Myungsoo smiled a bit as he watched Young Jae heavily concentrating on the game that he was currently playing. Myungsoo couldn’t help but chuckle quietly to himself every now and then whenever he saw Young Jae’s expression change every now and then. Myungsoo couldn’t help it. His best friend was adorable.

Young Jae let out a sigh as he finally died in the video game. He turned to look at Myungsoo and smiled a bit as he scratched the back of his head. Even though he was supposed to be on a date with Daehyun, he didn’t mind spending time with Myungsoo. “I lost. Um... do you wanna try or.. do you want to do something else?” (YJ)

“Here, let me show you how it’s done.” (L) Young Jae nodded happily as he took a few steps away from arcade machine. Young Jae’s eyes remained glued on the screen as he bit his bottom lip, watching intently as to how to pass a certain level he just almost always seemed to have trouble with.

Every now and then, Myungsoo’s gaze would turn to look at Young Jae. It always made him smile, seeing how focused Young Jae was on the game. Myungsoo couldn’t help but feel a bit sad though. With a small sigh, Myungsoo kept his gaze on the game the entire time as he tried to distract himself. Myungsoo knew that it was his own fault, but he couldn’t help but continue to regret missing his chance.

“Young Jae..” (L)

“W-What is it..?” (YJ)

“Can you... say I Love You..?” (L)

“W-What?! W-Why..?” (YJ) Young Jae’s attention was on Myungsoo now, his face turning a deep shade of red as he waited for Myungsoo to say something. However, Myungsoo remained quiet as he continued playing the game in front of him. Young Jae moved in a little closer as he tugged at Myungsoo’s shirt, but Myungsoo didn’t turn his attention. “W-Why do you want me to say that..?” (YJ)

Seconds ticked by before finally, Myungsoo got past the part that Young Jae usually had problems. With a small sigh, Myungsoo let the character die as he turned to look at Young Jae. “I’m sorry.. I shouldn’t have said anything. Come on.. let’s go play something else.” (L)

Turning on his heel, Myungsoo stuck his hands into his pockets as he began walking. Young Jae stared at Myungsoo for a few seconds before he began following after him. Young Jae didn’t understand what was going on in his best friend’s head, but.. he wanted to know. He felt like he had to find out.

“Myungsoo.. h-how come you’re not telling me...?” (YJ) Myungsoo came to a stop as he let out a sigh. He had not meant to ask Young Jae the question he had asked. It had just slipped out when he had his guard down. Myungsoo turned to face Young Jae, whom was looking up at him with a slightly determined look on his face. “Please.. t-tell me why you wanted me to say that!” (YJ)

“Young Jae.. it was an accident. I didn’t mean to say it, so just drop it. Alright?” (L) Just by Young Jae’s expression, Myungsoo already knew that Young Jae wasn’t going to drop the subject all that easily. With yet another small sigh, Myungsoo gave a small smile as he took a hold of Young Jae’s shoulders, giving them a light squeeze. “Look... it was a joke, alright? I just wanted to see your reaction and I regret it now. See? You’re not happy at all! Come on, let’s go play more games so that I can see you smiling happily again. Is that alright?” (L)

Young Jae already knew that Myungsoo was lying. There had to be more to it than that, but he decided to let it go for the time being. Seeing as how Myungsoo was trying so hard to avoid the subject, it was probably for the best. With a small nod, Young Jae followed after Myungsoo to the next machine that they wanted to play.

