14 | Solution

After making sure Yoohyun is not going to play anymore, with her current position; lying down while drinking on her milk and while watching TV, Seohyun gives her maknae a gentle kiss on her cheeks and gestures Daniel to put the volume of the TV down, and also ask them to stay quiet while watching their favorite TV Show. As she got up, she headed to the bathroom, Paul occupied the empty space next to his sister, and continue watching. Daniel is on the floor, lying on his chest, eyes too focus on the TV screen.

 

Meanwhile, inside the bathroom, Seohun saw Yoona sitting on the toilet's cover, looking too immense on her phone. Just like what she had suspected, something is going on. 

 

"Mind me sharing that, hubby?" She asked, breaking her silence after a while of just watching her. 

 

Yoona looked up and was met by her wife's serious face. She sighed, knowing that she really can't hide anything from her wife. "Something is going on outside." She told her, truthfully.

 

Seohyun approached her wife, crouching down next to her. Yoona shared her phone and explained what is going on.

 

"A paparazzi is going around the resort, capturing all the activities we are doing out here. And the articles going around... it's accusing us for being insensitive in the midst of the company's mourn over the loss of my father. Sadly, there are a lot of people that believes the article than those who understands. Aish. This is really happening?" Yoona can not help it and ruffles her hair irritably. She didn't know a relaxation would put into a misunderstanding. She just want her kids to stay away from drama while its vacation. It's a simple trip for the kids, no more than that. And of course, she hasn't move on yet from her father's death. It's still hurting her every time she recalls about her father. It's unfortunate that there are people thinks negatively. "They're seriously not giving us privacy!" She stated, kicking the floor out of anger.

 

Seohyun, she's reading the article, couldn't yet react with Yoona's rage. But as she continues to read, and even read the comments, she felt her heart tightening, for involving her and the innocent kids into the scandal. The worse, they put her two pieces pics on the internet, making more netizens mad about her and the family. Telling them they're bad parents and so insensitive. She looks back at Yoona, realizing she's hearing some faint sobs. It did, her wife is once again looking weak in front of her. She pulled her into her embrace and whispered, "Stop crying will you? The kids will hear us outside. Remember, the bathroom is not sound proof." reminding her rather.

 

Yoona chuckled and wiped her tears off. "I just couldn't help it. I didn't know this would happen in the middle of our vacation. We're still on our first day here, but someone is already disturbing us with this non sense ." She curse under her breath. She gently pushed her wife away from her and that also made her wipe her own tears. "It's okay. I'm okay. I just can't really take it that they're involving our kids. It hurts to see this, Hyun."

 

"Me too, it hurts and really disappointing. But... We have to stay strong. We have to think of a way to solve. Crying is not going to solve this, hubby. Let's ask Yul Oppa tomorrow - maybe he can help on how to solve this." Seohyun advised her wife, brave enough to solve such issue. She's not a warrior for years if she can't think of solving the problem. 

 

"Lawyer Kim told me to just stay quiet about this, Hyun." Yoona shared, worriedly. "But I thought it's... not really good to stay quiet. If they continue doing this, it's not only us who will be affected, the kids as well. Our family in a whole." 

 

"That's what I am talking about. Let's find a way to solve this." Seohyun softly replied, tucking her wife's hair behind her ears. She pinch her cheeks and kiss her lips lightly. "We are going to solve this together, without breaking this relaxation. Okay?" though it hurts, she must not tempted for weakness and go against it.

 

"Of course. I am not planning to break this. This is going to the 2nd time we're going to disappoint our kids if ever. So no-no." Yoona determinedly uttered, earning a nod from her wife.

 

Getting up, Seohyun hold out her hand -- which Yoona quickly grab and pulled herself up.

 

"No one from the kids will get to know this."

 

"Promise." Yoona tangle her pinky promise with Seohyun's, before she pulled her back into her comforting embrace. It's another problem they have to solve indeed. And it's always a good thing she has her by her side. 

 

Seohyun rubs her wife's back for a couple of minutes before pulling back and smile at her. Yoona smiled as well and take her hand, bringing her out again from the bathroom. They walked out the room, only to see Daniel - the only person who is awake. Paul is on the couch, sleeping with his sister. 

 

"I'll get Paul, You get Yoonie." Says Yoona, as she approached the heavy sleeper and picked him up in his arms. Seohyun complied.

