“Hyungsik ah.”

Hyungsik turns his head to Shinhye.

“Hmm.”

“Do you want to go somewhere? Snacks stall maybe?”

“Wae noona? Do you feel like eating?”

“Ani. I want to tell you something.”

“What is it? Is it about Haejin hyung?”

“Aniyo. It’s about me.”

“Let’s go to the dukbokki stall then. I can have some fish cakes too.”

He said while flashing his smile.

“Arasseo. Let’s go.”

Shinhye then drives to a nearby stall and park her car.

“Order what you want.”

Hyungsik nods and ordered a serving of dukbokki and fish cake before he sits with Shinhye.

“So, do you know that hyung is getting married?”

She nods.

“I saw unni when I went home. I was shocked Hyungsik ah. It’s too sudden right?”

Hyungsik nods.

“But I’m glad omma and appa ask hyung to marry that noona.”

“What? Omma and appa ask him to marry unni? Waeyo? I thought oppa brought unni back. She is pregnant.”

“I think you better ask omma. You should talk about you. What do you want to say to me?”

Shinhye smiles when their food is served.

She thanked the ahjumma and gives Hyungsik a pair of the wooden chopstick.

“Eat as we talk.”

He nods and ate.

“Hyungsik ah, noona is in a relationship now.”

She said when Hyungsik put down his glass.

“I know it. I told you but you keep denying. It’s Seunghyun hyung right?”

He said indifferently as he keep digging in his food.

“Yah, let me talk will you.”

“Wae? It’s not hyung?”

Shinhye shakes her head and grins.

Hyungsik furrowed his eyebrows.

“Dugu?”

“It’s my director.”

“Mwo?!”

Hyungsik stands up while he widens his eyes, gaining attention from the other customers.

“Yah! Sit down.”

Shinhye pulls his sleeve to make him sits.

“Noona, are you serious? The fussy, cold and annoying guy on earth that you always said you despise is your boyfriend?’

“Yeh. It somehow turns to be it.”

She let out a small laugh.

“I really can’t believe this. IS that why you are changing? Your dressing, your appetite, your behavior.”

Hyungsik narrowed his eyes on Shinhye as he paused.

“All that is because you are in love with your boss?”

Shinhye nods.

“Is it bad?”

Hyungsik gulps his drink at once.

He nods.

“I thought it will be Senghyun hyung.”

“But I love Director Jung.”

Hyungsik took Shinhye’s hand in his and look deep into her eyes.

“Noona, don’t you think he is too scary to date? He is too strict. You will suffer a lot.”

He said frowning.

“Don’t you want to give it a last thought?”

Shinhye chuckles.

“Do you love me that much huh cutie pie?”

She pulls her hand from Hyungsik grasp and ruffles Hyungsik’s hair.

“He is different when he is with me. He is as sweet as cotton candy. Let’s met him someday neh.”

“Are you sure you are not saying this just to make him look good?”

“I’m sure. Let’s meet him someday okay?”

Hyungsik squinted his eyes.

“What’s with that stare? Don’t you believe noona?”

“Arasseo. I believe you.”

He took the fishcake and eats it.

“So, about oppa’s wedding.”

Hyungsik stops eating and look nervously at Shinhye.

“Wae?”

“I’m the one who will be choosing unni’s dress. Won’t it be exciting?”

Hyungsik smiles.

“Deh.”

“Ahhh how long has it been since I went to look for dresses?”

“Since you started wearing those executive wear to please your boss.”

“Yahh.”

Hyungsik dodge her hands before he laughs.

Shinhye then laughs along when Hyungsik made funny face.

“Omma, why are you in my office this morning?”

“It’s nothing actually Yong. I just want to ask few things to Miss Park.”

“And it’s about me I believe.”

“Yes.”

Mrs. Jung answers straight away which makes Yoomi sits properly, waiting for Yonghwa’s next annoying words.

“Can I know what you and noona are up to?”

“We just want to clarify a thing.”

Yonghwa then sits with them while leaning his back on the couch.

“What is it? You can just ask me.”

Yoomi bites her lips while Mrs. Jung stay composed.

“Yong, you are changing. We are just curious what makes you change.”

“Is that a bad thing that I’m changing noona?”

“That’s..... not what I mean.”

Yoomi said with a stutter.

Yonghwa chuckles.

“I’m happy about many things. It makes me feel lighter and it makes me smile naturally.”

“Smiles often Yong. You look more handsome with smiling face.”

He nods.

“I’m sorry I hurt you and noona with my attitude. I’ll try to change for the better.”

Yoomi and Mrs. Jung smiles.

“Thanks for willing to change.”

Mrs. Jung said.

Yonghwa smiles.

“But where is Soohyun?”

“She is with Jaejoong ssi.”

Yonghwa wrinkles his forehead.

“The last time I heard, you will file a case on hyung.”

