The other members looked at him like he said something bad. “What he’s trying to say—“ Xiumin tried to translate it in English. “Don’t bother, I understand Yixing-oppa. Another member of EXO-M raised his hand, and it was Tao. “Have you ever gone to Namsan Tower?” He said with excitement in his voice which almost made Milan chuckle. “I would want to someday since I just came in Korea yesterday,” she answered, scratching the back of her neck. Her smile was bright and cute, like a normal high school girl. She didn’t look like a strict composer. And it was all because of a childish question.

Sehun raised his hand and asked,” How old are you?” Milan pursed her lips once she heard the question. “You people might not listen to me after I tell you but here it goes, I just turned 19 and am a fresh graduate of high school back in the Philippines,” she answered with a troubled expression. “Nice, a new maknae in the group,” Sehun slightly smirked as he heard her answer. “Don’t do anything bad to her, Sehun. She’s a woman,” the member wearing the cap and having elf-like ears said. “Ye (Yes), ye, hyung,” Sehun nodded at Chanyeol.

“Were you an honour student or something?” Suho raised his hand. “Yes and no, oppa. I was an honour student when I graduated elementary school but because I changed schools, my grades weren’t great. It was hard keeping up with people who were intellectually gifted like I was. The most I can do was being the best at Nihongo in my batch,” she answered. The members were awed. She was talented and smart.

“Like what you said earlier, you covered songs, can you sing for us?” Kai asked. Milan very well knew she can’t say no to him. Kai was her favourite member but she tries to hide it when she arrived in Korea. She bit her lower lip and started singing her Tagalog lyrics for “Miracles in December”.

When she stopped singing, though they didn’t understand, they knew she had talent. There weren’t any rushed parts or anything. She was good in her own way. She had a deep voice for being a girl but aside from that, she knew how to control her voice.

Xiumin raised his hand and spoke when he was acknowledged,” Since when did you start to write songs?” Milan paused for a bit and was in deep thought. “In writing songs specifically, my first one was when I was in 8^th Grade. Ah, yes, sweet memories back then. I only started as a Youtuber back then but no one ever heard that song aside from me and my friends,” she answered. Her eyes sparked with a sentimental feeling. “It was for one of my crushes but he looks at me like his sister… until now so I already gave up years ago!” She answered truthfully but some of the members didn’t believe it.

“What kind of food do you like?” Chanyeol asked suddenly. “I love sweets. Though my clan is diabetic, I love my sweets. I hate spicy food the most, my tongue burns easily,” she stuck out her tongue. “My mom said if I didn’t stop eating those stuff, I will get fat. Maybe she was right or maybe she was wrong, whatever the case is, this is my body. Tall and kind of thin,” she said proudly.

The questions kept flowing until Milan’s phone rang. She looked at it and saw the time. “Aigooo, why call at a time like this?” She held up her phone to her ear. “Hello? Ah, yes, I am with them. No, I won’t say hi to him because you say so. Sheesh, alright,” she lowered her phone for a second to say,” Chen-oppa, my best friend says annyeong and saranghae.” She put her phone back to her ear. The members laughed at what just happened. “Chen, you pimp,” Baekhyun elbowed him.

“What? Even senpai? Is Rosanna there too? So I have to tell them that,” Milan sighed before mumbling an alright and lowering the phone. “Xiumin-oppa, one of my close friends said annyeong and she hopes to meet you in person. Baek-oppa, my senpai and I know you know what senpai means, said that she loves you and she wants to marry you and she’s really a stalker but check out her dA, she’s a good artist,” she said before going back to the phone.

“I think she’s one of our fans too,” Chanyeol haughtily said as the members huddled up. “If she is, it’s not obvious,” Tao reacted. “Actually, I think she just bottles up her feelings for now because this is work. It would cost her if she acts like a fan she may be,” Lay said. Suho kept silent, not saying what he knows about the girl. “Who might be her bias then? I guess it will be me,” Baekhyun smirked as if he thinks he’s the most handsome man in EXO.

“Don’t forget she said I am the visuals, Baekhyun,” Luhan smirked as he joked around. “She may not have a bias and love us all equally,” Xiumin pointed out. “One of the rarest fans then,” DO said as he peeped at Milan who was still talking to her friends on the phone. “She’s interesting, you know,” Sehun smirked playfully.

“Okay, okay, I’ll be safe. You guys too, okay? Jalgayo (Goodbye),” Milan said before putting down her phone. “So, EXO,” she then proceeded to be in front of them. The girl they saw afraid of attention before was replaced by a woman who wants to dominate these wolves. “I will be frequently meeting with Chanyeol-oppa and Lay-oppa to discuss about the creation of the songs and also with the vocal line since I need to estimate how high and how low they can go. I want to make a song like MAMA and History, I want the people to see how the world had degraded into. I want to open the eyes of all the people, got that?” She had fire in her eyes which made them stare in awe.

“Okay, dismissed,” Milan clasped her hands. “Hey, I should be the one dismissing them,” Suho raised his hand. “Then do so, I’m just dismissing myself,” Milan smirked at him. “EXO, haego! (dismissed)” Suho said as he stood up and almost tripped.

“Hey, Milan, can we hang out with you for now?” Sehun and Kai caught up to the young lady. She raised one of her eyebrows. “I prefer not to be called by my real name. No one except those I work with knows my real name. I am APL or Apple,” she strictly said. “And why do you want to hang out with me, oppas?” she then asked with her arms crossed. “You seem fun to be with,” Sehun answered. “Oh, is that so? You aren’t scared of me? Or think I’m too stupid to understand your Korean phrases?” Milan smirked. “Not at all, I know you understand us,” Kai shook his head. “You look like a smart person,” he added. “Thanks for the compliment but I have to turn down your offer of hanging out with me, I have to take my Korean classes and also French class so najung-e bwayo (see you later),” she said before leaving the men behind.