Coming to a stop at a two-player machine, Young Jae examined the game closely. It was a shooting game and based on the title, he could clearly assume that it involved the undead, or more specifically, zombies. Young Jae turned to look at Myungsoo, whom was staring at him with a smile on his face. “Do you wanna play this one? We can see who gets the most points.” (L)

“Mm... okay. It looks like fun.. I-I think.” (YJ)

“You think...?” (L) Young Jae nodded, but didn’t explain his answering. Myungsoo took out the needed currency to playing, paying for the both of them before starting up the game. Both took hold of their guns and waited for the intro. to the game to finish before they could start playing. “You ready, Young Jae?” (L)

“Y-Yea.. I-I am but um... i-if I win.. then you have to tell me why you wanted me to say that.” (YJ)

“Young Jae..” (L)

“Please?” (YJ) Young Jae looked over at Myungsoo with a pout on his face. Myungsoo sighed as he turned to look at Young Jae, but he instantly had to look away the second he saw the look that Young Jae had on him. Why was Young Jae so persistent sometimes? He wanted to say no. Heck, he should say no, but... with a small sigh, he nodded. “O-Okay..! You promise?” (YJ)

“Yea.. yea... I promise. If I get the most points though, then... you have to get Sungyeol to stop bothering me.” (L) Young Jae took a moment to think before nodding. Young Jae was determined even further to win. Since Myungsoo promised to really tell him what he had meant earlier, then Young Jae could definitely get the answers that he needed.

Once the game started up, their attention turned and they soon began the game.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As much fun as an arcade would normally be, Daehyun just wasn’t in the mood to enjoy himself. He wanted to be spending his free time with Young Jae, but it just seemed like everyone else felt the need to interrupt their date. Of course, he could always just pull Young Jae away and keept the younger male all to himself. Wait.. why didn’t he think about that earlier? Oh.. right...

He already has.

Sooyoung just wouldn’t let him walk away. Whenever Daehyun tried to go and find Young Jae, Sooyoung would instantly figure out what he had planned and would latch herself onto him as if her life depended on it. Normally, he would be used to her constant clinging, but ever since he had started dating Young Jae, she had toned down quite a lot. So in a way, it felt rather suspicious that she had started up her old habits out of nowhere. “Yah. Sooyoung... What is this about?” (DH)

“Eh?! What are you talking about?” (SY) Just by Sooyoung’s overly high-pitched attempt at aegyo was indication enough for Daehyun to know that there really was something that she was hiding. However, Daehyun knew that Sooyoung was a master at keeping secrets, so... it was going to be difficult to get anything out of her. If anything, it would be better to try and pry information out of Yuri or Yoona. Well.. it wouldn’t hurt to try either way.

“This. Why are you here and separating me and Young Jae?” (DH) Sooyoung gasped, her eyes wide, open as if she had been caught completely off guard or just shocked in general, and her hand placed on the center of her chest in an attempt to make it seem much more dramatic. Maybe a little too dramatic, but it felt like the right thing to add.. in Sooyoung’s opinion.

O~PPA! I’m APPAULED that you would ACCUSE me of such things! I only simply wanted to play a few games with you and you go and accuse me of trying to separate you from Young Jae! OPPA! I am DEEPLY hurt by this!” (SY) Sooyoung dramatically fell to the ground, one arm keeping her propped up while her free hand was wiping away at the imaginary tears that filled her eyes. Daehyun crossed his arms as he stared down at Sooyoung, tapping his feet with impatience. Once Sooyoung knew that Daehyun wasn’t going to be budging, she furrowed her eyebrows as she looked up at Daehyun. “I’m telling the truth! I only want to play a few games with you!” (SY)

“Why all of a sudden AND this late at night?!” (DH) Sooyoung got to her feet, her eyebrows furrowing as she crossed her arms. She didn’t really know how to explain it, but she knew that she had to think of something.

“I just felt like it, now come on!” (SY) Sooyoung took a hold of Daehyun’s wrist and attempted to pull him along, but Daehyun pulled his wrist out of her grasp. Sooyoung turned to look at him, but she knew that if she tried to do anything, then Daehyun would only get angrier. “What are you doing?!” (SY)

“I don’t want to play. I’m going to get Young Jae and leave. You can go play with the others.” (DH) Daehyun turned and began walking away. Sooyoung stomped a bit before quickly running up to him and taking a hold of Daehyun’s wrist once again. She didn’t know why, but she felt like she had to stall just a bit longer.