“I drop the case. We are getting back together.”

She smiles genuinely.

“I’m happy to hear that.”

He said without washing off his smile.

“Whoever he is dating right now, I’m thankful that she makes him change drastically.”

Mrs. Jung thought when she saw her two children converse freely after so long.

“Director, can I leave a bit early for my lunch break today?”

Yonghwa raise his head from his paper work.

“Why?”

“I had an appointment with a wedding dress boutique.”

“What?!”

Shinhye chuckles when she saw the shocked looking Yonghwa.

“My oppa is getting married this Sunday and we have to be hurry to find my sister in-law a dress.”

He nods few times as his expression soften.

“So, can I?”

“Okay. You can take your time. When is the time for my appointment after lunch?”

“It’s at 3.30 p.m. You just have to meet the supplier. And you had a personal meeting with Miss Kim.”

“And why was that?”

“I just receive the e-mail from President Jung.”

“Okay. At what time?”

“4. 30. In President room.”

“Here in this building?”

“Yes director.”

Yonghwa let out a sigh.

“I don’t feel like meeting her.”

“You can go and meet her while thinking of me Director.”

Shinhye said with a giggle.

“I should do that then.”

He smiles.

“That’s all then. I have to get going.”

“Arasseo. Brew me some black coffee in two hours time.”

Shinhye glances to her watch.

“Sure.”

She then bows to him and walks out of Yonghwa’s room.

She text Yoonyoung and tell her to get ready at 12 before she starts sorting the e-mails.

“Let’s finish this.”

“Unni, do you have any preference?”

“Eomonim said that you are good in this.”

“I am.”

She chuckles as she links her arm with Yoonyoung.

“But it’s your wedding. You must have dreamed on what you will wear when you walk down the aisle.”

“I didn’t actually. I haven’t dreamt of wedding since I fall in love with your oppa.”

“Waeyo unni?”

She sighs.

“You are very pretty Shin. I really wanted to see you.”

“Unni is pretty too.”

She said with a smile.

“Let’s choose quickly unni. I have to go back in in few hours.”

“Okay.”

The ladies then start choosing a dress for Yoonyoung.

Since her baby bump is only slightly seen, Shinhye chose a train wedding dress.

“How about this one unni?”

“I’ll try it on.”

She smiles and follows the staff to the fitting room.

Shewalks out after a while and look at Shinhye while holding her tummy.

“How is it?”

“You are gorgeous unni. How do you think? Should we go with this or you want to look around?”

“I think I love this one.”

Shinhye grins.

“Okay.”

She then look at the staff.

“We’ll get this one, I had choosen the jewellery set, pack them together when you come to deliver the dress tomorrow neh.”

The staff nods with a simple yes and helps Yoonyoung change.

They then leave the boutique after an hour.

“Unni, what are you working as?”

Shinhye asks when they were in a restaurant, having lunch.

“I’m working as a piano teacher.”

“Wah chinca? Can you teach me how to? I really wanted to play some piece of music.”

“I will teach you when you have time.”

“Wahh I can’t wait. Unni, do you know something? I really wanted a sister ever since I was a kid. So, this is the feeling of having a sister.”

Shinhye said happily.

“I’m glad having you as my sister in-law too. I never imagine I will.”

She said with a tint of sadness in her voice.

“Aww unni, don’t be sad. I will always be on your side. Just tell me if oppa makes you sad. I’ll kick him.”

Yoonyoung laughs.

“Will you do that?”

“I will be less sophisticated right?”

She nods.

“I’ll just nag at him then.”

She continues with a giggle.

Yoonyoung reach for her hand on top of the table and gives it a squeeze.

“Thanks Shin. I really meant it.”

Shinhye just nods as she smiles sincerely at the poor lady in front of her.

“You are not going to invite me?”

“I really wanted to but my parents will be suspicious and Hyungsik won’t keep quiet. I know him really well.”

“But that guy will be there.”

He said with a pout.

Shinhye giggles at his cuteness.

“He must be there. He is oppa’s friend remember?”

He nods.

“But still.”

“I told him that I have someone that I love and it’s not him.”

She said to the sulky Yonghwa.

“Is he okay with it?”

“Yes. He said he’ll keep on being a dear friend to me.”

“Did he mean it?”

“And why are you being suspicious?”

“I’m just being jealous.”

“Why are you being so straight forward? I need to find out that you are jealous.”

Shinhye slaps his arm lovingly.

“I just want you to know that I’m jealous with Mr. Choi Seunghyun.”

She pecks on his pouty lips before she cups his face.

“I only had my eyes on you.”

She then pecks his lips again before she sits comfortably again.

“See, I had become cheesy like you.”

She giggles.

“I love you.”

“And so do I baby Yongie.”

Yonghwa chuckles and turns on the ignition before he turns the wheel to the main road.

“So where are we going to?”

“To my car.”
