“Daehyuuuuun!!!” (YJ) Daehyun turned around, caught completely off guard the second Young Jae jumped and wrapped his arms and legs around him. Daehyun nearly fell over too, if it wasn’t for the fact that he had somehow managed to catch himself. Young Jae smiled happily as he nuzzled his face into Daehyun’s neck, holding him tightly.
“W-Woah.. Young Jae, what is this all of a sudden?” (DH) Young Jae pulled away a bit as Daehyun kept Young Jae from falling down. Young Jae smiled sheepishly as he ruffled Daehyun’s hair up a bit.
“Nothing! I-I’ve just wanted to always do this!” (YJ) Daehyun chuckled as he looked up at his cute boyfriend. Why did he have to always raise his cuteness factor? Young Jae leaned down and pressed his lips against Daehyun’s before quickly looking around. Daehyun rose a single brow as he looked around as well. Currently, they were in their room getting some rest since the ship had started moving an hour or so ago.
“What are you doing?” (DH)
“We have some free time, right?” (YJ) Young Jae turned his attention back to Daehyun, blinking a few times before he began turning a bit red. Daehyun nodded a bit, though he didn’t necessarily understand why Young Jae was asking in the first place.
“Yea.. we do. Why do you ask?” (DH)
“I wanna spend time with you!” (YJ)
“Okay. What do you wanna do?” (DH) Young Jae thought for a moment before smiling a bit. Daehyun wasn’t exactly sure whether he should be worried about that smile or not, but one way or another, he would find out. “Well?” (DH)
“I wanna do it!” (YJ) Daehyun rose a single eyebrow as he smirked a bit. Daehyun instantly thought of something dirty while Young Jae was actually being quite innocent at the moment. “D-Do... you wanna do it?” (YJ)
“Depends on what it.. is.” (DH)
“I wanna go buy stuff with you!” (YJ)
“Oh.. well, okay then.” (DH) Young Jae furrowed his eyebrows and pouted a bit as he got off of Daehyun. Why had he given his answer like that? He sounded almost dejected in a way and it sort of made Young Jae a bit sad.
“Do you... not want to go shopping with me?” (YJ) Daehyun scratched the side of his head as he looked around. He didn’t mean to sound like he wasn’t interesting, but.. it wasn’t exactly the most interesting to do sometimes. He would rather go to the dining hall and get more food honestly, but it it was something that Young Jae wanted to do, then he was willing to go do it with him.
“No, I do! Really, I do. Come on, let’s go.” (DH) Daehyun took a hold of Young Jae’s hand and smiled a bit before he began walking. Young Jae couldn’t help but think that Daehyun didn’t want to go, but he decided against saying anything else. He didn’t want to make the mood sour anymore than it already has. Plus, Daehyun was trying hard, so Young Jae had to try hard too.
Walking down the hallway, they made their way back to the map that they had been looking at earlier. Daehyun furrowed his eyebrows as he stared at the map, trying to figure out where exactly these shops were. Young Jae smiled sheepishly as he pointed at the location of the maps, causing Daehyun to clear his throat. “I-It’s on the top deck. Let’s go.” (YJ)
“Hm... okay. Lead the way.” (DH)
“B-But.. I wanna walk next to you..” (YJ) Young Jae looked down as he fumbled with the hem of his shirt. He turned a bit red with asking such a thing, but it was just something he wanted to do. Daehyun smiled a bit was he lifted Young Jae’s gaze and nodded.
“Alright, then walk next to me. Don’t be so shy about it, alright?” (DH) Young Jae nodded as he took a hold of Daehyun’s hand. The two began walking quietly, having decided to take the stairs rather than the elevator. Young Jae constantly glanced over at Daehyun, a rather strange idea coming to his mind. Young Jae didn’t know why, but he just had this feeling.
Was Daehyun.. getting tired of him?