“No, wait! Daehyun! I’ll tell you the real reason why I pulled you away, but you have to beat me at a game first! Okay? Okay?!” (SY) Daehyun slowly turned to look at Sooyoung, his eyes narrowing as he stared for a moment. Would she really tell her the truth, or was she just trying to come up with some sort of excuse to get him not to go get Young Jae.

“Fine. But.. you better tell me the truth if I win.” (DH) Daehyun was already quite certain what kind of game Sooyoung wanted to play. He knew that there was one specific game that Sooyoung was addicted to and he also knew that it was going to be a game that he was going to have trouble beating her at. “Lead the way.” (DH)

“YES! Okay, come on!” (SY)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“What do you wanna play? Everything looks SOOO much fun!” (Y) Yuri smiled happily as she turned and looked at Jongup. Jongup had his arms crossed and was currently leaning against the wall. He looked completely uninterested as he shrugged his shoulders, producing a light giggle from Yuri. “Okay! Then I’ll pick. Come on, let’s go play.” (Y)

Yuri placed her hands lightly on Jongup’s arm, causing Jongup to look down at her hands before looking up at him. Yuri smiled and nudged her head towards the main area of the arcade, waiting patiently to see what his response would be. “Alright... if you really want to play so much.” (JU)

Pushing himself away from the wall, he placed his hands into his pocket as Yuri led the way towards the main arcade. Yuri had her arms spread out as she rocked from left to right while walking. She held a smile on her face as she hummed happily as her eyes examined each and every machine. “Is there any games that you really wanna play? There are so many games to play!” (Y)

“Doesn’t matter.... You pick.” (JU) Yuri nodded as she continued looking around. Well, she hadn’t really stopped searching for a game to play. With a smile, Yuri ran up to one of the many machines, specifically one that had a really cute character that she has never seen before.

Pacman.

“Wow! Look how cute he is! Have you played this before?” (Y) Yuri looked over at Jongup, whom looked from the game to Yuri. Had she not played this game before? Was she serious? Jongup let out a small sigh before nodding. Instantly, Yuri brightened up as she jumped up and down. “Can you play? Can you play?! I wanna watch a master play!” (Y)

Jongup rose a single brow at the mention of being called a master. Jongup’s cockiness was starting to rise because of this as he smirked and nodded. Walking up to the machine, he put in the coins needed to play and started up the game. Yuri stood as close to the machine as possible so that she wouldn’t miss a single thing. Her eyes lit up as a smile graced her lips, watching happily as Jongup played the game.

“Are you always this easily amused..?” (JU) Yuri kept her attention on the game for just a few more seconds before turning to look at Jongup with a bright smile on her face. Yuri tilted herself a bit, getting a better view of Jongup’s face.

“Is that a bad thing? It makes life much more enjoyable!” (Y) Well, that’s how Yuri saw it anyway. After all, since when was life ever interesting if one doesn’t take the time to actually see the amusing things that are hidden? Of course, Jongup didn’t really understand Yuri’s way of thinking and thus, decided against attempting to figure out what Yuri meant. “Omo! Why are the ghosts blue? They look so cute!” (Y)

“The big circles.. it makes the ghosts vulnerable and lets you eat them.” (JU)

“But why would you want to eat them?” (Y)

“You get more points if you eat them.” (JU) Yuri let out a quiet ‘ooh~’ as she kept her attention on the game. Jongup couldn’t help but steal a few more glances at Yuri. She was a very confusing person and he wasn’t necessarily sure whether he liked being around her or not.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Myungsoo should have known better than to underestimate Young Jae. With his high I.Q. and the months that he had lived with Daehyun should have made it bit more obvious that Young Jae would end up doing really well at this game. Of course, he didn’t let his guard down all too much. He did not want to ruin his relationship with Young Jae by telling him something that he has always kept bottled up deep inside.

It was too late to tell him anyway. There would be no point in letting Young Jae know his thoughts. Myungsoo’s eyebrows furrowed a bit as his concentration attempted to make him locate each and every zombie that showed up before Young Jae could. He was in the lead at the moment, but it was only by a few points. Still.. it was enough as long as he could keep himself in the lead.

