"You sure are in a good mood, boss," IU grinned listening to Seungri hum softly while fiddling with the shots on his laptop. "Did something happen?"

Seungri looked up at the dark hair girl as if contemplating to say something and then deciding against it. "Get back to work, lazy . I hired you for a reason."

It had been a week since their first date. Yes, he had finally caved and called it that. He had even managed to squash ‘SeungHyun’ mercilessly when he tried to laugh at Seungri. Once again, his mind retreated into the back nursing a very sore kick in the stomach.

He had a tick face when he call Chaerin and tried to ask her out again. This time it was something more innocent, for a jog in the park the next evening.

Seungri agreed; swallowing a fair amount of guilt at lusting over another's intended.

That was followed by pizza for dinner, then for a round of drinks at a bar nearby. Seungri came close to claiming his first kiss a few times, but the cackling ‘SeungHyun’, had been reminded constantly that she was engaged!  It felt like an affair, just being with her, just having fun with her, but Seungri imagine it as being 'hanging out with a friend’. A damned y friend. His Ex-girlfriend betrayal was still fresh in his mind and no matter how much he feel sick whenever he look at TOP, he would never want another person to feel what he felt, to go through all the he had to go through.

At that point, ‘SeungHyun’ was about to come out with his smartass remarks, but was kicked in the by Seungri. After all, they haven't done anything that remotely appeared like a date since that dinner and the slow sweet dance they had indulged in later. And that was what Seungri intended for it to remain. Innocent, despite huge doses of hormone drenched innuendoes coming from both of them.

However, these little get togethers served their purpose as Seungri found out he and Chaerin had many things in common, such as liking the same books, the same music and even the same type of cars. The main difference between the two was the fact that Chaerin hardly spoke more than a few words when they were in public, while he normally ran off at the mouth. The only time she ever unwrapped was when they were either in private or on the phone. Her cold demure was usually reserved when she was in the public eye or with her fiancé, not being very demonstrative in public. Seungri believed that he had saw the gentler, tender side of Lee Chaerin.

Chaerin was also somewhat a mystery. Seungri had seen her many times with her fiancée, Mr. Ice King when they came in for shoots. He couldn't quite reconcile that Chaerin and the one that went out with him countless times during the week. Actually, Seungri could count them, but he didn't want ‘SeungHyun’ laughing his off watching. Chaerin with TOP was a serious businesswoman. She didn't laugh, smile or show any emotion, other than a smirk that usually meant contempt, more often than not, directed at TOP. Her more amicable twin showed herself when she appeared alone at Seungri's studio.
