“Noona what happen to you?”

Shinhye shakes her head.

“I don’t know. It’s just a day but I’m not myself anymore.”

Hyungsik looks at her worriedly.

“Kenchana?”

“Ani. I’m not okay. I’m having a mental breakdown.”

“That’s serious Shin.”

“Deh omma. I did a mistake today, its normal for a new employee on her first day but he stares at me coldly. Like I did a grave mistake.”

Shinhye pouts.

“But that what men should do; makes women happy with their praises.”

Hyungsik nods agreeing.

“Not all men tend to be like that. Your appa doesn’t. Even he is not fussy, he is not the romantic one too.”

Hyungsik nods again.

Hyungsik grins while scratching his head.

“Don’t give up Shin ah. Maybe this work can mature you up.”

“Are you saying that I’m not mature yet?”

Mrs. Park nods.

“Go and wash up so we can have dinner. You spend hours in there. Hyungsik, help me.”

Hyungsik answers right away while Shinhye still sat lazily on the couch.

She pouts and stomps her feet as she walks to her room.

Mrs. Park chuckles.

She continues and walks to the kitchen.

Yonghwa take a glance at her mother before he stares back at his work.

Mrs. Jung chuckles.

“Why are you laughing?”

“You are patience.”

“I was in the verge of kicking her out of the company. But I had promised you.”

“She is quite good even that it is her first day as secretary. She got lots of patience. Maybe because she is once a kindergarten teacher; so she can handle your fussiness.”

Yonghwa bit his teeth.

“I’m not fussy. I just want everything to be perfect.”

“When  nothing is this world is perfect? You sure are fussy son.”

“I’m born with it. I can’t do anything.”

“You can learn to be satisfied, not stubbornly ditching anything imperfect.”

“I’m going to sleep.”

Yonghwa switches off the lamp on his table and bows to his mom before he walks to his room.

“Will he change?”

Mrs. Jung shakes his head and went to her room.

“When will appa come home?”

“Another two days maybe. He is in a seminar right now. I can’t reach him.”

“I haven’t told appa yet that I get this job.”

“Tell him later sweetie. When he got home.”

“Deh omma.”

“Noona, will you go to work tomorrow?”

“Wae? Are you going to replace me if I say no?”

Shinhye answers while glaring at him.

Hyungsik laughs.

“I was just asking.”

“Don’t ask. I wish I can just stop from going to work. That guy is too much to handle.”

Mrs. Park nods.

“True Hyungsik ah. Fussy is better, you can change your way of talking too. Be more feminine.”

“Aishh omma. What is wrong with it?”

“Nothing is, but it’s not appropriate to public. You are a lady now Shin ah.”

“Why is the dining room so noisy?”

Haejin said as he walks to the table.

“Oppa, come and eat with us.”

Haejin smiles and sits beside Shinhye.

Hyungsik fixes his eyes on his bowl and eat quietly.

“How’s your first day?”

“Hell.”

Shinhye answers shortly.

“But still.”

“Kenchana omma. That’s how she is. Let her be.”

“Only you understand me oppa. Hyungsik had joined omma too.”

Shinhye nods while giggling.

Hejin ruffles her hair with a big smile.

“Eat first then talk.”

They listen to their mother and eat silently even at times they will laughs and chatting around.

Shinhye was walking to the lobby when she saw a little girl sitting on a bench.

“Hi there, what is your name?”

She asks with a crouching position.

“Kim Soohyun.”

She answers slowly.

Her pouts are visible.

Shinhye smiles.

“What are you doing here alone?”

“Unni, can you bring me to my omma?”

“Who is your omma?”

“Jung Yoomi.”

“I was supposed to be with appa after the Zoo trip but apa is busy.”

Shinhye nods few times.

“Kaja, unni will send you to omma.”

“But unni, I don’t want to get close with the monster.”

“Monster? Dugu?”

“My samchun.”

Shinhye laughs heartily.

Her first satisfying laugh after a week working with Yonghwa.

Soohyun nods and clutch on Shinhye’s hand.

“Unni, are you a new staff?”

“Yes and unfortunately I work for the monster.”

The little girl gasps in horror which Shinhye finds it cute.

"Be careful unni. Tell me if he shows you his sharp teeth. I’ll ask omma to protect you since I'm afraid of him too.”

Shinhye chuckles and pinches Soohyun's cheek.

The little girl smiles and swaying her hand that was holding Shinhye’s as they walk to Yoomi’s room.
