"Tell me, Seo Joohyun." Mr. Im get up as he slowly approached the young vampire. His eyes are soft doesn't want to scare her even though he couldn't like her presence wholeheartedly.

 

"I'm sorry for the late notice. But Yoona and I-"

 

"Appa." Yoona unconsciously cut Seohyun's words as she gained her consciousness. The first thing that she recognized, her father, sitting next to her. And her mother. "Omma..." Her lips curved into a sweet tiny smile upon recognizing her mother too that she had been missing recently.

 

"You awake." Mr. And Mrs. Im chorused as their attention turned swiftly to their daughter.

 

"How are you feeling?". Ask Mr. Seo. According to the doctor there wasn't any serious that happened besides she was exhausted or overfatigue.

 

" I'm... Thirsty." Yoona softly replied. But her eyes landed to a certain young lady behind which made her raise her brows. "Seohyun."

 

"I'll get you glass of it." Mr. Im hastily got up and headed to the dispenser.

 

"Anyeong, Yoona-ah." Seohyun wave her hand a little, quiet shy because there's Mrs. Im staring at her with suspicious stares.

 

"Omma, what are you doing?" Yoona noticed the stares from her mother.

 

"So, what's going on?" Mr. Im couldn't miss the chance and he ask as he handed his daughter the glass of water.

 

Yoona shared gazes with Seohyun but she couldn't hear her thoughts. She looked down, as if telling her to answer her own father. "Seohyun." So, she decided to just tell them the truth. "She returned weeks ago." Sighs her.

 

"And?" Both of her parents demanded more.

 

Staring back to her girlfriend, Yoona proceed. "We... We are in the same school. That's where we met again."

 

"And you didn't tell us?" Mrs. Im raised her eyebrows.

 

"I couldn't. I am busy. And I know you won't be happy to see her back after what happened back then." Yoona replied softly, staring intently to her parents in their eyes. "I tried to stop myself because I know it's going to cause a war again between vampires and Nephilim but... It's really seems true. I can only fall for one person. And that's Seo Joohyun." She glances to the young vampire who looked surprised. "I'm sorry."

 

Mrs. Im sighs loudly. "Well, what else can we do?"

 

"You are big now so we really can't control you anymore. But promise me you guys will be careful. The prophecy is still there and-"

 

"No one knows except you and mom. No worries." Yoona reassures hoping her parents will not bothet them. "I can also protect myself or her now."

 

"I don't need any protection anymore. I can fight whenever I want now." Seohyun finally speaks but she hastily looked down again when Mr. And Mrs. Im turned to her. She feels like she will burn if she catches their gazes.

 

"Seohyun is right. We aren't in high school anymore either way." Yoona softly says.

 

"I... Don't think I have the right to stop you from... seeing her. Just a reminder, don't ever show your relationship publicly. Downworlders are just around. It may trigger then if you guys saw you two together again." Mr. Im firmly says, still afraid deep inside now that the two are back.

 

"What happened back in high school?" Seohyun is confused, referring to the incident where werewolves found them.

 

"Your presence are stronger that time and you guys don't know how to hide it yet. Now, it seems you have learned it and keep it well." Mrs. Im explained this time.

 

"Thanks to Taeyeon Unnie." Seohyun smiled brightly which made the doe-eyed smile at her.

 

"Uh, can you give us a moment?" Mrs. Im suddenly asks as she got up.

 

"Sure Omma." Yoona replied in an instant, letting her parents left the room.

 

As soon as they disappeared, Seohyun rushed to take a seat where Mr. Im was sitting earlier. She immediately took Yoona's hands and smile. "I'm glad you look fine now... but what really happened?"

 

"I just woke up. I don't know. But... before I black out, I heard something at the back of my head."

 

"Omo, Tiffany Unnie." Seohyun gasped.

 

"Wae?" Yoona is curious.

 

"Did you stare deeply in her eyes?"

 

Nodding, Yoona recalled what happened while she's chocking Tiffany. Her eyes turned gray. "She... did something on me?"

