“You resign?”

Haejin nods calmly.

“I can’t make my sister suffer on my greediness.”

“That is a harsh word to say Dr. Park.”

“But the way you propose it to me was harsher. After all I did for this Hospital.”

He sighs as he fists his hand.

“My sister has a boyfriend so I have to decline that offer. And I can’t keep working here too. So, after a long thinking, I come to this decision.”

The director nods his head several times.

“I understand. But where will you join after this?”

“I’m still in Seoul and maybe we’ll meet in a conference later. So, I hope we still can treat each other well.”

“Of course. Even though it’s a waste that I have to let go of your hand, I hope you understand.”

“I understand. And as an old friend of Seunghyun, I hope he get the right treatment.”

The old man nods again.

Haejin then stands up and shakes his hand with the director before he went to his room.

“I heard it’s your last day.”

He nods and smiles at his colleague.

“That is such a sudden move man.”

“I have my own reason. Sorry.”

“I don’t have that much things. You can help me with my journals.”

As soon as he leaves the room, Haejin stoods in front of it and lowered his head.

“Too many memories were painted in this hospital.”

He whispers to himself.

Haejin nods as he puts his things neatly on the table while Yoonyoung helps him.

“Are you okay son?”

“I’m fine omma.”

He said and smiles as he took another box of his journals.

“You should just rest.”

He took Yoonyoung hand and gestures her to sits.

She sits beside Mrs. Park on the couch inside their room and focuses on Haejin who was still holding her hand.

“I met Shin and told her everything.”

“Everything? Haejin ah.”

“It’s good that she heard it from me instead of Seunghyun.”

He caresses his wife’s fingers as he lowered his head.

“Omma, should I move out?”

“Wae? So sudden.”

“What if Shin feels uncomfortable with me?”

“Did she say so?”

“If she doesn’t say anything, don’t assume. She wasn’t that kind of person and I bet you know that.”

Yoonyoung calls when Mrs. Park had closed the door.

He nods and hugs his wife thin figure.

“Do you think it will take long?”

Yonghwa turns his attention from the TV and shakes his head with reassuring smile.

“I’m working on a way.”

She puts down a glass of juice and sits beside him.

Yonghwa took her hand and caresses it with his thumb.

He smiles and looks at her.

“Are you feeling uncomfortable? Living with me here?”

She sighs.

“It’s not that I’m uncomfortable. You are protecting my dignity as well. It’s just that I miss home.”

Yonghwa traces her cheek with his fingers.

“Should I send you home then?”

“Will you be okay?”

“I’ll get used.”

“Are you sure?”

He nods and leans his back on the couch.

“I’ll go to work, go home, sleep and repeat my routine again.”

Smiling, he closes his eyes.

Shinhye watch as he did that and moves closer to him.

She took his arm and put it around her shoulder before she leans on his chest, hugging him.

“What if I just went home briefly?”

“Do you want to go now?”

Shinhye shakes her head.

“Tomorrow.”

“Okay. Let’s go after work.”

She nods and tightens her hug when Yonghwa kisses her head.

“Let’s get married sooner baby.”

He said after a moment of silent.

“Hmm?”

“This is not the time to talk about this. Don’t you think so honey?”

“I really want to marry you too, but admist all this things happening around us, we need to find the solution first.”

“Should we head out for a walk?”

He then leans on her and kisses her lips, as sweetly as he can which makes her smile on his lips.
