The next day when Wonwoo and Mingyu met at Hanji’s school, as always they couldn’t help but hug and kiss intensely. They usually gave each other a simple peck as a greeting, but that day they really felt like doing that.

“Hey” Wonwoo said when Mingyu hugged him.

“Hey” the taller responded. He kissed Wonwoo then, making the older kiss back as well as he hugged him back “I missed you” he said once they pulled away enough to talk.

“But we saw each other yesterday” Wonwoo laughed.

“I know but I still missed you” Mingyu said and kissed Wonwoo again.

“Hmm, I love it when you’re like this” Wonwoo said resting his cheek on Mingyu’s shoulder.

“I’m going to be like this for the whole day” Mingyu smiled at Wonwoo.

“Wonwoo” Hanji called her brother making him let go Mingyu and turning around, his hand still holding Mingyu’s “Remember you have to pick me up today” she said.

“I know, when did I forget to pick you up?” he asked and the girl shrugged, then Mingyu remember what Wonwoo told him so he placed himself behind Wonwoo and wrapped his arms around him.

“Never, but you seem too occupied lately, so I thought you’d forget” she said glaring at Mingyu.

“I’d never forget about you, you know that” Wonwoo said and she scoffed “Why are you always like this? We already talked about that, haven’t we?”

“Yeah, we have” she said but still glared at Mingyu.

“Why are you looking at me like that?” Mingyu asked Hanji from behind Wonwoo and pouted.

“I don’t know” she said and looked away. Wonwoo couldn’t help but turn his head around a bit to look at Mingyu and smile at him, earning a kiss.

“Love you” Mingyu told Wonwoo.

“Love you too” Wonwoo replied.

“Ugh, I’m leaving” Hanji said and waved at her brother as she walked away.

“She seems so upset” Mingyu said worried “Are you sure it’s only because she’s jealous? Maybe something else is going on”

“No, believe me, she’s just jealous, she’s so selfish, that’s all” Wonwoo said “Don’t worry, I know her enough to know if something else’s going on”

“Alright, I’ll trust you then” Mingyu said “Ok, so you’ll meet my parents this weekend”

“Wait, what does that have to do with my sister?” Wonwoo turned around.

“Nothing, but you’re still meeting them”

“Alright” Wonwoo smiled.

“Hmm, why do you look so y today? Your neck keeps looking at me and telling me to-”

“Mingyu, my neck doesn’t have eyes, you know” Wonwoo laughed as they began walking towards their school.

“I know” Mingyu said “But… today you look extremely y… your hair looks so good and your lips…”

“You’re just like that because you’re still with the thought of yesterday” Wonwoo said.

“You look beautiful” Mingyu said looking at Wonwoo.

“I don’t” he said.

“You do, you’re perfect”

“You know I’m not”

“You are for me” Mingyu said and Wonwoo smiled.

“Then I’m all yours” Wonwoo said. Mingyu let go Wonwoo’s hand and wrapped his arm around the older’s waist before kissing his check.

“What about me? Am I perfect?”

“Perfection’s your second name” Wonwoo said making Mingyu laugh.

“You’re right”

“Yes, you’re perfect, you’re the best” Wonwoo said “You really like hearing those stuff, right?”

“I only like it if you tell me”

“Oh god, you’re so cheesy” Wonwoo pushed Mingyu away, but as soon as the younger pulled away, he quickly hugged Wonwoo’s waist again.

“I told you I was going to be like this all day” Mingyu said.

“You’re only going to be like this when we make love?”

“Hmmm, I don’t know, probably”

“Then we should never do it” Wonwoo said and Mingyu laughed.

“But you just said before you like it when I’m like this”

“I changed my mind” Wonwoo said getting rid of Mingyu’s arm.

“Oh come on, let me be a stupid teenager in love” Mingyu whined.

“Look, you’re already a stupid teenager, it’ll be easy” Wonwoo and Mingyu pouted.

“You’re so mean”

“Thanks” Wonwoo smiled.

So like this the weekend arrived and it was time for Wonwoo to meet Mingyu’s parents. To be honest, he was nervous, both of them were. Of course his parents knew about Wonwoo, and honestly they suspected something, well at least they knew Mingyu liked that kid, because the only thing he’d talk about when they were home was Wonwoo. They also knew the older helped their son with school, so they were really thankful towards the boy.

That afternoon after Wonwoo was ready he asked his mum to drive him to Mingyu’s place, because it was too far to go walking, of course Mingyu offered to pick him up but Wonwoo refused.

