After eating, they decided to go back to the dorm. They wanted to check out what the fans were up to after all. They knew everything, well most, of what the fans are doing. They knew the ships, fanfics, fan arts and they mean all kinds of things to dedicate to the group. They opened the door to see someone dressed in male clothes, unpacking one’s stuff.

“Annyeong?” Chanyeol asked as he tries to approach that person. That person e’s head and they saw a familiar face. “Why are you in men’s clothes?” Kai almost laughed. “Are you turning into a lesbian?” Baekhyun asked with a serious expression on his face. “Hey, being a lesbian isn’t bad and I am only doing this crossdressing for my own good. If your ‘true’ fans ever found out I was living here, they might tear me from limb to limb,” Milan explained, glaring at Baekhyun. “I have done this for my whole career as a composer so people won’t judge,” she added. “We really have a lot to learn about you,” Sehun wagged his finger. Milan only nodded as she took off the hoody.

She was wearing a jacket that Luhan might wear. She was wearing a black wig, as dark as her hair and she had her sleeves pulled up. She was wearing boots that were fitted for men. “What are you guys staring at? Keep on with your lives. I don’t have any business with you right now,” Milan told them. “Y-Ye!” they all shouted in fear before scurrying to the living room.

Milan sighed as she removed her wig. “They will slowly know,” she whispered. “They’re just to test my abilities so I can help Ynna towards her debut. EXO is a group of great singers. So young still and yet I am using them for my own benefit. I can’t even call myself their fan,” she sighed. “As if my bias will notice me though. I’ll only be the girl younger than him by so much.”

After unpacking her things, Milan stood up and went to the room where the boys were pleasuring themselves with the internet. “HunHan~” Chen teased. “BaekChen!” Luhan told him. Milan was kind of shocked of what was happening. HunHan? BaekChen? Seriously, they were shouting ship names. “XiuHan!” Chen shouted back. “DOChen!” “HoHan!” “Could you all shut up?” Milan told them with a glint of anger in her eyes. “What’s with all the ships?” she asked them. “A lot of fanfics on the internet,” Tao answered for them. “Oh,” was all Milan can say.

Milan was silent for a moment, she was guilty of making those kinds of fanfics on her first moments of being an EXO fan. But she never wrote about any ships because she herself never shipped anyone, except she was guilty with BaekChen and XiuHan. She only wrote reader inserts like her first one was of Luhan being a “wolf”. “Isn’t this too childish? Oh wait, EXO was always childish and will never change,” she whispered to herself. “Anyways, I need Chanyeol-oppa and Lay-oppa at the practice room. Bring your guitars, I have a tune for you to follow,” she said before exiting the room.

They all looked at Lay and Chanyeol and whispered their own way of good luck. The two members went out of the room, looking nervous but Chanyeol still had the courage to smile. “What will she tell us?” He said, his voice full of excitement. “I am sure it’s a tune,” Lay told him. “Let’s see if she’s really a nice girl with this,” Chanyeol said as he took off his cap and combing his hair back. Lay nodded with the same sleepy eyes fans fell in love with.

When they opened the room, they saw an electric piano set up at the side with Milan playing Miracles in December on it. As she heard the door creak open, she stopped and turned her head. “Took you long enough,” she said. “So anyways, I have this song I want to make. Since your theme is kind of like the boy who cried wolf, wouldn’t it be better to have a song about trust? The girl lied to you, saying she was going out with her friends but she went out with another. When you knew, you forgave her. Why? You love her. But this kept on and there was a point where even though you love her so much, you had enough of this cheating. She cried for your love but at the end, you wouldn’t believe her. What do you think?” Milan explained, like she experienced this herself.

“A lot of people have been there so I think it’ll catch their eyes,” Lay said. “And I’m feeling pretty down these days,” he added. “Come on, brighten up, Lay-hyung! Your waist will get better soon,” Chanyeol reassured him. “So I think it can sound like this,” Milan turned her piano again and played the song. It was obviously a ballad. Her hands pressed on the keys skilfully, producing a beautiful but sad tune. Soon, Chanyeol was able to hum the tune for the lyrics and Lay constructed the chorus. Milan wrote the parts she remembered and played what she recorded on her piano. They worked together on constructing this one song. “What title though?” Chanyeol looked up to Milan. “Love Liar,” she answered. “She told you she loves you but she’s a liar. So yes, love liar is the title,” she added.

“I hope Mr Lee likes this,” she buzzed. “Who do you think will sing this?” Lay asked. She slumped and rested her back to the mirrors. “I didn’t think about that,” she said. “For the Korean version, which is what we wrote, we can have um,” she thought for a minute. “Baekhyun and DO?” Chanyeol asked. “No, I want someone else to sing this. But all of the people left are rappers, except Suho-oppa,” Milan sighed. “I want you Xiumin-oppa and Lay-oppa to sing the Mandarin version though. Hm, okay, I’ll let Baek-oppa in and also umm… Kai-oppa,” Milan said as she wrote the names.

“Are you serious?” Chanyeol asked. “Lay-oppa is sad right now is he? That’ll work for the song,” Milan said as she bit the point of the ballpen. “Trust me, Chanyeol-oppa. I’ve been in this for several years and I don’t want to have EXO making a downfall. That’ll destroy my image,” she said as she patted her chest. “Okay, now that we’re done with this,” Lay slumped back. “We have a few questions for you, young lady,” he added as he looked at Milan in the eye. “As long as it’s not too personal, I’m alright for the questions,” Milan said. “Okay then. Chanyeol, you start,” Lay turned to the younger member. He nodded.
