We walked until near the exit. I saw the lights peeking through the door. He stopped his tracks and I halted as well. What now? Finally I got to see his face.
"Go. You're safe now." He spoke. I quickly pulled his hand before he let go of mine. "Thank you." I said.
There was no answer from him. It was dark and silent. Is he still here? I can't see anything-
All of a sudden, I felt something soft pressing on to my forehead. It lasted for ten seconds. I froze at my spot as my heart went faster than ever. I closed my eyes.
The sensation was gone. I could not feel his presence anymore. Where did he go? I looked around, trying to find him in the darkness.
"Joohee! Are you in there?" I heard Jimin's voice from outside.
"I'm here." I revealed myself. Jimin ran to hug me tight. Chanyeol and Daehyun stood behind us. I noticed Daehyun's look of guilt painted on his face. "I'm sorry, Joohee. I didn't mean to leave you in there..."