Young Jae knew that he shouldn’t be thinking such things, but he couldn’t help it. It was really strange since he hadn’t had these thoughts before, so he didn’t know how to handle them. Young Jae knew that he couldn’t bring it up though. It might make Daehyun mad and that was the last thing Young Jae wanted. He had seen Daehyun mad before and... it definitely terrified him. He really didn’t want to see that happen again. “You’re quiet. Are you alright?” (DH)
Young Jae looked up at Daehyun, a bit wide eyed. It took him a second to realize what Daehyun had said before he smiled and nodded. He felt silly for having doubted Daehyun at all. “I-I’m fine.. I’m just thinking of what to buy.” (YJ)
“You don’t know what to buy?” (DH) Young Jae shook his head as he looked back forward. Daehyun tried to think at the moment as to what the two of them could buy, but the only thing he could think of was food and that was technically free for them. “Well... I guess we can just buy whatever catches our attention. Do you wanna do that?” (DH)
“Mm..... Okay. That sounds like a good idea.” (YJ) Young Jae smiled happily as he rested his head on Daehyun’s shoulder. Daehyun really did seem to be able to come up with really good ideas. “Daehyun.. do you think we’ll be together forever?” (YJ)
“Omo.. what’s this all of a sudden?” (DH) Daehyun stopped, causing Young Jae to look up at him. Young Jae could see the confusion in Daehyun’s eyes and Young Jae felt like he instantly regretted saying anything. But, it wasn’t too bad of a question.. right..?
“I-I just wanted to know! T-There’s no reason, really!” (YJ) Daehyun stared for about two to three seconds before chuckling and ruffling Young Jae’s hair. Young Jae smiled a bit as he rested his head on Daehyun’s shoulder once more as the pair began walking again.
“Of course we’ll be together! As long as you want me to stick around, then I’ll stick to you like glue.” (DH) Young Jae was about to comment about how glue doesn’t necessarily keep things together all that long. In fact, things could be ripped off almost easily when glue is used, but.. he understood what Daehyun meant.
“Good.” (YJ) The duo finally made it to the main deck after a few minutes had passed. They looked around, a bit confused. Where exactly were the shops? Young Jae had been certain that the map had said that it was out here on the front, but all he saw were people lounging around and a rather large swimming pool. “I don’t see it..” (YJ)
“Me neither. Mayb-” (DH)
“What are you looking for?” (WH) Daehyun and Young Jae both turned around to greet a grinning Woohyun. Young Jae instantly brightened up and stepped forward. Daehyun, noticing this, instantly furrowed his eyebrows as he tightened his grip on Young Jae’s hand. Sadly, Young Jae didn’t seem to notice this.
“We’re looking for the stores! Um... D-Do you know where they are?” (YJ) Woohyun thought for a moment as he looked around. It took him a moment, but once it came to him, he instantly turned to look at Young Jae and grinned.
“Of course I do! Come on, I’ll show you!” (WH) Woohyun took a hold of Young Jae’s free hand and began pulling him along. Young Jae smiled at Daehyun and pulled him along as well, though Daehyun wasn’t necessarily all that happy that Woohyun was holding Young Jae’s hand like that. “I think it’s over here!” (WH)
The trio came to a stop as they stared at the various stores that lined the side. Daehyun continued to glare at the hand that was holding HIS boyfriend’s hand before finally, that evil hand finally let go of Young Jae’s hand. He looked up just in time to see Young Jae turning to look at him with a smile. “We found it!” (YJ)
“Y-Yea... we did. Let’s go.” (DH) Young Jae happily nodded and just as Daehyun thought that they were finally away from Woohyun, Young Jae came to a stop and looked at Woohyun. Woohyun was still grinning and had been thinking of leaving to go find Myungsoo, but he did want to see the pair off before going on his own.
“Um.. d-do you want to come along? I-I think that.. it would be more fun if all three of us are shopping together..” (YJ) Daehyun bit his bottom lip as he fought the urge to furrow his eyebrows. He couldn’t make himself look angry, especially with Young Jae standing next to him. Daehyun would just have to hope that Woohyun would reject Young Jae’s offer.
Sadly..
