“It was me. I was afraid of getting hurt. Back then, I was nobody. I am Kim Joohee the loner. No one talked to me but he did. I was starting to believe he was being sincere but he only needed me to pass his test. After five years, we met again and I fell for him for the second time. But he was getting close to me because Suho assigned him to find a guy for me. I want to get rid of him but he sticks in here, like glue."
“I love him. But I can’t tell him that because I know one day he’ll leave me again. It hurts even just thinking about it…”
Seri stopped the recording. She scanned her fiancé's face, looking for an answer.
Suho, on the other hand was speechless. He let out a loud sigh. He had no idea what she has been through.
"All these years... And she hid it from me..." His voice trailed on and off. After the death of their parents he promised himself he would protect his sister. But he failed to notice her grief. Guilt mounted inside of him for realizing the fact. "But what about Lay?"
"Consider it done." Seri and Suho turned their gaze towards the door, where four figures are standing.
Baekhyun took one step forward, leading his team members. "We decided to help out," He said.
Suho and Seri exchanged puzzled looks. "How?"
Lay slowed down his pace as he reached the men's locker room. His mind kept showing the image he saw earlier. For some reason, he couldn't let it off his thoughts.
