Yonghwa and Minhyuk are off on a three day business trip (they're coming back today) and today I am with Hyoyeon Onnie supposedly shopping for my uncle’s birthday. But so far her purchases are all hers.

“Onnie…” I sighed. “Please just focus on your dad’s birthday present. You’re already wasting too much on yourself. Nobody needs too many shoes!”

She didn’t even bother saying anything back to me. Her eyes are already glued on a beige chiffon blouse hanging in a boutique we are currently in. “Here! I’m going to buy you this. This is your style after all” she says while handing the blouse to the shop assistant without even asking whether or not I want it!

“Onnie seriously… Yonghwa has bought me tons of clothing! I don’t need a new one!” I cried. But of course she does not listen well. Where is Lee Jungshin to control my shopaholic cousin?

We are now in a restaurant after purchasing a new golf set (from Onnie) and a dark brown leather wallet (from me) for my uncle’s birthday gifts. I don’t know which is tiring; having to put up with Yonghwa’s antics or Onnie’s unpredictable shopping spree? Both are undeniably tiring. Come to think of it, Yonghwa hasn’t contacted me at all. He should be back around this hour. I already miss…

“You said Yonghwa bought you clothes. Are you two going out or something?” Onnie says breaking me away from my reverie.

“No we are not. I’m only his driver… and a friend. Nothing more”

Are we really?

The way I acted when he was hospitalised and the way he said all those things about me to Kyuhyun… I am not so sure where our relationship stands right now. Perhaps best friends…?

“Yeah right Hyunnie!” she exclaims. “You two were in a picnic the last time I saw you and him!”

“There were four of us!”

“There were two of you at first then it became the four of you! I saw you two holding hands before Minhyuk and ajusshi came. Jungshin saw it too”

Oh my God.

“Fine! We did but seriously there is nothing going on between us. Please don’t make such a fuss Onnie… I don’t want any rumours to spread out. Please”

She nods with her unfading smirk. “You know you can trust me”

She knows that I believe her and there is no doubt about that. It got me thinking though. Throughout all the months I have spent with Yonghwa is it possible that I’ve grown a great fondness over him without me realising it? Because after what Hyoyeon Onnie has said I think I might have accidentally care for Yonghwa. Worst I might’ve just fallen in…