“Sure! I have to buy something anyway, so this can be our bonding time!” (WH) Woohyun grinned happily as he wrapped an arm around Young Jae’s shoulders and had started pulling Young Jae along. However, Daehyun was definitely not going to be standing for that. Daehyun pulled Woohyun’s arm off roughly and with a glare at Woohyun, wrapped his own arm around Young Jae’s shoulders and pull him along in an overprotective manner. “Well.. I guess it’s almost our bonding time..” (WH)

Daehyun couldn’t help but feel grumpy the entire time that Woohyun was with then. Why did Woohyun have to come along?! He followed along, he tried his best to keep the two separated, but Young Jae and Woohyun just seemed to always end up talking to one another. Well, Woohyun did most of the talking. Young Jae was just dragged along with it. With a sigh, Daehyun soon left the two and walked over to the edge as he waited for the two to finish shopping.
“Hey.” (SG) Daehyun turned to look at the source of the voice, the male now leaning against the railing with his eyes closed. Daehyun rose a single brow as he took a single step away from Sunggyu before looking back out towards the ocean. What was Sunggyu’s motives and why was he here in the first place?
“What do you want?” (DH) Sunggyu could feel the bitterness in Daehyun’s voice and it sent all kinds of chills down Sunggyu’s spine. Of course, Sunggyu remained emotionless as he slowly turned his head to Daehyun.
“Nothing. Just want to talk. Is that wrong to ask?” (SG) Daehyun shook his head. He didn’t see anything wrong with just talking as long as they only talked. Sunggyu smirked a bit as he took a step closer to Daehyun, having noticed that Daehyun had stepped away. “So.. Where’s Young Jae? I thought you two were basically inseparable.” (SG)
“He’s in the store behind us. I’m just getting some fresh air.” (DH) Well, so far, this seemed like a good conversation for the time being. Sadly, he didn’t notice that Sunggyu had taken yet another step closer to Daehyun. One more step and Sunggyu would practically be pressing his arm against Daehyun’s arm.
“So.. are you ready to see who will be on the male team?” (SG) Daehyun had nearly forgotten about that, all thanks to Woohyun showing up. Sunggyu eyed Daehyun, seeing the male lost in thought. Slowly, he shuffled closer to Daehyun before he was just mere centimeters away from the male. “Well?” (SG)
“Huh? Oh.. uh... yea.. sure.” (DH) Daehyun let out a small sigh before turning to look at Sunggyu. He nearly jumped when he finally noticed just how close Sunggyu really was to him. He attempted to take a step back, but Sunggyu had instantly took a hold of Daehyun’s sleeve and kept him from moving anywhere. “YAH! What are you doing?!” (DH)
“Just stay! I’m not going to do anything!” (SG) Daehyun eyed the male suspiciously, but he couldn’t exactly tell whether Sunggyu was lying with a not. With a sigh and feeling as if he couldn’t do anything else, Daehyun decided to stay put. He relaxed a bit, leaning against the railing once more as he looked back out towards the ocean. Sunggyu smirked a bit, feeling triumphant as he, too, looked out towards the ocean.
“Well, what else do you want to talk about? If you’re done, then go.” (DH) Sunggyu was definitely not going to be giving up that easily. There were all sorts of topics that could pop up in his head and yet... they just didn’t seem good enough to be using with Daehyun. Sunggyu had to think. What was the best thing to use that would get Daehyun’s attention?
“Are you preparing for next year’s dance competition?” (SG) Why was Sunggyu even asking about that? It’s not like Daehyun was going to reveal any information about it. Though, there was just one thing that he was going to reveal..
“I’m not participating next year.” (DH) Sunggyu’s eyes widened as he looked over at Daehyun. Was Daehyun really not participating?! Sunggyu thought that dancing was Daehyun’s whole life! Sunggyu even got into dancing all because of Daehyun!
“Why not?!” (SG)
“Why does it matter whether I participate or not?” (DH) Daehyun turned to look at Sunggyu, a bit surprised to see Sunggyu’s own surprised look. Was it really that big of a deal that Daehyun wasn’t going to be participating in the next dance competition?
“Because..! I.. It’s our last year! I want to see you on that stage before it all ends!” (SG) This was probably the most emotion Sunggyu has ever shown and this completely surprised Daehyun. Why did Sunggyu have such strong feelings for seeing him on the stage?