 

Daniel who let out such a huge yawn, get up and watches as his parents put his siblings back to the bed. She climb to the couch instead, while watching them. Suddenly, an idea came in his mind. He grabs the pillow in the couch and lied down, closing his eyes momentarily, pretending he is sleeping that fast. A few seconds that pass, he heard footsteps coming back to the couch. He accidentally moves, which made him bit his lip and stayed still.

 

Yoona and Seohyun looked into each other's eyes, having the same idea in their minds. A smirk plastered in their face before they attack the kidwolf with their tickles. Daniel laughs so hard while trying to dodge all the tickles. But he ends up being tickle. And so, he attempted to move out the couch, but he was pushed back. And as he thought they'll tickle him again, Yoona picked him up, groaning dramatically for being so heavy. "Yah!" he seriously slapped his Daddy's shoulder.

 

"You're already so big, You don't need to be carried, Kidwolf." Yoona complained.

 

"Yeah, Your Daddy is right, Kidwolf." and Seohyun supported it.

 

Daniel stuck his tongue out and finally lied down on the bed, glaring at his Daddy and mother. But instead of any words, he saw them leaning down to him, causing for him to close his eyes and felt their lips against his cheeks. He smiled happily from ear to ear. He shivers when he heard them whispering, 'We love you Daniel Hyunoo Im-Seo.' And not just his lips smiled, his heart also have smiled. 

 

"Goodnight Daddy, Omma." Whispered him back. A few seconds later, he can no longer feel their lips against his cheeks. And so, he comfortably and happily drifted to sleep.

 

Seohyun and Yoona are setting up the couch again to be their bed. But somehow, glancing over the kids made Yoona changes her mind. "Can we change our bed for tonight?'

 

"Hmm?" Seohyun simply raised her brows, glancing over her wife.

 

"I mean, lets cuddle with the kids tonight. I miss cuddling with them. Especially our baby girl." Yoona confessed with her little grin.

 

"Yeah, me too." Seohyun realized it too "Lets surprise them this morning, then." 

 

Yoona's grin got bigger as she hurriedly reach for her wife's hand and gently drags her to the bed. She climbs on the kidwolf's side while Seohyun climbs in Paul's side. Before they could lie down, they shared a lingering kiss.

 

"Good night, baby hubby."

 

"Good night, baby wife." Said Yoona as they both giggles and lied down next to their kids.

 

Seohyun especially turned off the night lamps and pulled their covers and wrapped her arms around Paul. Her arm is long, so she can reach on Yoonie's stomach as well - who was in the middle of the bed. Yoona also turned off the night lamp as well and did not hesitate to also does the same, meeting her wife's hand in their maknae's stomach. Both whispered 'I love you's' to each other sweetly, as they closes their eyes together. Just few moments later, Yoona and Seohyun drifted to their own dream lands.

"I'm home!"

 

Upon hearing his wife's voice outside, Yul put aside the laptop in his lap and kick himself out of the covers. He casually walked out the room and climb downstairs, wherein, he can see his wife is heading to their kitchen. He followed, hastily. "So you haven't eaten dinner?" and immediately asked once he arrived.

 

Jessica almost choke on her water upon hearing her husband's voice. "Yah! You scared me!" And literally scolded the latter.

 

"I was just asking. Didn't mean to scare you, Babe." Yul chuckled, as he approached the blonde girl and gives her a welcoming hug. He kissed her cheek and whispered, "I miss you all day."

 

"Chincha?" giggles Jessica as a response. One arm only wraps around her husband's waist. "I miss you too. But come on, I'm hungry Yul." however, she can't stay hugging him. She pat his back thrice asking him to pull back. 

 

Yul slowly complied. "I'll cook for you." and quickly pushed his wife gently aside, opening the ref in the process.

 

"You didn't had dinner at home?"

 

"Yep. I had dinner with Yoona's lawyer."

 

Jessica's furrows her eyebrows. "Lawyer Kim?"

 

"Absolutely." Yul said, closing the ref with his feet and proceeds to the table, placing the ingredients. "I'll make some pasta for my ever beautiful wife." He winks at his wife before heading to the pan and open it. He boiled some water first, for the pasta noodles.

 

Jessica pulled a chair and sat down. "Why did you meet with him?"

 

"Something related to business. But... I bet you are truly that busy and miss to check the internet?" Yul turned to face the ingredients of his pasta, and began do his magic.