 

"She can block you if you look at her gray eyes deeply." Seohyun informs and felt angered towards her sister. "B-But that means... getting inside your head as well... which also means, she can hear you right now."

 

"Tell me more what she can do?" Yoona got more interested. Tiffany's ability is really that unpredictable for her.

 

"Being invisible, she did that when I was in my high school. She has good fighting skills as well... and can teleport from the human’s world to the shadow world. Um, you don't have to worry about hearing you right now, it will only last for an hour, the moment you woke up." Seohyun shares doesn't feel concern anymore.

 

"If she can hear me right now then, she knows you're with me?"

 

"Yes."

 

Yoona nodded. "I see... then so be it." She smirks.

 

"Eh?"

 

"She should we're back."

 

Seohyun hit the doe-eyed. "Are you stupid? That means she will tell our parents and the rest of the clan."

 

"No need to worry. Tiffany is in the headquarters right now. She can't do anything as long as she's inside." Yoona explained. "So, she can freely learn I and you are back together." She chuckles sarcastically.

 

"That... make sense." Seohyun is speechless. "Aish." But it amuses her how childish the doe-eyed is.

 

Meanwhile, outside the room, Mr. and Mrs. Im are watching the couple seriously. They just finished their conversation but couldn't enter the room yet upon seeing their daughter is laughing and smiling with Seohyun. Something that they really missed to see.

"Why am I not surprised?" Tiffany sighs as soon as the voices from Yoona has disappeared. But she's definitely frustrated at the moment because her two hands are being handcuffed on the table. It's a handcuffed that a vampire can't break as it has the nephillim's magic. "Yah! I'm hungry! Someone brings me some food right here!" She shouted, complaining and whining.

 

Moments later, the door opens and Yuri walked inside with a tray of vegetable salad. "Remember me, Tiffany-ssi?" She smirks towards her. She's wearing sunglasses to avoid from getting Tiffany's block like how Yoona got it.

 

"Kwon Yuri? That nephillim who hides her identity the entire time, who wouldn't?" Tiffany chuckled and raise her eyebrows. "What's that?"

 

Yuri pulled the chair across her and place the tray. "You're hungry, aren't you?"

 

"Don't you know me?" Tiffany is offended.

 

"Tiffany-"

 

"I am not a vegetarian."

 

Yuri gasps. "Oh chincha?" But she smile friendly right away. "I'm sorry, we don't feed non-vegetarians." She took the tray and was about to leave when Tiffany speaks again.

 

"Aish, just put that here and uncuff me." Tiffany demanded firmly.

 

"I'm not stupid to do that, Tiffany." Yuri returned the tray. "Help yourself." She winks at her.

 

"How am I going to eat that then?"

 

"Use your mouth, is that even a problem?"

 

Tiffany got mad and abruptly get up, trying to pull herself off of the handcuff but she couldn't. "Damn you!" She groaned and sent glares to Yuri but only to earn a laugh.

 

"Bye-bye~" Yuri waves her hand teasingly as she intentionally walks slowly to the door.

 

"YAH! COMEBACK HEEREEEE!!! YOU ING MORON! COMEBACK HEEEEREEEE!!!" Tiffany scream and move around without leaving the table. " JUST FEED ME!"

 

Yuri stopped just as she reached the door and turned. "What did you say, vampire?"

 

"Feed me, you deaf!" Tiffany sternly said. "If you can't uncuff me then just feed me."

 

"Heard it right, but in one condition."

 

"Ugh, what is it?"

 

Yuri grinned as she returned to her chair. "Don't block me like what you did to Yoona."

 

"Tsk, you're no one, why would I?" Tiffany rolled her eyes as she took her seat back only to see Yuri looking upset and offended. "Araso,araso, you feed me. I won't block you."

 

"Right away, vampire." Yuri giggles. She took the fork and dig into her salad. "Say ah~" and slowly offers it to her.

 

Tiffany felt hesitant but she opened either way and munch it bitterly without looking at the nephillim.

 

"You like it?"

 

"No. But feed me more."

