"So?" Seungri plopping himself onto the tall chairs behind the kitchen counter while Chaerin try her best to avoid to tell Seungri.

Finally Chaerin turned to Seungri and sigh. "He want to meet me. Talk to me and I agree. You heard me,"

"All I heard were a couple of 'hns', 'hmms" and I am supposed to translate that to 'I see, I will meet you and tell you why I was so insensitive to break our engagement with you through email and not call you like a sane people would do? Oh by the way, meet my boyfriend, you introduced him to me. Yeah, that's right, our wedding photographer, Lee Seungri." By the time Seungri finished his super exasperated tirade, his chest was heaving heavily and Chaerin had an amused look all over her pretty face.

"Wow," she said, so impressed. "All that from 'hns' and 'hmms'?" she smiled teasingly but Seungri continue to frown at her.

"You not funny," Seungri grumble, wincing at the lingering ache at his back. He made a mental note to go see a good physiotherapy.

Chaerin snuggling closely while her fingers touching Seungri’s messy bangs. "He wants to meet me tomorrow," she told him, her expression is nervous.

"And?" Seungri asked, feeling his own nervous excitement as well. He knew what that meant. Finally! Chaerin will come clean. 

Chaerin let out a soft smile. "I'm going."

Seungri roll his eyes dramatically. "I know you will go but what I meant is, what kind of weapons are you going to bring with you?" And that won him a laugh that worked to ease both of their tension.

"I was…" Chaerin startled, hesitating a little. "Never mind…."

Seungri reached out and touched her hand, intertwined their fingers tightly together. "What?" He prompted. "You’re seriously considering a weapons?" He teased lightly.

Chaerin stare at him and Seungri’s breath caught at the uncertainty he saw in her eyes. "I was considering to bring you," she finally say, unable to meet Seungri's intense gaze.

Seungri jump from the chair with their hands still held tightly and stood in front of Chaerin, trying to peak at her.

"I think I need to wear my good Channel jacket then."

Chaerin’s neck snapped up, searching for Seungri’ face. "You… you… mean it?"

"Well," Seungri try to play push and pull, but his voice came out thick. Chaerin was doing this for them, for him. "I'm sure as hell not going to send you to the executioners alone." Then he was caught in a hug that forced the air out of him.
