On Wednesday, it was the first shooting for Heaven’s Postman. Jaejoong saw you and straightened up. You went to discuss with the director. He clapped, “Okay, Hyojoo and Jaejoong in the center!” They went forwards.
Jaejoong met eyes with you, smiled, and bowed. You bowed back.
The shooting started and he tried the best he could. You watched intently with crossed arms. You were thinking of ways to describe his acting *Not bad at all for a debut actor.* You told the photographer which areas to focus on.
“Cut! Let’s take a break!” The director called
. Jaejoong went to his staff. His style-coordis wiped his sweat away and fixed his make-up. “Good job, Jaejoong.” The manager patted his shoulder. He spotted you and straightened up. The manager and style-coordis vanished.
You held out his handkerchief, “I washed it so it’s clean.”
Jaejoong paused then took it, “Thank you.”
“Thank you for letting me use it that time.” You bowed and turned to go.
“Did I do well?” Jaejoong blurted.
You stopped and slowly faced him. His heart thudded hard in his chest as you looked at him with a strange, curious expression.
“Acting. Was I all right?” He asked.
You didn’t reply for a moment then calmly said, “You were good.” You looked him straight in the eyes, “You did well for a newbie. Keep it up.” You walked away.