They were nearing the end of the game, or possibly just the level, but neither one refused to give in. Shot after shot, each fictional zombie fell before finally.. the last one showed up. Their trigger fingers went crazy as they tried their best to take down the boss, not letting up for even a brief moment. If they had done so, the other would end up in the lead.

Finally.. it was done.

The scores showed what the results were and... Young Jae ended up on top. Myungsoo silently cursed to himself as he put the toy gun down. He could see, from the corner of his eyes, the excitement that Young Jae was letting out. Myungsoo had turned and began to walk away when, though Young Jae had quickly placed a hand on Myungsoo’s shoulder, stopping him in his tracks. “W-Wait! Y-You have to tell me now..” (YJ)

With a sigh, Myungsoo turned around and looked at Young Jae. He could see the excitement quickly leaving Young Jae’s face, which Myungsoo didn’t want to see happening, but it couldn’t really be helped. Myungsoo looked around as he ruffled his own hair out of frustration before taking a hold of Young Jae’s wrist and pulling him somewhere secluded. Young Jae’s eyes widened as he kept up with Myungsoo, a bit of fear spreading on his face as he noted the tight grip Myungsoo had on his wrist. “W-Where are we going?! M-Myungsoo...!” (YJ)

Once Myungsoo had found a nice, and secluded area, Myungsoo pushed Young Jae up against the wall as he placed his palm on the wall. Young Jae stared up at Myungsoo with wide eyes, nowhere near sure as to why Myungsoo was acting like this. “W-What are you doing Myungsoo? T-This is scary a-and s-something you wouldn’t do..!” (YJ)

“You’re right.. It’s something I wouldn’t do... as your best friend. You would find this out of character.. strange, different... But..” (L) Myungsoo leaned forward a bit, mere inches away from Young Jae’s face. Young Jae attempted to shy away, but he was already against the wall. He turned towards the area that wasn’t blocked off, but Myungsoo had already anticipated it by blocking it off with his other hand. “You really wanna know why I asked you to say I love you earlier? Do you really?” (L)

Young Jae looked up at Myungsoo, anxiety starting to build up within him. He did not like being pinned to a wall like this nor did he like the way that Myungsoo was acting. He held his hands close to his chest, balled up into fists. Young Jae knew he wouldn’t be able to hit his closest friend, but it seemed like his only form of defense. With a swallow, Young Jae slowly nodded his head in response to Myungsoo’s question.

Myungsoo leaned in a bit closer, their breathing intermingling with one another. Myungsoo brought one hand to Young Jae’s cheek, his thumb slowly caressing it. Young Jae’s eyes only widened though, a deep shade of red filling his face and ears as he continued to stare at Myungsoo. “Because... I really care for you.. but... you’re already with Daehyun... That’s why I didn’t want to tell you. I couldn’t tell you but.. you won. You wanted to know.” (L)

Myungsoo pulled away, a slightly pained smile on his face as he rubbed the back of his head. He had wanted to keep it a secret for as long as he could, but.. he also couldn’t deny Young Jae’s request. After all.. he had won fair and square. Young Jae stared for a few more moments as he tried to piece together what had just occurred. He softened up as he took a step forward, biting his bottom lip as he looked at his best friend. “W-Why.. haven’t you told me before?” (YJ)

“I didn’t want to ruin our friendship... I just... I only wanted to see you happy.” (L) Myungsoo lowered his gaze, his pained smile never leaving his face as he rubbed the back of his head once more. “Let’s just.. keep this between us, alright? It doesn’t matter anyway so.. come on. Let’s get you back to Daehyun.” (L)

Myungsoo turned and began walking, but before he could go any further, Young Jae took a hold of Myungsoo’s wrist with both his hands. Myungsoo slowly turned, his eyes looking down at Young Jae’s hands before trailing up towards his face. Young Jae had his eyes shut and his head down as his hands adjusted to hold tightly onto Myungsoo’s hand. “Young Jae.. just forget about it. There’s nothing that you can do about it.” (L)

