun right away while Taeyeon is listening to the conversation in the room.

 

"Not yet, they're catching up for the meantime. I think they arrived earlier but only had the chance to catch up with they moved to the private room." Informed Taeyeon. "That was an easy job for Yoona, eh?" she glances to Yoona at the back seat with a proud smile.

 

"Nah, it was just a simple job. And you need to be fast so they won't suspect." Yoona smiled smugly. "But it was a bit chilly when I entered there, especially the look on their eyes, not to mention Mrs. Seo."

 

"Vampires~" Taeyeon giggled.

 

"Agreed." Seohyun chuckled lightly. "But glad nothing happened out there. I don't think I'm ready to reveal myself to my parents." she sighs afterwards.

 

"Well, whatever happens, I know you are on the right side." Yoona smiled genuinely to her girlfriend, taking her hand and giving it a rub.

 

"Shshshs... let's listen for now." Taeyeon suddenly announced the van got quiet.

"On the 27th, 28th til 30th which is happening next week, they'll start the sending vampires against the downworlder. At the same time, they're going through households of Seoul to turn more humans to vampires. This will be their weapon for the upcoming eclipse. Which means, nephillim needs to have more warriors to make sure they'll not able to harm any humans. Appa, I suggest we'll have teams for the human’s world and underworld. Can we afford that?" Yoona ended her report with a question, in front of every directors in the headquarters.

 

"We need to call for a help, not only here but to the other countries. The vampires are like declaring a world war III not only to the downworlders but to us, nephillims." Mr. Im said seriously. "The teams you're mentioning is a definitely in my mind as well. But we need to see to it that everyone is capable to fight. We'll start selecting warriors tomorrow and I will call the cooperation of the other countries tonight to send their best warriors. Thanks, Yoona for the information." He ended with a proud brief smile. "For now, you can join the others in preparation for the coming battle."

 

Yoona bowed her head a little and casually walked out the briefing room. She didn't meet with the others immediately as she turned to see that they're discussing seriously. She's glad to listen to it and she hopes everything will be done accordingly later.

Afer having a 30 minutes kick boxing session with fellow nephillims, Yuri went out to see Yoona just left the other gym as well. "Where's Seohyun?" However, she noticed she wasn't with the young vampire.

 

"She's with Taeyeon, having special training." Yoona said and smiled a little and sighs. She knows why Taeyeon ask for it.

 

"I see. Well, she's not like us." Yuri shrugs her shoulders as she walks with Yoona to their locker rooms.

 

"What's up with Tiffany by the way?" Yoona raises her brows to Yuri. She saw her going with the other nephillim to visit Tiffany.

 

"She's fine. But freaking annoying. She always complains for the food when we don't give bloods." Yuri rolled her eyes. She felt exhausted already to be the one sending the food.

 

"She didn't mention Seohyun?"

 

"Nope. Why?"

 

"Well, she must have missed her?"

 

Yuri chuckled. "That's not happening. She hates her so much."

 

"How can we change her mind?" Yoona somehow wanted TIffany to be by their side. "It's best that she's with her sister's side, to convince their parents to stop whatever war are they planning."