“It doesn’t matter. I have to focus on my studies like Young Jae said.” (DH) Daehyun did love dancing, but.. he also wanted to be able to go to the same school as Young Jae. Not a lot of schools had dancing majors, but at least he knew that they had teaching majors. In order to become a teacher though, they were basically required to know all other subjects. Also.. Daehyun wasn’t entirely sure if he wanted to become a dance teacher. In a way, Daehyun felt like there was something else that he could pursue that he would also love.
“So... it’s his fault..” (SG) That Young Jae just seemed to be changing Daehyun and Sunggyu didn’t like it at all. Sunggyu was just as smart as Young Jae, if not smarter, so there was no way that Daehyun fell for his knowledge. What was it that made Young Jae so special that Daehyun had decided to actually date a male and come out finally?! “What is it.. that drew you to Young Jae? Why.. did you choose him and not someone else?” (SG)
“I don’t know. He just.. interested me I guess. I’m still not sure why I decided to date him, but.. I’m happy that I did. That’s why.. you should go find someone else to chase after.” (DH) Daehyun turned to look at Sunggyu and smiled a bit. “You’ll find someone better than me. You’re a good person and you do seem nice so.. it shouldn’t be too hard for you to find someone else.” (DH)
Sunggyu stared in disbelief at Daehyun. Was Daehyun really telling him this right now? Sunggyu.. didn’t really know how to feel nor how to react. This was something Sunggyu had not expected of Daehyun. Before he could respond to Daehyun’s words though..
“Daehyuuuunn!” (YJ) Young Jae and Woohyun both made their way up to the two, Daehyun instantly brightening up as he pulled Young Jae into a tight hug. Young Jae instantly turned red, though he wrapped his own arms happily around Daehyun. His eyes finally landed on Sunggyu though, whom still looked like he was in disbelief. “Sunggyu? Are you alright?” (YJ)
The pair finally pulled away from each other as Sunggyu quickly pulled himself together. He gave a slight glance to Daehyun before his eyes narrowed in on Young Jae. Why did it have to be him? Why did Young Jae get to be with the man that Sunggyu had been in love with since middle school?! “Tch.. I don’t need your sympathy.” (SG)
Sunggyu walked forward, slamming his shoulder into Young Jae’s before walking off. Young Jae brought a hand up to his shoulder, tears slightly filling his eyes. In order to keep himself from crying, he took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. He watched Sunggyu walk off before turning to look at Daehyun with a questioning look. “D-Did.. I do something wrong?” (YJ)
“No! He’s just.. jealous. Anyway, how did the shopping go? Did you get lots of good stuff?” (DH) Young Jae happily nodded as he quickly opened his plastic bag. Digging through it, he pulled out a small, light blue alpaca toy and held it out to Daehyun.
“Woohyun helped me pick it! I.. I didn’t know if I wanted it and I didn’t know where you were.. so I asked Woohyun! I got a light pink alpaca toy for myself. Woohyun said that they’re couple toys!” (YJ) Couple toys? Daehyun eyed Woohyun, whom seemed to be grinning. Though, what Daehyun didn’t know, was that Woohyun was trying so desperately hard not to break out laughing. He hadn’t expected Young Jae to actually fall for that, but it was still cute nonetheless. Daehyun turned his attention back to Young Jae before smiling.