Young Jae shook his head, keeping his eyes closed the entire time. He had to figure out how to help Myungsoo. They were best friends after all and it wouldn’t make much sense to just leave it as it was. “I-I have to do something... a-anything to make you happy too..! Maybe i-if you date Sungyeol o-or Woohyun..!” (YJ)

Myungsoo let out a sigh as he saw that determined look on Young Jae’s face once his best friend finally opened his eyes and looked up at him. “I-I know that there has to be some way to help you! I.. I know there is!” (YJ)

“Alright.. alright. I still have to go on a date with Woohyun anyway. Will that make you happy?” (L) Young Jae furrowed his eyebrows as he continued to stare into Myungsoo’s eyes. Young Jae shook his head, giving Myungsoo’s hand yet another squeeze.

“N-No! I-It... It can’t be about me! It has to be for your happiness!” (YJ) Myungsoo sighed yet again before looking away. He sacrificed his own happiness to make sure that Young Jae would stay happy. But with a small smile, he looked back at Young Jae and nodded. He had to at least fake it in order to make sure that Young Jae was happy.

“Alright.. alright. It’ll be for my happiness. I’ll.. try and date Woohyun and if I don’t like it, I’ll try dating Sungyeol. Now.. are you willing to go find Daehyun?” (L) Young Jae smiled and happily nodded as he finally let go of Myungsoo’s hand. Ruffling Young Jae’s hair, which earned him a pout since Young Jae’s hair had been styled, Myungsoo led the way through the arcade in search of Daehyun.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“YAH! Hurry up Daehyun!” (SY) Just as he had anticipated, Sooyoung had chosen Dance Dance Revolution as the game to settle everything. The results were also exactly as he foresaw had seen it as. It had only taken two out of three games for Sooyoung to easily beat Daehyun. After all, Dance Dance Revolution was Sooyoung’s favorite game. Heck, she even had the game back home. “Now let’s see... let’s pla-” (SY)

“Hey. Mind if I take Daehyun’s play?” (L) Daehyun turned and instantly smiled the second he saw Young Jae. Sooyoung puffed out her cheeks, but ended up shaking her head anyway. Taking a hold of Young Jae’s and Daehyun’s shoulders, he pushed the two into one direction. “Okay you two. We’ll let you play together now, but don’t overdo it.” (L)

Daehyun eagerly took a hold of Young Jae’s hand and gave him a warm smile before the pair began walking. Young Jae quickly looked back and waved at both Myungsoo and Sooyoung before the pair turned a corner and disappeared from their sights. Shifting his weight onto one leg, Myungsoo put one hand on his hip while he scratched the back of his head with the other. Sooyoung walked up to Myungsoo, taking a spot right next to him as she placed her hands behind her back and neatly folded it before smiling. “You think we did good?” (SY)

“.. I ask myself that question everyday.” (L) Sooyoung looked up at Myungsoo, expecting some sort of explanation from him. However, all Myungsoo did was sigh as he turned and began walking in the opposite direction. Sooyoung scratched the side of her head, completely confused. What did Myungsoo mean by that...?

“W-Wait for me!” (SY) Within that instant, Sooyoung quickly began running after Myungsoo.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“So Young Jae.. we’re finally alone again.” (DH) Daehyun looked over at Young Jae, whom nodded happily. Now that he had the time to closely examine Young Jae, he could see that Young Jae’s hair was rather.. well.. messed up. “What happened to your hair? Did it get messed up or has it always been like that?” (DH)

“H-Huh...? O-Oh.. um... Myungsoo messed it up, but I-I don’t think he meant to..” (YJ) They walked in near silence, Young Jae happily rocking his head left and right as he quietly hummed a tune to himself. Daehyun looked over at Young Jae as he smiled, though a single thought finally crossed his mind.

“What do you want to do now, Young Jae?” (DH) Young Jae’s humming came to a stop as he looked over at Daehyun. He blinked a few times before the question finally registered. They turned a corner, Young Jae taking the time to think on what they could do. Taking note of the time, he only smiled as he looked at Daehyun.

