“Miss Park, congratulation on your first business trip.”

“Thank you madam.”

Shinhye said while smiling beautifully.

“I guess Soohyun had met you before this right? About her party.”

“Yes madam. She told me about it.”

“So, can you come? It’s on weekend.”

“Sure I will.”

“But madam, can I bring someone along?”

“Sure. Your boyfriend?”

“Why are you here?”

Both ladies look at Yonghwa who was standing while holding his briefcase.

“I have something to do with Miss Park.”

“But I need her in my office now.”

“I finished Yong.”

Yoomi answers while rolling her eyes.

“Okay then, come into my room Miss Park.”

He said and pushes the door to his room.

“Go on or you will be scolded.”

Shinhye giggles.

“See you later.”

“Sure madam.”

Shinhye took her diary and pen and rushes to Yonghwa’s room after checking her appearance.

She stands up beside his table, the usual spot and smiles.

Yonghwa lifts his head from his phone and looks at Shinhye.

“You are coming with me to the factory for the new product briefing.”

Shinhye furrowed her eyebrows.

“You said you went alone to briefing.”

Yonghwa clears his throat and soon he comes with an idea.

“You need to know a lot to stay as my secretary.”

“Okay.”

Shinhye checks the schedule on her diary and smiles.

“I’ll see you after lunch Director.”

“No, you are having lunch with me; we have to go right away after lunch so that we can arrive on time.”

Shinhye crooked but still she nods.

“Okay. Do you have anything to say?”

“You can go now Miss Park.”

Shinhye bows and left the room.

Yonghwa stares on her back and let out a nervous sigh.

“She miraculously makes my heart race.”

Yonghwa mumbles as he kept staring at the door.

“What’s happening to me?”

He put his right palm on his chest and observes his heart beat.

“This is not good. Definitely not good.”

He said to himself and tries to focus on his computer screen.

“Do you know that Yoomi will file a case about Soohyun?”

Jaejoong nods.

“She told me about it eomonim.”

“What are you going to do?”

“Maybe that is the best.”

“Jaejoong ah. This is not you. You are not this careless. Did something happen?”

“Nothing happen eomonim. It’s just that my work doubled recently and I hardly have time to spend with Soohyun.”

“Work is your excuse?”

Jaejoong nods again.

“You know that I’m not buying right?”

“But that is my reason.”

Mrs. Jung took out few papers and gives it to Jaejoong.

“I got this from someone. You don’t have any projects going on these past few months. So, that excuse is not acceptable.”

Jaejoong heave a long sigh.

“I never ask you anything when you and Yoomi get divorce. But this is Soohyun’s case. I don’t want her to grow up without a father figure. Yoomi and Yong did and it’s miserable.”

Jaejoong lowered his head.

He is not answering.

Mrs. Jung sighs.

“So, you are not changing your decision.”

“Sorry eomonim.”

Mrs. Jung nods few times.

“Live happily. You.”

She said and left Jaejoong fighting with his emotion.

“I wish I can eomonim.”

Shinhye sang happily when she put makeup on her face.

She is dolling herself today.

It’s been long since she sits for hours to get ready.

She looks at her reflection on the mirror.

The orange lace dress fits perfectly on her body.

“Will Soohyun likes this dress?”

She crooked .

“I guess she will.”

She smile and put on a set of earrings.

“Done.”

She exclaimed happily and went out.

“Waah noona. You are amazingly beautiful.”

“Gomawo Hyungsik ah.”

“Are we ready to go now?”

“Deh. Omma, appa,we’ll go now.”

“Okay. Be careful. Have fun.”

Mrs. Jung said to Hyungsik.

Shinhye and Hyungsik then make their way to find Yoomi and Soohyun.

Soohyun grins widely when she saw Shinhye and rushes to her.

Shinhye then gives Soohyun her gift.

“Is this your brother Miss Park?”

“Yes. He name is Park Hyungsik.”

“He is tall.”

“Yes he is.”

Shinhye chuckles and lets her eyes wander around the event place.

“Yonghwa won’t join this kind of party.”

“Why?”

“You should know better, you are his secretary.”

Yoomi said smiling.

“Ahh, I nearly forgot about it.”

“He is out, on the garden. Call him in Miss Park. We are about to cut the cake.”

“Sure madam. Hyungsik, I’ll be back neh.”

Hyungsik nods with a smile.

He then sits on the chair where Yoomi asks him too while Shinhye walks out to the garden.

“Director.”

She called when she saw him standing by the fish pond.

Yonghwa turns to the voice and once again his heart race.

He gulped upon seeing how beautiful Shinhye is at that moment.

She is too beautiful in his eyes.

Her bright smile, her clear eyes, her dazzling figure.

He doesn’t realize that Shinhye had walks closer to him.

His mind was somewhere else.

He just got his sense when Shinhye pokes his arm.

“Director, are you okay?”

“I’m okay.”

He clears his throat and wipes his sweaty forehead with the back of his hand.

“Madam call you in, the party is going to start.”

“Okay. Go on in first.”

He said with a little stutter.

Shinhye giggles and went inside the house.

“Kyeopta.”

She thought.
