“wonbin oppa~” juniel looked at him wide eyed. It is like she can’t believe that he was approaching her after their first encounter after those past years on the cafeteria.

“wae?” wonbin asked her. Finally finding himself able to speak.

“Why did you ask him? Not me?” wonbin let his tears fall on his cheeks. He held her shoulders tightly and shaking her lightly.

“Why not me??? Is your confession just nothing? Did you already forget me?”

“wonbin oppa~ I thought that—“

“he’s better than me?! He already has a girlfriend for goodness sake!! And you already know that it is ~~~! The dongsaeng whom have a very close bond with you.! The dongsaeng you said that is like your sister.”

“it’s not that oppa~ it’s just that i thought that he can portray and pretend being my boyfriend..”

“and i can’t?? tell me, juniel~ah.. why did you leave me?? why did you disappear suddenly after you confessed to me that day?”

Wonbin sniffed as he can’t control his tears anymore. Juniel looked at wonbin as she felt her heart broke into pieces seeing the man she loved so much crying just because of her.

“Because i needed to.” She spoke softly as she felt herself crying once again.

“Needed to? Wae??”

“For you to forget me!”

“Forget you?? Then, why did you confess?”

“Because i want to! I just want to!! For me, to be able to release these things i kept for so long inside my heart!”

“AND LEFT ME ALONE WITH A SUFFERING HEART? Leave me feeling so lonely when i heard that you went abroad? Aren’t you being so selfish, Juniel~ah?”

“i’m not selfish! i just thought-“

“that your confession won’t affect me? if only you didn’t turn your back against me and ran that day, then you would’ve know that i love you too! If only you waited for me to speak, then we would’ve been living happily with each other. If only you haven’t been so selfish, then none of us will be hurting—”

“i’m not selfish!!!”

“YES YOU ARE!!! Stop denying it to yourself! You made a condition with hongki knowing the consequences that are waiting for him. you came to this school in spite of knowing that ~~~, HIS GIRLFRIEND, is also here. You cling to him like he doesn’t have a girlfriend. And you act like you haven’t confessed to me before.”

“that was such a long time ago.”

“what? A long time ago?”

“move on.”

“Move on?? after leaving me wasted and broken-hearted? Move on? I even moved to US just to find you! I’ve been on the streets hoping to find you even though i know that it is impossible because of how big that country is but i didn’t stop because i know that nothing is impossible and i will be able  to see you. i searched –“

“STOP!! Did i tell you to search for me? did you tell you to do that? Did i--”

“NO! You didn’t! but you know what? I did that because i want to tell you how i feel! I want you to know that i love you too and i will wait for you no matter how long it is. I did that because i want you to know that i’ve been in-love with you ever since day 1. But today, i think it is better that i didn’t see you that time.”

Wonbin removed his hands from her shoulders and wiped his tears.

“what are you talking about?”

“this is not the real you Choi Junhee. And if it is the real you, i’m telling you that i’m already regretting it. i regret falling in love with you. i regret everything.”

Wonbin starts to walk away but juniel hugged his back preventing him from moving.

“please don’t leave me. I still love you! i’m sorry!” juniel starts sobbing at his back. he froze at her sudden confession and softened. His heart starts thumping as he felt the butterflies inside his stomach. What can he do? he loves this girl!

He removed her arms and faced her. he cupped her face and made her looked at him.

“then stop the acting! I’ll replace him! tell your parents the truth! Leave ~~~ and hongki alone now. And let me overtake your heart, eo?” wonbin said as his tone sounds like pleading. But what made him angry was when juniel shook her head as if disagreeing with him.

“i can’t!”

“WHY?! if you can’t do it.. then what will i do?”

“oppa. Just wait.”

“wait?! Again?? Why can’t drop that condition? do