“It’s wonderful. I really like it.” (DH) Daehyun held the alpaca in front of his mouth, making the alpaca look like it was happily dancing before he leaned forward and pressed the alpaca’s mouth against Young Jae’s mouth. Daehyun grinned as he pulled away, attempting to use a cute voice for the alpaca when he spoke. “You’re the GREATEST person ever, Young Jae!” (DH)
Young Jae turned a bit red as he lowered his gaze, smiling sheepishly as he held his hands up a bit, covering the lower half of his face. He felt embarrassed that Daehyun was doing this in public while at the same time, he felt happy that he was doing it at all. For some reason, Daehyun just felt a lot more lighthearted than he was just a few moments ago. Had... Sunggyu done this? “You two.. are just so dang cute! This is why I like you both.” (WH)
Woohyun came in between them, wrapping an arm around both of their shoulders as he began dragging them along. Oddly enough, Daehyun didn’t really seem to mind at the moment. Why? Well, the alpaca plushie really made him happy. “So where should we go ne-” (WH)
Woohyun stopped the moment his eyes landed on Myungsoo. Myungsoo was currently in a bathing suit, walking around the edge of the pool. Myungsoo’s lack of a shirt showed off his chiseled and quite intoxicating abs that Woohyun couldn’t help but lust after yet again. It had been an entire week since he had last seen those abs, but Woohyun just couldn’t help but get enough of it! “Hey.. you guys uh.. you think you could.. sort of... help me get with Myungsoo?” (WH)
The pair, now out of Woohyun’s grasp, stood off to the side a bit as they looked at Woohyun. Young Jae scratched the side of his head as he thought for a moment. He wasn’t too sure if Myungsoo would approve of going out with Woohyun. Though, once Woohyun turned to them with a pout and wide, looking-for-approval eyes, Young Jae just couldn’t help but pout as well. “I-I can try..” (YJ)
“YES! Come on~ He’s over there!” (WH) Woohyun took a hold of Young Jae’s wrist and began running, pulling the younger male along with him. Daehyun followed, the alpaca toy snuggling safely in Daehyun’s arms.
The trio came to a stop a small distance away from the pool, watching as Myungsoo climbed up the diving boards. Woohyun couldn’t help but watch in awe as Myungsoo climbed to the second highest diving board before finally, Myungsoo stood a few feet away from the edge of the board. Assuming the form, Myungsoo finally ran and jumped off, performing a near perfect dive. The trio didn’t really know what that dive was called, but it looked really nice to them. Myungsoo resurfaced a few seconds later, whipping his hair out of his face as he wiped the water off. Woohyun couldn’t help but stare as Myungsoo finally made his way over to the side that they were standing on, slowly climbing the ladder and finally stepping out of the water.
“Myungsoo!” (YJ) Woohyun finally snapped back to reality as Myungsoo smiled a bit, waving to Young Jae and Daehyun while ignoring Woohyun. He walked over to his towel, which was pretty close by and picked it up, wiping his face quickly before making his way over to the three. “That was really good! I haven’t seen you dive since middle school!” (YJ)
“You used to be part of the swim team? Why’d you quit?” (DH) Myungsoo thought for a moment. How was he going to explain the reason behind him quitting the swim team? With a shrug, he quickly rubbed at his hair before just leaving the towel on his head.
“I guess I just got tired of it. Anyway, what are you two up to?” (L)
“Well.. um... C-Can you go.. on a date with Woohyun?” (YJ) Myungsoo stared at Young Jae. Had he been hearing right? Was there water in his ears and he had just somehow misunderstood what Young Jae had said? There was just no possibility that Young Jae, of all people, would have asked him to go on a date with Woohyun.. of all people. “H-He’s a really good person! I-I think that you and him w-would.. make a nice couple..” (YJ)
Myungsoo continued to stare at Young Jae for a few more seconds before finally looking at Woohyun, whom was smiling nervously. Woohyun was about to say something, anything, to try and add to his defense, but Myungsoo beat him to it. “What did you tell Young Jae to convince him to even think that it was a possibility for us to go out?” (L)
“N-Nothing! I swear! I just REALLY wanna date you! Come on! You won’t regret it!” (WH)
“No.” (L) Myungsoo pulled the towel off of his head as he turned and began walking back to his chair. Woohyun followed after him, begging as much as he possibly could for Myungsoo to date him. Daehyun and Young Jae only watched as Myungsoo tossed his towel onto his chair and made his way over to the pool, where Woohyun continued to follow. Suddenly, Myungsoo came to a stop as he turned around and instantly pushed Woohyun into the pool.
The duo stared with wide eyes as Myungsoo took a step or two back before crouching down, staring at the now fully drenched male whom had just resurfaced. Since they were too far, they couldn’t hear what was being said, but judging by the sudden grin and fist pump into the air by Woohyun, they could tell that Myungsoo finally decided to date Woohyun. “D-Do... you think that it was a good idea to put them together..?” (YJ)
Daehyun turned to look at Young Jae, whom was now looking at him. Daehyun looked around a bit as he rubbed the back of his head, trying to think. He honestly didn’t really know. Couples came in all shapes and sizes, so it was kind of hard to really tell if it was the perfect match. “We’ll just have to see. Anyway.. uh.. do you wanna head to the bowling alley now?” (DH)
Young Jae thought for a moment before nodding happily. Taking a hold of Young Jae’s hand, Daehyun soon began to lead the way to the bowling alley. What Young Jae didn’t know was that.. Daehyun didn’t even know where he was going.