His mum stopped in front of the house and gave her son a supporting look.

“Don’t be nervous, honey, I’m sure they are nice people, if they weren’t how could Mingyu be so nice?” she said putting a hand on Wonwoo’s leg.

“I know, but I’m still nervous” he said “Alright, I’m going now”

“Good luck” the woman said and kissed her son on the cheek before letting him go out of the car.

He walked to the front door and rang the bell. He waited nervously till the door opened to be greeted by Mingyu.

“Hey” the taller said smiling at his boyfriend.

“Hi” Wonwoo said quietly making Mingyu laugh. He still leaned in and kissed Wonwoo on the lips sweetly.

“Are you nervous?” Mingyu asked him once he pulled away.

“A lot” Wonwoo confessed and Mingyu grabbed his hand, making him enter the house so he could close the front door “Make it quick”

“I’ll try” Mingyu said and guided Wonwoo to the living room, even though the boy already knew where the room was. When they came in Wonwoo spotted a woman in her 50s, with short black hair, dressed in comfortable clothes. She looked pretty short, but since she was sitting on the sofa Wonwoo couldn’t really tell. On the armchair was a man that looked really nice and approaching. He was a bit bald and had glasses. He had a huge belly, and Wonwoo assumed he was older than the woman. He really didn’t expect Mingyu’s parents to be like that, he expected them to be model-like tall and with a business aura. Apparently Mingyu’s dad worked in the business area, but he looked to nice to work there, to be honest. And as much as he knew, Mingyu’s mother worked in a hospital as a nurse.

“Hello” the woman said and smiled at Wonwoo who bowed politely.

“Hello, I’m Wonwoo”

“We know, boy, Mingyu won’t stop talking about you” the man said this time and Wonwoo was surprised by his voice, it was deep but really attractive.

“I didn’t know you were this handsome” Mingyu’s mum stood up and approached Wonwoo, and in fact she was short. She gave the boy a warm hug and Wonwoo hugged back politely.

“I told you he was handsome” Mingyu said proud.

“I know, but he’s more handsome than I thought” she said happy. Then Mingyu’s dad stood up as well and Wonwoo shook his hand.

“Let’s sit down” the man said and all of them sat. The man sat again in his arm chair. Mingyu sat on one side of the sofa; near his dad Wonwoo next to him and next to Wonwoo Mingyu’s mum.

“We heard you’re one of the best in your class, Wonwoo” the woman said.

“Well, yeah…” he said shyly.

“Don’t be shy, son, you should be proud, I wish Mingyu could be like you” Mingyu’s dad said “By the way, thank you for tutoring him, we’re really thankful”

“No problem, I offered after all”

“Don’t lie, I asked you first” Mingyu told Wonwoo and the older looked at his boyfriend.

“Did you?” he said.

“Of course, I care a lot about school” Mingyu said.

“Are you serious?” Wonwoo scoffed and Mingyu’s dad laughed.

“Son, we all know you enough to know that’s not true” he said.

“Whatever” Mingyu said and rested his weight against the back of the sofa, putting an arm behind Wonwoo’s back.

“Anyways, thank you for the whole tutoring, you really saved Mingyu’s year” his mum said this time and Wonwoo smiled.

They talked for a while, and slowly Wonwoo’s nervousness flew away as he grew a bit more comfortable around Mingyu’s parents. Wonwoo thought they were really nice people. It was true that Mingyu’s mum was a bit more serious than his dad, but just a bit, because she was still an amazing woman. But then his parents said something that surprised both Mingyu and Wonwoo.

“Alright… Mingyu, son, we know” his dad said.

“You know what?” Mingyu said confused.

“We know about you two” his mum said this time and Wonwoo tensed up as he blushed.

“W-what?” Mingyu said surprised.

“Before meeting Wonwoo we realized you liked him, and not as just a friend, but after seeing how you two look at each other… it’s too obvious” she said.

“H-how do we look at each other?” Mingyu asked and looked for Wonwoo’s eyes, and luckily he found them and they gave each other a questioning look.

“Like that, you just did it” she said.

“We just looked at each other, nothing special” Mingyu said.

“What your mum’s trying to say is that we see that you love each other” his dad said.

“Sorry” Wonwoo mumbled.