 

Jessica raised her brows in curiosity. "Why? I miss something?"

 

"You did miss it." Yul murmured.

 

"Huh?" 

 

Yul turned again to put the noddle pasta on his boiling water. He returned his attention to his wife to answer her question. "Im-Seo Family is currently facing a trouble. They're on the internet news portal, trending because of bad articles about their vacation right now."

 

Jessica gasped. "Chincha?" Hurriedly, she took her phone out of her pocket in her suit jacket and opens a browser on it. Yul smiled amusingly before he returned his attention to the ingredients. He needed to prepare for the sauce for his creamy pasta. He suddenly stopped and looked at his wife when he heard her curse. "Waeyo?"

 

"Seohyun, She has gorgeous body." Jessica admitted, as she looked at the picture in zoom in mood. 

 

"What?" Yul chuckles, didn't expect for the blonde to react on his ex-girlfriend's body, rather than about the issue. "Aren't you worried about the scandal? That's exactly false. We know Yoona and Seohyun are not as what the article is saying!" he can't help but put on exclamation in his tone. 

 

Jessica smiled. "Of course I am. But let's face the truth, Seohyun's body is really... good. I mean, wow. She's hot in her red two pieces. And look at the curve, Oh my God. No wonder you dated her, I'm not surprise. The comments -- it's surprising though. They're accusing her rather than appreciating such body. Omo, I'd like to go on a gym soon." her eyes are totally sparkling, admiring the pictures of Seohyun in a hot two pieces. She decided to save it as an inspiration for a good body, soon. 

 

Yul was agape, almost didn't recognize his wife in front of her. He's as if staring to a different person. "Are you fan-girling over her or you're erting?" He joked, earning a giggle from his wife. "Aigoo, whatever. You're so weird sometimes." He shrugs and put his attention back to his work.

 

"Well, let's talk about the issue. I must admit this is truly a move of putting someone's image bad. Let me investigate about this as well." Jessica put aside the phone and return her attention to her husband, who's already stirring his sauce. "Hey, Babe."

 

"Hmm?"

 

"You're not mad, right?"

 

Yul glance behind. "Mad of what?"

 

"I suddenly got busy. You know, we are supposedly out of the country to continue our honeymoon." Jessica got up from her seat and approached her husband. She wrapped her arms around his waist, kissing his cheeks in the process. "I'm sorry. But as soon as I have a break, we'll go on our plan. Okay?" She cutely smile, in front of her husband's face, that close.

 

"Of course. It's not a problem for me. I understand always. I too, I have to finish some unfinished files in the office. Let's talk about that later, once your pasta is done. Okay? Go and have shower." He copied her, pecking at her lips and they both giggle. Jessica then left the kitchen as Yul returned his attention to his sauce.

Kris was about to open his phone and check if there was recent messages when he saw a couple just entered the convenience store he is looking over. The couple is so sweet, holding hands while heading to the snack food section. He can't help but feel a little lonely, knowing himself that his apple of his eyes in the recent days is married. And apparently, the girl is so happy with her life. It's like a mock on him to have his real romance, not to a person who is taken. But even so, the 'interest' was still there. At least being friends would do. But will that happen? He's not even in the resort to start befriending with her. Instead, this friend of him is doing for him.

 

"Tsk,tsk." He had a shake of his head, as he turned away from the costumers and picked up his phone on the counter.

 

"Doctor Wu!"

 

Heck, only to put his phone back when he heard Sehun's voice. And that instant, catching his attention. "Whoa! Look who becomes a little tan? What's up?" He made a hi-5 with him consequently.

 

"Guess what?" Sehun did not hesitate and showed the picture of Seohyun with her family.

 

"That's not new." chuckled Kris obliviously.

 

"No. Read the article." Sehun quickly scrolls down, showing the article for his friend to read.

 

Kris' eyes widened once he had read it. "Seriously?" which also made him exclaim. "How can somebody put on article like that?!"

 

"I know right? I saw how they just want to relax after losing someone. And I think, the family just want to move on now. You know, moving on from the sad events of their lives. It's certainly their way of moving on... Isn't that ridiculous the articles are not thinking deeply on the reason of the vacation?" Sehun said, obviously siding on the Im's family. He certainly understands the family's intention of having a vacation. The issue is totally weird for him.