“D-Daehyun... I-I’m sure that we’re lost n-now..” (YJ)
“We can’t be! I’m sure that we’re almost there!” (DH) Daehyun furrowed his eyebrows as he looked around. How big was this ship?! It was completely unnecessary to have this big of a ship! Young Jae could see the frustration on Daehyun’s face and it was starting to worry him.. if it hadn’t already worried him earlier.
“Should we.. go look at a map at least?” (YJ) That was a good idea. Daehyun liked that idea. The problem was... he had no idea where any maps were. Heck, he had no idea where they were! For all he knew, the bowling alley could be right around the corner and he wouldn’t have a single clue that it had been there!
“Sure.. but.. do you know where one is?” (DH) Sadly, because of the fact that Daehyun had been leading, Young Jae hadn’t really been paying attention to his surroundings. In fact, he had trusted Daehyun to know the way that he had been day dreaming the entire time.
“N-No.. I don’t..” (YJ) Daehyun sighed as the pair came to a stop. What were they going to do now? Daehyun walked up to one of the walls and leaned his back against it, slowly sliding down before finally, he was seated on the ground. Young Jae blinked a few times in confusion before he sat down next to Daehyun, resting his head on Daehyun’s shoulder. “What are we going to do now?” (YJ)
“Do phones get reception in the middle of the ocean?” (DH)
“N-No...” (YJ) Daehyun remained silent as he attempted to think. He had originally planned on calling Myungsoo for help, but apparently that was out of the question. It’s not like they had been given radios or small maps or anything of the sort either, so they were most likely going to have to wait until they either got directions or until they somehow found their way back out.
“I guess.. we’ll just have to get directions.” (DH)
“C-Can... we rest first? I’m a little tired..” (YJ) Daehyun nodded, though Young Jae couldn’t see it since he had his eyes closed at the moment. Daehyun rested his own head on Young Jae’s head as he looked around a bit. It was odd that there was no one in the hallway that they were in, but at least it gave them a bit of alone time.
“Young Jae. How would you feel if.. I didn’t participate in the dance competition next year?” (DH) Young Jae instantly sat up, staring with wide eyes at Daehyun. Daehyun looked at the younger male, a bit surprised by Young Jae’s reaction. He seemed to be reacting almost the same as Sunggyu. Was it that surprising? “What?” (DH)
“Y-You’re... n-not going to participate in the dance competition next year? B-But... I-I wanna see you dance on the stage..” (YJ) It was almost the same answer as Sunggyu’s as well. Was it really that important to see him dance on that stage? “I-I know it’s selfish but.. I... I never got to see you dance on stage. You got to see me dance, so.. c-can I see you dance?” (YJ)
Daehyun thought for a moment. He did remember how much he loved to see Young Jae up on that stage. The way he looked was very different from how he had looked during dance practice. Maybe... it was probably best to participate after all. “Well.. okay. I’ll compete next year so that you can see me beat everyone else.” (DH)
The two smiled happily at each other as Young Jae nodded. Young Jae was really looking forward to it, but until then.. he would just have to wait patiently and hope that time went by quickly. “Um.. Daehyun? Can we go check on Himchan first? I... I wanna make sure that he’s alright.” (YJ)
“Hm..? Sure... if we can find out how to get to them.” (DH) Daehyun chuckled a bit as he looked back around. Young Jae had forgotten just for a slight moment that they were lost at the moment, but he knew that they would be able to think of something sooner or later. Daehyun seemed like the type of person to find his way around eventually. “Okay... you ready to go?” (DH)
“Y-Yea! L-Let’s go!” (YJ) The pair got to their feet and soon enough, they were on their way once more. To where they were going, neither one were certain whatsoever. They just hoped that they got to their intended destination soon.