“Why are you sorry?” the man said “There’s nothing to be sorry about”

“Mingyu told you about his older brother, right?” the woman said and Wonwoo nodded “I supposed it”

“Wonwoo” the man called him and he looked at him “Don’t be sorry, you love each other, and that’s awesome, ok? And I’m happy Mingyu loves someone like you, and I’m happy you love my son”

“Are you cool with it?” Mingyu asked his parents.

“Of course, why wouldn’t we?” his mum said and Mingyu smiled.

“Well, with-” Mingyu began but his dad stopped him.

“Mingyu, do you remember how was your brother’s boyfriend?”

“Hmm… he wasn’t a really nice guy” Mingyu said.

“To be exact, he was always drunk and did drugs, he didn’t study nor work, and when that happened to your brother he didn’t even care about it” his mum reminded Mingyu who nodded as he looked down. Wonwoo put his hand on top of Mingyu’s trying to comfort him. The younger turned around his hand and grabbed Wonwoo’s intertwining his fingers.

“But you’re the opposite of that jerk” Mingyu’s dad said and Wonwoo looked at him and smiled lightly.

“So don’t worry, we do accept your relationship, we like you Wonwoo, you’re everything we could’ve asked for”

“Well, the only thing is that he doesn’t have a ” Mingyu said and Wonwoo let go his hand and glared at him “Not that I want you to have one”

“ert” Wonwoo said making Mingyu’s parents laugh.

“Mingyu, how can you say that to Wonwoo?” the woman said surprised.

“It’s ok, I’m used to it now” Wonwoo said.

“Alright… we’ll go to the basement now, ok?” Mingyu said standing up and pulling Wonwoo’s hand making him stand up as well.

“Ok, have fun” his dad said smiling and Wonwoo bowed again before being dragged out of the living room as Mingyu cheered.

“Wonwoo, aren’t you happy?” he said as he made Wonwoo go before him and he hugged him from behind.

“Yes, but please Mingyu, we’re not alone here, ok?”

“It’s ok” Mingyu said and kissed Wonwoo cheek “I love you” he said pretty loudly that they heard how his parents laughed from the living room.

“Aish, you’re so noisy” Wonwoo said “But I love you too” he said quietly earning another kiss on the cheek.

“Go down, please, I forgot something in the living room” Mingyu said and Wonwoo nodded before going down the stairs.

Mingyu ran to the living room where his parents were and he hugged his mum, who was the closest one to the door.

“Mingyu, oh god, you scared me, what are you doing? Where’s Wonwoo?”

“Thank you, mum, you’re the best” Mingyu said and his mum stopped nagging and hugged him back.

“He’s perfect for you, honey” she said.

“I know… he’s… just… he changed my life”

“We know, and he knows too” Mingyu pulled away and kissed his mum on the cheek. Then he went to hug his dad as well.

“You’re happy, that means we’re happy as well” his dad said and Mingyu pulled away “Now tell me son, which level are you in now?”

“The last one?” Mingyu said thinking a bit.

“That’s impossible, the last one is having children, the previous one is getting married, the other getting engaged, and the previous to that one is making love” Mingyu bit his lip when his dad mentioned the last thing and his dad laughed “I get it”

“You already went that far?” his mum asked surprised.

“We’ve known each other for more than 4 months and we’ve been together for a month” Mingyu said.

“And you didn’t tell us till now?” she said angry.

“I was scared” Mingyu pouted.

“It’s ok” his dad said “Now go with Wonwoo, I’m sure he’s wondering what’s taking you so long”

“Alright” Mingyu said and ran to the basement where Wonwoo was, sitting on the big sofa.

“You went to thank your parents, didn’t you?” Wonwoo asked smiling.

“Yeah, sorry, I needed to do that”

Wonwoo didn’t say anything else, he just stood up and hugged Mingyu. Of course the younger hugged him back and kissed the top of his head.

“They found out” Mingyu said after a while.

“About what?” Wonwoo looked up at Mingyu with a questioning look.

“About… our… that afternoon… when we…”

“Oh, about that” Wonwoo said and laughed “Parents can really read minds, you know”

“Are you serious?” Mingyu asked in disbelief.

“Of course they don’t, idiot”

“You scared me” Mingyu said.

“You’re so innocent sometimes” Wonwoo laughed and Mingyu kissed him.

“Yeah, I’m so innocent”

“Sometimes”

I have all the fanfics I write in a usb driver and I lend my sister mine, where everything was. She left it a her friend's place and till today I didn't get all the stuff that was inside, included my fanfiction, so as soon as I got all the stuff I updated this chapter.