“I-I think it’s getting late... so w-we.. um.. should go back to our room now. I-I wanna shower before we go to sleep..” (YJ)

“Alright. Then let’s head back now.” (DH) As they walked, Young Jae went back to humming once more as he swung their arms back and forth. Daehyun smiled as a single brow rose, turning his head towards Young Jae. “Why are you in such a good mood?” (DH)

“That’s for me to know!” (YJ) Young Jae turned his head towards Daehyun, flashing a smile at Daehyun before slipping his hand out of Daehyun’s and running ahead. Coming to a stop, Young Jae turned around, his smile still evident on his face as he cupped his hands around his mouth. “If you want to know, then you have to catch me!” (YJ)

Where did this come from? The two stared at each other, Daehyun’s blank face starting to unnerve Young Jae. Just as Young Jae was about to say something, Daehyun smirked and only a second or two later, the pair were both running through the hallways. Young Jae laughed a bit, which in turn caused Daehyun to laugh also. For some reason, it felt like it had been a while since they last played around like this.

It felt really good to be able to have fun.

Just as Young Jae took a hold of the door knob that led to their room, Daehyun wrapped his arms around Young Jae and spun him around, both males laughing in the process. Once he set him down, Daehyun softened his hold on Young Jae as he rested his chin of Young Jae’s shoulder, smiling a bit. “I caught you. What’s my prize?” (DH)

“O-Only what you wanted to know..!” (YJ)

“Oh? That’s no fun... Can I have two prizes then? I’m a bit.. greedy.” (DH) Daehyun softly pressed his lips against Young Jae’s neck, causing the younger male to turn a deep shade of red as he reached down towards Daehyun’s hands. The older male smiled as he turned Young Jae around, holding Young Jae around his waist. “So? Can I have two prizes?” (DH)

“O-Okay... b-but I choose what the second one is!” (YJ) Daehyun nodded happily as he moved towards the door, opening it and swinging it wide open before leading Young Jae inside. Using his foot, he closed the door behind them before making their way towards the bed. “Do you.. r-really want to know?” (YJ)

“Yea. I really want to know why you were in such a good mood earlier.” (DH) The pair fell onto the bed, still holding each other lovingly in their arms as they continued to stare into each other’s eyes. Young Jae though, pushed himself up into a sitting position before looking down at a slightly confused Daehyun. He smiled, playfully poking at Daehyun’s sides before getting to his feet.

“I-I think that Myungsoo will find love soon!” (YJ) Daehyun pushed himself up a bit, using his elbows to prop himself up. That was the reason that Young Jae was so happy? Well.. knowing Young Jae, this really was good news since Myungsoo was his best friend. With a smile, Daehyun nodded a bit.

“That’s good. Who is he going to fall in love with?” (DH)

“I... don’t know yet..” (YJ) Young Jae looked at Daehyun, a small, unsure look on his face. Daehyun chuckled though as he pushed himself off of the bed, wrapping his arms once again around Young Jae’s waist.

“It’s alright. He’ll find love sooner or later. Is there anyone you think he’ll fall in love with?” (DH) Young Jae puffed out his cheeks as he thought for a moment. There were actually two people he had in mind, but it all depended on who Myungsoo would choose. With a sigh, he shook his head as he looked at Daehyun. “Well.. that’s alright. We’ll just see how it goes down the line. Now come on. Let’s go get ready for bed.” (DH)

Young Jae nodded before they both made their way to the bathroom. Once inside, Daehyun had just turned the sink faucet on when he heard the shower turn on. Looking up into the mirror, he couldn’t help but stare as Young Jae began to shed his clothes. Turning the sink off, Daehyun snuck up behind Young Jae, quickly capturing Young Jae the second all his clothes were completely off. “Is this my second reward?” (DH)

