“So this is my secretary?”

Shinhye looks at his cold face.

He wasn’t showing any expression.

He is cold.

Just cold.

“Yes. She is Miss Park Shinhye.”

Yonghwa nods and look at her from head to toe.

He shoves his hand in his pockets.

“You start working today?”

“Yes Director.”

“So, what are you doing here? But not in my office.”

Shinhye fiddles with her fingers while she looks down.

Somehow she feels nervous.

His voice is deep and masculine.

It makes her heart beat furiously.

And this is not good.

Definitely not good.

“I will introduce her to the staffs before I place her under your control.”

Mrs. Jung said as she stands up.

“Yoomi, can you do it if you have nothing important to do.”

“Sure omma. Kaja Miss Park.”

Yoomi smiles and walks pass Yonghwa while Shinhye bows to him before she follows Yoomi.

“She’ll start working under you after lunch. You have meeting right? Go on. I’ve told my secretary to assist you in that meeting.”

“Deh.”

Yonghwa bows a bit to his mother and walks out.

“He dressed like an old man.”

Shinhye thought when she remembers the dull color that Yonghwa choose to wear.

“Why are you smiling? Something funny?”

“No madam. Nothing.”

“Really? Ok then. Let’s go to the marketing department. You have to deal with them more than the management.”

“Yes madam.”

“Don’t use the military tone Miss Park.”

Yoomi said while laughing.

Shinhye smiles and continues to follow her.

She was introduced to all the staffs and the head of department.

“You can go to your seat now. Take your time to memorize each department and who in charge in it. You can start working for Director Jung after lunch time. I’ll send the files to you through my PA.”

“Yes madam.”

“Good luck Miss Park.”

“Thank you.”

Shinhye bows and walks to her seat.

Shinhye smiles when she puts her handbag on the chair.

It is spacious and elegant.

“I love this.”

She grins and sits on the chair.

“Minus that I have to work for the fussy prince.”

Shinhye chuckles and waited for Yoomi’s PA.

“I’ll come in after lunch. Make 10 copies of these. I have to do a presentation later.”

“But director.”

Yonghwa stops walking and look at the latter.

“I just need to follow you to this meeting. I have to go back to my office since Miss Park starts working after lunch.”

“Oh.”

He forgets completely about his new secretary.

“Okay.”

Yonghwa answers shortly and walks to his car.

“Do I drive you to office Director?”

“Yes.”

Shinhye stands up abruptly when the door opened.

“Come into my room.”

Shinhye straightens her dress and checks her face in the mirror.

She gestures fighting sign with her fist before she walks to the door.

Yonghwa let her in after she knocks on the door.

“Good after noon Director.”

Shinhye smiles while she stands with her hand clutching together on her front.

Yonghwa lifts his head when he heard her.

“You call me director?”

Shinhye gulps.

“Did I say something wrong?”

She thought while she clutches her fingers nervously.

“Introduce yourself.”

Shinhye did as she was told too.

She talks about her education background, working experience and all of her achievements before Yonghwa cuts her.

“You don’t have any experience as a secretary. How can I trust you with this job?”

“I will do my best Director.”

“Example.”

“Deh?”

Yonghwa stares at Shinhye from her head to toe before he stares at her face.

“I don’t like to work with slow people. I don’t repeat what I have said. And don’t make me repeat my question Miss Park.”

“Sorry Director.”

“Take this and make 10 copies. Follow me to my next meeting after lunch. Can you walk fast?”

“Yes I can.”

“Good. You can leave my room now.”

Shinhye bows and leave the room with a smile.

“Wow.”

She mutters and walks to the photocopy machine to start working on the papers.

“You want to meet me?”

“Yes.”

Haejin answers shortly and gesturing Seunghyun to sit.

“Something matter?”

Haejin nods.

“I try to hold it in but I can’t. what is your intention to Shinhye?”

Seunghyun chuckles.

“Why are you getting worked up? I bet my father told you that I’m interested in her.”

“I want a confirmation. Do you like her or you just want to toy with her?”

“Haejin. You know about me. I’m not you.”

Haejin clenches his jaw.

“We are talking about you. Not me.”

“She holds a special place in my heart.”

“But she is my sister.”

“What’s wrong with it? I like her.”

Haejin laughs.

“You know where it leads to when you like someone right?”

“I had taken care of that.”

“Are you sure?”

Seunghyun nods.

“I’m not content with your answer. Your expression shows.”

“Don’t you think I’ve tried enough?”

“From my point of view as a doctor, I know you have. But not as the one close to Shinhye. She can’t be hurt. Being with you, it’s not safe.”

“I’ll protect her.”

“Just don’t.”

Haejin said with a sigh.

“Don’t.”

He leaves Seunghyun and walks out of the restaurant.

Seunghyun looks at the untouched food on the table and chuckles when he realizes Haejin ordered his favorite food.

“You know we got the similarity in being stubborn right chingu? I’ll fight to get her.”

He took the fork and starts eating his food.

Shinhye almost run to match her pace with Yonghwa.

She looks mess, hugging few files while walking like an insane, she looks different from her usual self.

"Is this why he asks me if I walks fast?"

She shakes her thought when they finally arrives in front of the elevator.

"Don't wear those flashy high heels when I have to go out. You will end up slowing me down."

Yonghwa said in irritates.

"If only I can fire this lady."

He thought while he waited for the elevator to stop.

"I'm sorry Director."

"Make sure you are sorry. Don't do things I don't like."

Yonghwa hated this situation.

He is not the one who will reprimand his employee.

He speaks less.

He doesn't talk in meeting and even in presentation.

He just show what he had worked through projector and makes sure it's clear enough for the others not to asks him anything.

And that is Yonghwa.

He loves perfection and without perfection, that means the worker is out.

He is annoyed with Shinhye.

It's written all over his face.

But he had promised his mom and he has to stick with this lady whether he likes it or not.

Shinhye was in the middle of memorizing the department in Jung Enterprise when suddenly the door creaked open.

“Miss Park.”

Shinhye lifts her head quickly.

“Yes director.”

“Give me the summary of today’s meeting in 15 minutes.”

Yonghwa then walks out before Shinhye can answers him.

“15 minutes? This guy is crazy. Totally crazy.”

Shinhye looks at the files and sighs.

“I’ll suffer from heart attack soon I guess.”