 

Yuri chuckles amusingly. "Indeed." And she feeds her more while smiling teasingly. It makes Tiffany irritated that she wouldn't care to stare at her the whole time.

Yuri: The headquarters need you, Ahjumma.

 

Taeyeon almost choke on her head after reading the message from the Nephilim. She was having some ramen in a restaurant when the message was sent. "Tsk, how can she call me like that? As if I did nothing to her back then." she just close her phone and slurped on her noodles for the last time then opened her purse to give pay for it. "Should I just teleport there? No, Director Im will not like that." She just put her bill on the table and was about to stand when she saw a young lady dropped her wallet. "Yah! Miss!" She hastily picked it up and tried to catch upon her. "Miss you drop your purse!" She shouted but the busy street is not allowing her to be heard.

 

"I don't have so much time for this but I could spare a little." So, she followed her and continue to call her while bumping to people here and there. "She's deaf. Yeah, she is." She keeps following until the young lady crosses the street. "Omo." But there's a car that's coming too fast. "Watch out!" shouted her, quickly grabbing sprinkle from her messenger bag and throw it in the air, freezing everyone around. "This is my first time doing this to a human." She mumbles as she hastily rushed to her side in the middle of the road.

 

Taeyeon however got mesmerized as soon as her eyes had a close look on the young lady. But she snapped out of reality right away. "You... you're lucky. I'm a downworlder." She sighs and smiled. "Pretty." She was about to put it on her little bag when she thought of checking her ID to see her name. "Jessica Jung it is. Be careful next time." She softly says, placing the purse on her bag and without hesitation, she bends down and carried her in her shoulder. She brought her to the side of the street and sprinkled on the air again to resume the time and she disappears before the blonde could see her.

 

Jessica got confused as she looked around. All that she can remember she's in the middle of the road and a car is fast approaching. "Aigoo, whatever." she just brushed it off and continue her way to the cafe.

3 days later~

 

 

"Seohyun-ah~" Yuri called the young vampire while making her way inside the kitchen.

 

"Yes, Yuri-ssi?" Seohyun is washing the dishes and had to turn her head behind. Her eyebrows rising, wondering why the Kwon called her.

 

Standing next to the young vampire, Yuri smiled briefly. "It's the third day you're living in Yoona's apartment, why don't you do the laundry this time? I mean, just bring this bag to the laundry shop nearby."

 

"I told you it's your work, Yuri-ah." Yoona said while she's standing by the door and is shaking her head.

 

"Aish. I still have to go see Jessica." Whined Yuri while pouting.

 

"We have a mission later." Seohyun reminded. It's Wednesday and the day they have agreed to do the mission in regards to the vampires.

 

"I know, but I promise to join her shopping. It's Saturday so I have nothing to do besides that mission tonight."

 

"You're not going to prepare with us? We'll go for a training." Yoona invited, picking one apple and bite it in front of the other Nephilim. "Come on, love life can wait." she winks but only to be pushed aside and Yuri walked out with heavy steps as she left the apartment. "I told her, liking a human will be really difficult." she sighs as she shakes her head.

 

"But at least she brought the laundry, Pumpkin." Seohyun noticed and she giggles.

 

"I know right?" Yoong flashes a choding smile then gently remove the dishes from Seohyun's hands. "I got this. Go prepare for our training later." And rather ask her.

 

"Right away." Seohyun made a salute and she kiss Yoona's cheeks before animatedly going to the room. Roxy followed her inside to help her pack the needed clothes for their one-day training. She felt so excited especially that the Nephilim has allowed her to be in the headquarters and even agreed for her to spy on the vampires.

 

A smile return in Yoona's lips as she focusses her attention to the plates and utensils. But out of a sudden she felt her tattoo itching which made her stop on what she's doing and check on the tattoo. 'Why is this itching again? Seohyun is just nearby.' She wonders. Ever since she and Seohyun has got back together, it never itches but it will glisten sometimes. 'Is that... Mountain calling me again? Or us?' She felt so weird but it's the only thing she can think. There's three weeks left to the eclipse; things had been that interesting.