“N-No... I-I was just going to shower..!” (YJ) Daehyun chuckled a bit, his grip once again softening up. How many times that night had he taken Young Jae into his arms? Surprisingly enough, he didn’t even feel like doing the dirty deed that night. Now, he wouldn’t mind doing it, but he just felt like holding Young Jae in his arms. “U-Um.. w-we’re wasting water..” (YJ)

“Alright. I’ll let you go for now. I’ll join you in a bit, alright?” (DH)

“A-Alright.” (YJ) Once Daehyun let Young Jae out of his grasp, the younger male opened the shower door before stepping in. Daehyun smiled a bit as he began stripping his clothes. Daehyun hadn’t really planned on taking another shower that day, but if it meant more time with Young Jae, then he was willing to jump in.

Once he was done undressing, Daehyun stepped into the shower just in time to see Young Jae attempting to soap up his back. Reaching around, Daehyun took the soap out of Young Jae’s hands before lathering it up and soaping up Young Jae’s back. “How does that feel? Good?” (DH)

“M-Mhm...” (YJ) Young Jae turned a slight red as he shut his eyes and bit his bottom lip. He didn’t want to get , but it was always difficult when it came to Daehyun. He tried breathing slowly, running various calculations through his head and even moving every now and then. Sadly, Young Jae’s plan just seemed to fail when Daehyun decided to wrap his arms around Young Jae’s waist while also pressing his body against Young Jae’s. “W-” (YJ)

“I love you..” (DH) Daehyun rested his head against Young Jae’s, his eyes closed as he listened to the sound of the water. “Hey.. Young Jae. The ship is going to make its first stop for the dance contest. Do you.. want to go on another date before the contest?” (DH)

Listening to Daehyun’s words, feeling his warmth, Young Jae sheepishly smiled as he put his hands on Daehyun’s arms. He took the time to think on his answer before nodding a bit. “O-Okay... I-I like that idea. Um... n-now let me wash your back.” (YJ)

“So this really IS my reward!” (DH) Daehyun laughed a bit as he put the soap into Young Jae’s hands. They both turned around as Young Jae began lathering up the soap. Furrowing his eyebrows and biting his bottom lip, Young Jae went to work on trying to make sure that he cleaned Daehyun’s back well enough.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally cleaned up and ready for bed, Daehyun laid in bed as he waited for Young Jae to finish blow drying his hair. Pulling out the many charms that he had been given months before, he looked through each one. He wanted to pick one that would help him with the contest, though before he could decide, the bathroom door opened. Quickly, Daehyun stuffed all of the charms into the bedside table before acting as if he had been doing nothing.

Young Jae stepped out, a bit confused as he looked at Daehyun. He could have sworn that he had heard movement before stepping out, but with a slight shrug, he turned the bathroom lights off before making his way over to the bed. Slipping into the bed, he placed the blanket on over himself before looking at Daehyun. “A-Are you.. ready to sleep?” (YJ)

“Yea. I am. Come here..!” (DH) Daehyun wrapped a single arm around Young Jae’s shoulders before pulling him in as close as possible. They both sunk into the bed, Young Jae adjusting the blanket a bit better before they laid on their sides, Young Jae facing Daehyun and snuggling up against his chest as Daehyun kept his arms around Young Jae.

Young Jae opened his eyes as he stared for a moment. Listening to Daehyun’s steady breathing, he raised his head a bit before planting a kiss on Daehyun’s chin. “I love you too.” (YJ)

Daehyun opened his eyes and looked down at Young Jae, a slight brow raised as he smirked a bit. “You’re just now telling me this?” (DH)

“I-I forgot..” (YJ) Daehyun chuckled a bit as he began poking at Young Jae’s sides. Young Jae began laughing as he fidgeted in an attempt to get Daehyun to stop tickling him. “S-Stop! W-We have to go to s-sleep!” (YJ)

“Alright, alright. Let’s go to sleep now.” (DH) The two calmed down as they assumed their previous positions. Closing their eyes, they both listened to the sound of each other’s breathing as they allowed the realm of slumber to take over.

[[ My Own Thoughts:
