Perfect MatchA week later...
Joohee finished writing the prescription for Dasom, her eight year old patient. She passed the prescription to Seoyoung. "Come this way."
"Thank you, doctor." Dasom and her mother bowed to Joohee before leaving with Seoyoung. Once she was left alone, she leaned back to her chair and stretched her arms upwards. That was the last patient of the day. Gosh, I'm so tired. Luckily, working in the peadiatric ward does not require extended hours. She also enjoyed the children's company and played with them during her free time.
"Are you going home now, Dr. Kim?" Seoyoung came back in. "In a moment. Why?"
Seoyoung took out a piece of paper from her pocket and gave it to Joohee. "This... We're having a mini sports day this weekend and we need more volunteers to manage the kids. Do you know someone that can participate as a volunteer? The more the merrier." She explained. Joohee paused for a thought. Kyungsoo. The name popped in her mind instantly.
"Let me ask my friends about it. I'll let you know soon." She replied.
"Okay."
Joohee glanced at her phone for the fourth time. She had been contemplating on whether to ask Kyungsoo or not. The bus she was riding on just passed through the second station. She sat at the back of the bus near the window. There are only a few passengers since it was already six in the evening.
"What the heck? It's not like I'm going to ask him on a date or anything..." She took a deep breath. "Here goes nothing."
